It is what it is- a budget gym. Nothing is really new or fancy, but if you're looking for a no frills place to bang out a few workouts a week, it works. Most of the staff is super friendly.

I was in town from D.C. for the annual Christmas holiday with my wife's family and just had to get a work out in. I called around and some gym's wanted $20 to drop in for 45 minutes, total nonsense. When I called Blast, I explained my situation and since it was the holidays, they were so kind to let me work out for this one-time absolutely FREE. They totally could have charged me for this one-time holiday workout but they didn't so I want to thank them for being so kind over the holidays!!

This gym is awesome! Staff and trainers are very friendly and competent. My wife and I have been members for years. It gets very busy at times but I'd recommend to go off peaks hrs. but it's not too crowded, weekend are almost empty which is great. I'm always happy when i'm there. Thanks.

Very good considering this is a cut-rate gym. Very low monthly rates, helpful staff, great managers, but AWFUL management company. Messed up my debit card five times and charged me twice for it even though it was an error on their end with the card and "they'd fix it". My life savings were in the checking account that I used to pay every month, I'd hope I have no issues with the amount of cash I've got in the account. They won't take credit cards so there's no way to ensure that the cash works every time, you just kinda have to hope that the company in charge decides to get it right. I've paid over $80 in (lack of good) service fees, so you'll eventually pay more than you'd spend at a premium gym. The staff they hire to help is amazing, the gym is in good enough condition with everything you'd expect minus a pool, the local managers are good, but the parent company is horrible.

The classes and the teachers are terrific but the reason I'm putting 1 star is because I have a problem with billing and the staff at the desk didn't do an extra step to help me. Im on the road wit almost no signal and I got charged $60 IN 3 days. I have to change my card so the card they have in record decline the payment in 3 days. The company they used ABC charge me over and over .Because it was Saturday I couldn't tak to anybody in ABC so I call the gym the women who I spoke had 0 empathy I asked her to cancel my account and she keep saying that I can only do it in person and that billing is not her problem she can't do anything. This is not the 1st time I asked the staff from help from WIFI cancel classes etc and they never have an idea.

I have been going to this gym for many years now and have seen it go from run down and badly managed to very well run and tremendously improved. I love the staff, they are always extremely friendly and helpful. I congratulate the new ownership on a terrific job. Thank you!

Wifi rarely works. Staff are not friendly. There's very little variety for equipment. I appreciate the parking lot, daycare and their very small all girls section.

It's am OK gym but I have seen better equipped YMCAs and once something breaks it tends to stay broken. If you want no frills and cheap access with plenty of parking it will do.
