British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults of all ages, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside of LA Fitness, our swim school is open year-round, so you can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small group swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.

My 2 daughters started here at the British Swim School led by Ben Fox (owner of British Swim School at LA Fitness - Stoughton) and it has been absolutely amazing! Ben was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, the teachers in the water were extremely competent and had my kids swimming doing things I didn’t even think they were capable of day 1! The level of engagement with the kids was fabulous. We are looking forward to seeing all my kids accomplish with British Swim School this year! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I put my daughter here since she was 4 months old, best decision ever! As for stimulation as for family teamwork! It has really helped my baby (now toddler) in all her skills development! Ben the owner is super flexible and helps us always with make up classes, instructors are very patient and they love kids! Super recommended

We have had such a great experience with BSS. We started the day my daughter turned 3 months old, and have seen improvements every single week. They are helping her feel calm, comfortable and excited about being in the water while teaching survival skills. I've also appreciated the flexibility and accommodation from the admin side.

Ben has been great to work with. He has been so accommodating with different schedules for both of my children. Nova has been instructing my daughter and within a month she has gone from uncomfortable in the pool to being able to swim and looks forward to seeing her every week.

My husband & I love this school. My daughter has learned so much in the 2months that she has been there. she is so comfortable in the water & loves going to swim class every weekend. All the instructors know what they are doing. They are all so great with the children. & communicate very well with us about what is happening with our daughter during class. My husband & I are very comfortable with our daughter in the water now because of British Swim School.

We love this swim school for our daughter! She has progressed so much since she started and she’s doing very well learning new skills. At her old swim lessons at another place, she wouldn’t even jump in the water or go under but now she does it with no problems and has much more confidence. I see so much advancement and I recommend this swim school for anyone looking for swim lessons for themselves or their child.

I have only had great experiences with Ben from British Swim class. He has always been very accommodating, flexible and keeping me updated on the plan. Both my daughters 2 yr old and 5 yr old have enjoy the program, instructors and the Stoughton and walpole locations. This is a great program that teaches the kids about safety and swimming techniques. Highly recommend!
