Don’t join here, they literally have sales guys selling memberships just for you to sign up and they lock you in with a contract. Then they make it hard for you to cancel so when you don’t pay they pass it off to collections.

Lady in the counter wouldn't check my name or phone number, she was too busy doing crossword puzzle and was very comfotable with her chair that she did not stand up and check her computer if I was a member and just confidently say "you don't go to the gym here, im sure you dont go here" for 10 minutes until someone checked it and proven she was wrong and she did not apologize for it. Instead gave me a resting bf look. I am not going to this gym again and I do not recommend this gym.

PS: I was polite when I check in and was still polite when I check out

She was rude and lazy.

It's really a nightmare for us to cancel accounts when we moved to other state. Even after cancelling accounts, still they deducting monthly amount from my wife account. It's really hard to reach customer support team, again it is another nightmare for us. At last somehow we reached customer care then they confirmed my wife account is not yet cancelled. Earlier they clearly sent a confirmation email to cancel both accounts. It is really unpleasant experience for us to just cancel membership.

Just started going here. So far, the members of staff have gone above and beyond for me. It’s much more personal than a regular gym. They give you great advice and offer you personal training programs customized to your goals. The membership is affordable and the gym is clean and has a lot of equipment. Staff is present to help. I would recommend this place.

honestly just really disrespectful staff who have NO idea what they are doing in there job as asking them simple questions about the membership will leave you with a shrug or an eye roll, which is quite aggravating due to the amount of money at stake to attend this gym. I was contact from Best Fitness from a face book advertisement for a free 30 day Trial period
I met with Jothathan at the lowell best fitness and he said that I could get a free 30 day trial to join and if I needed more time he would extended it 14 days more
And it can be used at any best fitness locations
Well I went to the best fitness in Chelmsford and was told I had to join and they would not only the aggrement I has for a free trike
Beware they don't do what they say they will do

All the plates in the place are ruined making any lifting off a pound or 2 on a side which is really dangerous. This is the plain street location. It is very clean inside though. Once plates are fixed it'll be a 5 star gym. Best around just to dangerous at the moment

There is always a male worker inside the woman’s locker room. He is always taking out the trash which is never full. Women and children were showering every single time.

Edit: I have been scared to notify staff after witnessing the incident where the nice young lady got escorted by police for reporting a similar situation. The male manager lied about being "corporate" to intimidate her. The officer was not listening to her claim of events, only siding with the manager. There were other witnesses, but we didn't want to get escorted out by police as well. I have since been working out elsewhere.

Definitely wasn’t the place for me! 😒.apparently you can’t cancel your membership when you are out of state… I was having issues with something personal so I couldn’t afford to work…I called in while in new York to have it canceled and prioritize the issue I had at hand and the lady who picked up told me how much I’d have to pay to cancel ,so when I said okay, she said I had to be there physically 🤦🏽‍♀️Tried explaining I can’t make it but 🤷🏽‍♀️
genuinely I couldn’t keep up with payments as I took care of my problem.. fast forward I’m in collection 😒 But that’s just life not everything’s meant to work in your favor!
No hard feelings I just wouldn’t recommend it on my end. ✌️
