Feeling strong and confident after being a member here since Sept ‘23. Love lifting heavy weights and recently completed bootybootcamp led by coach Kim 💪🏼🍑 All coaches are encouraging, positive and help you get the correct form and lift heavy! Grateful I found this gym 💚

Update: I worked out at Befit my entire pregnancy guided by Erin, certified pre & postnatal fitness coach. I came back in the gym after 6 weeks and have no diastasis recti. Feeling strong and confident modifying as I work back up to heavy weights. I highly recommend strength training through pregnancy & beyond! You can do it! 💪🏼👶🏻

If you're tired of making excuses and need someone to hold you accountable, this is the place. For the last four years, I felt stuck. I'd gained weight, my health numbers were going in the wrong direction (cholesterol, BP), and I just felt gross and unhappy. I knew I needed to put the work in, but I couldn't do it alone. Coming back to Be Fit South Shore was the best decision I've made for my health. The team provides the perfect combination of encouragement and accountability to keep me determined and focused. If you are looking to gain strength , flexibility and confidence this is the Gym to go to ! I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20+ years and decided two months ago to change my life as I’m approaching 50 . I want to go into my older years feeling my best and south shore BeFit 🐝 was the best choice I’ve made to help accomplish that goal. They have shown and taught me new techniques to help me grow on my fitness journey. They give such wonderful support. they listen to you and take you seriously. They truly want the best for you and they want to help you accomplish that. I never get bored there’s always something new and it’s so much fun getting fit with a bunch of other ladies who have the same goals and push you and help you along! Listening to other women who have been attending this gym much longer than I have tell me about the growth and changes in their own lives due to the dedication not only that they have, but that the trainers have at this gym To help them achieve their goals. Like running after their grandkids and not getting winded yardwork, moving rocks just things as we get older seem to get more difficult. Joining this gym has been life-changing for me. I’m truly grateful and thankful to the trainers and all the women who attend. Best decision I’ve made yet to accomplishing my goals for this next year! I’ve never been able to do a pull-up and I know with the help of this Gym I will! That may be a small thing for some people, but it’s a huge accomplishment for me and I will get there! BFit has been an absolute life changer for me! The staff is exceptional and genuinely cares about every human being that walks in the door regardless of their fitness level.

I had never been one that has taken care of my physical health and committed to an exercise regime. I went to BFit and they were incredibly supportive and helped me build my confidence while learning how to exercise properly. It was the first time that I ever enjoyed exercise!

Sadly, I moved and maintaining my exercise routine with BFit has been unrealistic. I found myself seeking something similar in my new area with no success so far.

Loving Boot Camp was truly a miracle for me and I never thought I would ever say I miss going to the gym. I miss being a part of the BFit family and receiving support from such an incredible team of human beings.

I hope for a BFit Plymouth in the future because I know the struggle has been real for me and I’m not alone In trying every diet and exercise program out there.

I started with Be Fit years ago and had amazing progress. After trying to branch out on my own and attempt to complete at-home workouts, I realized I truly needed Be Fit in my life and came running back! It’s the best gym around with an amazing atmosphere and wonderful coaches.
Since starting the Sculpt & Shred program, I feel so much stronger. This has helped tremendously with at-home daily tasks, working as a nurse, and keeping up with my two young sons. I cannot recommend this gym enough and am excited to see how much stronger I become! 💪🏼

I discovered Be Fit South Shore through a mommy and me class, and it was an amazing experience for both me and my little one. I'm already looking forward to more sessions! I’ve also tried their Semi-private Personal Training and Sculpt & Shred classes, and both have been fantastic!! Fitbit Boot Camp has been a great fit for my busy schedule. The instructors are super. Don't let the name "Boot camp" scare you away. All the work outs have modifications to accommodate any level of fitness, age, or most injury's. The workouts are only 30 minutes long to fit into a busy lifestyle. Motivation, accountability, guidence, and fun.

I am adding to this post because 4 years later I am still a member of Be Fit and everything I said about them then stands true today. Be Fit has only grown and evolved over the years now offering more choices to enhance your fitness journey with Personal Training and Sculpt and Shred. Their great weight lifting programs are available for all levels of fitness, with top notch instructors. They are working with you every step of the way to be sure you are lifting correctly and motivating you to reach your potential and goals. The other members here are positive and supportive of everyone who walks through the door. You never feel like a stranger and you are never alone in your journey.

I can't say enough great things about Be Fit, the coaches and fellow members I have met along the way! From the second I walked in almost a year ago, I was welcomed by a friendly and motivating team who have incredible and positive attitudes, and have made me love working out again!

Being an athlete my whole life, I never had to think about working out or training, it was just part of the sport I was playing. Be Fit has made me realize how important it is to move your body, push me past my limits and has made me a more confident individual!

