Love, Love, Love***I am a physical therapist x 40 years, Reiki Master, Aromatherapist, acupuncture trained, heavy psych background ...I have been a yoga freak x 20 years and I believe Dahn Yoga is the answer. It integrates every healing tool I have ever learned in a great supportive environment. The staff is personable, attentive, kind and knowledgeble, the facility is clean and sunny and hours of service are comrehensive to meet everyone's needs. The individual sessions help you to move past traumas and blocks and the groups sessions will re-inforce your practice. Go...it will put a smile on your face and a lightness in your heart.

I have been going to Dahn yoga for the last 8 years. It's warm calming atmosphere is my sanctuary after a long day at work. Through practicing Dahn yoga I have been able to regain my physical health and manage my anxiety and stress much better.

I've enjoyed being a member of Dahn Yoga for over one year. First, there is a lot of variety in the classes offered to members. I especially like the fact that I do not have to preregister to take a class. After class I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Physically I'm more toned and flexible. Spiritually, I feel more centered and peaceful. I cannot underscore enough the value in "more peace".The instructors are fabulous and take a personal interest in the individual goals of members. I really enjoyed taking classes at the Dahn Center in Andover. It was a little difficult to find but when I went inside I found it is such a beautiful space. I've taken classes at a few different Dahn Yoga locations and as always I got a good workout but also I relaxed and had fun. Instructor Kim is really a wonderful person and the other students were very nice. To me it feels more like a 'retreat' than a gym. I enjoy a hard physical workout but actually I feel the need to do something a little more relaxing on other days. This class has a good balance of mind and body work and it's the perfect compliment to my other exercise. Definitely worth checking out!

Love it here! It's like a little yoga palace! It's a little hard to find if you're not looking for it, and even if you are looking for it, but the classes are so good it's totally worth it once you dive in. All the staff (that I've met) are super friendly and very helpful. This yoga is different than other yogas I've tried, there's still stretching and breathing, but they focus more on opening the body through stretching and through energy work, you learn a lot about the body's energy system, and how to manage your energy and your stress (and how to reduce it). The instructors will even give you some exercises to practice at home when you can't make it to class to keep your body and mind open and relaxed. It's really clean and it's not at all competitive, everyone seems to have a mind to help each other, which this world could use a lot more of.There's so much good stuff that it is very easy to look past the fact that it was difficult to find at first. No other complaints besides that really. They're closed on the weekends sometimes for some workshops they have, I've been to a couple of the heart-opening ones - INCREDIBLE. Totally changed my perspective on myself and the world. Highly** Recommended.

My life completely changed after I joined Dahn Yoga Andover! Through attending classes everyday and learning this unique style of yoga I was able to heal myself. I enjoy coming to class and the way I feel after class! The stretching and body tapping open up my body and I can release tension. This feels so wonderful! The meditation portion of class is my favorite. During this time I can completely empty my mind of thoughts and go to a very peaceful, deep healing place. I can see the benefits of the yoga and meditation throughout my day. I am more calm and focused and my body feels healthier than it has in a long time. Another benefit I gained is being able to come off all medications I was using for anxiety and depression. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!
