This Pilates studio is fantastic! The owner, Mary Ellen, is super involved and truly knows her stuff. She’s great at breaking down each move, ensuring you get the most out of every session. The space is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. I’ve seen real improvements in my strength and flexibility thanks to her attentive teaching. Highly recommend checking it out!

Mary Ellen in one word is "meticulous". Her teaching is exact and classical and sets you up for true physical improvements and getting the best results out of Pilates possible - a strong core and back and lubricated joints.
There is no time to "zone out" at all with Mary Ellen as she will adjust you at every moment. Her studio too is very clean and every detail has been carefully and lovingly thought through-from the Pilates equipment to the paint colors chosen, to the weights and even the cleaning equipment-every detail is perfection.

I have done quite a bit of Pilates in Chicago, Austin NYC and Los Angeles and this studio is in an elite class.