Everything about BeFit is awesome. It can be scary to join a new gym, but it’s immediately clear how knowledgeable and personable and so encouraging the trainers are, and there is a format and class for people at every level. It genuinely feels completely judgement free. They really meet you where you are at and help you figure out how to get where you want to go, and in a safe way that works for you. They go above and beyond to get to know you personally which is so nice for accountability both in and out of class.

Not to mention they also play great music and I’m always filled with even more energy when I leave than when I came in. AND I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in life and lifting more (like, way more) than I ever thought would be possible for me (and with an old injury!).

I have been working out at Be Fit for about a year and go 2-4 times a week. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, kind and have motivated me to lift heavy. Their strong focus on form and safety is impressive. I have never been a gym person preferring outdoor activities to the gym but now can not imagine my life without these sessions @ Be Fit. I have participated in semi private personal training, boot camp classes and most recently their Sculpt and Shred program. Sculpt and Shred is a fantastic program with emphasis on heavy lifting. It includes a nice balance of weight lifting, body weight and mobility excercises that make me feel mentally and physically strong, confident and flexible.

I joined Be Fit 8 years ago now and it honestly has been the best decision I’ve made in my health journey. Every one of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and truly want to help members. After seeing what positive feedback members had to say about booty bootcamp, I decided to try it out for myself. I just completed this round of the 8 week program and absolutely loved it!! I never thought I would be able to lift the weights I have been. Seeing what I am actually capable of pushing my body to do has been such an incredible feeling! Be Fit South Shore Boot Camp & Training has been my gym for the last 2 years, tremendously thankful as you can’t put a price tag on health and wellness! For the last 8 weeks - alongside my weekly trainings - I joined their Booty Bootcamp program which is quite intense, so proud of all the ladies each week working their bums off (literally)!! Week #1 started at 185lb hip thrusts to week #8 @ 400lbs x 5!! Walking out of the gym on cloud nine after this session. Never did I think I’d push weight like that! Just started the next 8 weeks of booty bootcamp and can’t wait to see where it brings me! Be Fit South South Shore Boot Camp has been a constant in my life since their door opened 7/8 years ago. A little skeptical at first of the workout format but this is a place unlike any other gym. BFSSBC&T have serveral workout times available per day which will fit into anyone's schedule, as well as personal training sessions, as well as a whole nutritional aspect as well. All I need to do is work into the studio and the workout is already planned out for you, all you need to do are 2 important things. 1), walk into the studio and 2) put the work in and you will see results of the hard work you have put in just a few short weeks. Leon and the coaching staff is amazing, making sure everyone is doing the workout correctly and they also provide confidence and support to everyone who walks in the door, and in turn we all support each other. My regular gym closed all of their locations abruptly with very little notice. We were all scrambling to find a new place to call home. Leon opened his doors to every member for a free 30 day trial, no strings attached, at Be Fit South Shore. Within a few days I was hooked & knew at the end of the 30 days I would become a member.

Leon and the other coaches are great at what they do! They come over and help you do the moves properly and also PUSH you. If something doesn’t seem like it’s challenging you, they will intensify the move to make it better for you. In that same sense, they will modify any move if you have an injury, weird ache or just can’t do it! They take the time to get to know each member, their strengths and their weaknesses, and help you to become the best version of you. Their support doesn’t stop when you walk out of the studio, they’re constantly rooting for you and giving you advice online, too.

The workouts vary day to day so you’re not overusing any specific muscle and workout each part of your body. It keeps the workouts fresh daily and not monotonous. Every day i look forward to the days workout!

After going to the gym 4 times plus a week for over 10 years, my body was basically on a fitness plateau where I couldn’t find energy, motivation and sometimes not even desire to continue working out, until I found Be Fit on a Facebook add and without hesitating I drove there and signed up! The best decision I made, lost 10 pounds on first month, got motivation from the fantastic personal trainers they have not only to exercise but nutrition facts as well! Yes, they gave it to me not only the unlimited Boot camp but also the small group work out( basically a one on one training up to 7 visits allowed per month) that corrected my posture of years of wrong doing exercises. I started back to Be Fit in September 2022 and it was the best decision I’ve made in years. I feel so much better after just 3.5 months - my resting heart rate is down 7 bpm, blood sugars have been controlled better, and I am so much stronger. I can’t express enough how much I love Be Fit South Shore. I have had a dislike for exercise and a belief system that told me I will never be able to exercise…. The amazing coaching team has shown me I was WRONG.

I joined Be Fit South Shore in August and I can’t picture my life without out!

I used to be a member of a franchise gym, but was seeking a smaller workout setting due to the pandemic. I also knew I needed guidance on how to target my “problem” areas, and found personal training at other private gyms very costly with hours that did not fit my schedule.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It’s the kind of gym you walk into and everyone knows your name and says hello. They truly care about each and every member and their fitness goals, and consistently have challenges and goal oriented programs to keep members motivated.

I currently do a combination of both the boot camp classes and semi-private personal training sessions, and am happy with my results so far. They have both morning and evening classes which is convenient with my work schedule.

I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in achieving their fitness goals regardless of experience level.

I never really enjoyed exercise but this 30 minutes workout has become the best part of my day. I have some past injuries that previously stopped me from working out the way I wanted to, but at SSFBBC all the coaches work with me on modifications so I can still get the workout in that I need without re-injuring myself. I am an older woman and been active for the past 20 years. I have done the home gym, public gym, and personal trainer and have just not loved it. At South shore fit body Boot Camp I have found my place that I have been looking for. They have work outs and meal plans for everybody. And the thing that impressed me the most is that they care and there is accountability, you don’t just get a book of meals and sat here you go make them. They have great coaches, offer both morning and evening classes and it's only 30 minutes out of your day. I have never talked myself out of going. I have been coming here for a year and I would not go to any other gym, Leon and his team... they motivate you unlike any other boot camp positively, the environment is so enthusiastic and clean. I started at South Shore fit body about 2 years ago and I absolutely love it!! The workouts are challenging and different all the time. I love the availability of all the times and the that the classes are only 30 minutes because they fit into my lifestyle. The best part of South Shore Fit Body is the people!! I am so thankful that I found FBBC! My friend raved about this gym and even though I was nervous (and doubted my abilities), I tried it. The coaches and members of FBBC are like a second family who support and motivate each other every day. I have been consistently attending for almost two years (a victory for me!). This place is amazing! I'm finishing up week two and wish I joined years ago. The 30 min workouts are perfect for a busy schedule, and super effective (I'm soar after every session). The staff are helpful and motivating without being pushy. I am not a morning person, but have looked forward to every early AM workout since I started. I highly recommend giving them a try.

First and foremost I have a whole new prospective on exercise. What was taking me hours at the gym going about it alone can be completed in a very quick 30 minutes. The support not only from the staff but from the entire SSFBC community makes me want to keep returning. I had joined the 6 week challenge but continued on for so many reasons. Not only did it give me the jump start I needed to get in good exercise routine but with the help of Facebook I feel the community is with me thru out the day. The ability to have my body scan done and compare it to prior ones is just an other tool that helps me not to spiral backward if the numbers on the scale are not what I wanted. Not only does it fit my schedule perfect but the convenience of scheduling from my phone allows me to regroup when my schedule changes and I need to find a different time to go. Thank you Leon for such a wonderful program, making me feel like I belong and knowing you truly care.

This is the best gym i have ever been to! Leon the owner is always there and very helpful with any questions you might have. The atmosphere is fun and uplifting and everyone is super motivating. They have a plan for everyone no matter what your fitness level. The trainers are great, very happy and always have a smile! South Shore Fit Body Boot Camp is the place to be! The classes are only 30 minutes, the availability of classes is great and they are challenging and fun. It's a great workout (never boring always different) and the coaches are supportive and motivating. They have several tools and activities to help motivate you along in your journey. I'm living my best life because of Fit Body Boot Camp. So many gyms out there with quick fixes and low monthly member fees ($10) that don't educate or support their members. At FBBC I feel like part of a fit family where there is constant support, knowledgeable staff who cater to my personal physical abilities, yet I'm able to participate in a class with people of all fitness levels and ages and feel 100% a part of the workout. The 30 minute classes have changed not just my physical appearance but also my thinking as it relates to fitness. I'm a grandmother of 3 who is able to do so much more activity with my grandkids because of FBBC. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I started going here on a 30 day challenge special and loved it so much I became a member. SSFBBC is a combination of great people, nutritionist, meal planning and a great workout. I have been a member since April and have lost some weight and a lot body fat. This is a great investment in yourself and being healthy and fit. The trainers are awesome and always have your back and are happy to help modify exercises if you have an injury. Can't say enough good things about them!!

Starting at fit body was a huge step for me, I signed up for a challenge after being pushed by a friend in the middle of the holiday season November '16. I had no intention to continue once my six weeks was over, I "knew" I couldn't afford it. I was a gym hater, I couldn't do a push up, i couldn't do a burpee, I couldn't balance I was so uncoordinated. Fast forward I'm still at fit body, I've made changes in my budget so that I could FOR ME. I rarely have to modify the workouts, I've never been stronger, not only physically but emotionally too!
The best part is that everyone that goes to SSFBBC becomes part of an amazing little family. I will forever be grateful that I was welcomed into this community/"family"!

Amazing place & wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I've been to many different gyms & classes & this is by far my favorite. The owner (Leon) & trainers are super motivating & the people that take the classes are really friendly. All classes are 30 minutes so it's easy to fit into my daily schedule. I like that they have early morning classes and classes after work too. They can also help with nutrition & food plans. Give it a try, you won't regret it. The best part is the first week is free to try them out with no commitment.
