I don’t leave many reviews but my daughter absolutely loves this class so I wanted to share!

My 3yo daughter loves the water (wants to put her face in all the time and swim….only she can’t swim yet!) This class has been the perfect class for her. Max of 4 kids in the class is great because she gets one on one time with an instructor and then gets to observe other kids. Upon their recommendation, I started her in the lowest level (Starfish) which tends to be kids who maybe don’t love water in their eyes (or maybe being in the water at all). After only a few weeks my daughter is able to not only pull herself out of the pool (something she never did before), but also float on her back for almost 20 seconds!! These are incredible milestones I could not have imagined she would achieve in such a short period of time. I think maybe one more week at this level and she’ll be moving on to the next!! I’m so excited about this program for her!

Everyone I have engaged with at the BSS Stoneham have been fantastic! Her coach Brayden is the sweetest. The guy on the pool deck running the programs is great. The owner, Peter, and a staff person, Christine are fabulous!!

Pro Tips: Programs like this do not work for every child, so just be sure to read the documentation before signing up. Also, I took the time to observe a class before signing my daughter up so if you can, go watch. And, message the staff if you have any questions or concerns…they are incredibly responsive.

The school was great until new ownership took over. Was a loyal customer until they made empty promises to the swim team kids to keep their team around through summer. They even sold off equipment the kids fundraised and pocketed the money saying they are going to keep the pool. Pool has been given to another team already all lies. I’m not even sure the same instructors that were good still work for them. From what I know a bunch left.

Hi, I am Neha Patel. You reply me, but I have no option to reply. You is Now I use my friend Google it and reply you I read your review and you say you have safety for my son, but I not come first time that day. I already come before for swimming lesson and that time my son swimming self that day you have any safety issue or anything and now you told me that all the story I just tell you you need to respect the kids and help him and you not do that pick up the call and setting the desk. I tell that lady everything and that she say is fine. I take care everything you not worry and now you give me answer like that is very very bad and I not need any other thing for you.

I wanted to share with everyone this is the worst swimming school I have ever indulge my son in for learning swimming. Moreover, the staff of this club very disobedient, rude, mannerless and incompetent for teaching lessons to children. They were not teaching my son lessons and they were very rude with him. This shows lack of responsibility of club’s staff. I applied two times for enrolling in the club. However, I didn’t get any good results. Apart from that, when I try to talk with instructor, he was rude with me. Moreover, they denied my child’s entry in the pool just because he was excited for entering in the pool. Because of this my son cried a lot, I am very angry and upset with the club’s staff behaviour. I suggest no one should indulge their children in this club. They are very irresponsible at dealing with children. This is a very bad club with indisciplined staff.

We love British Swim School. Have been enrolled for close to 2 years. Kids have learned the basics of swim survival and are now perfecting their strokes!

Our kids now 4.5 and almost 3 have attended this swim school since they were only a few months old. Highly recommend! The instructors are wonderful. They have become family :) We attend the Bedford branch.

Awesome. They were able to teach my daughter how to swim despite her being afraid of being in the water alone. Would 10/10 recommend.

I believe this is where people learn to swim the English Channel. But don't worry, if you get in trouble Americans will come to your aid. Like always.

This is the only swim school in the area that starts teaching as young as 3 months! Mia advanced to the next level in a few months and is already floating and being submerged! So proud of her!!!. Living 45 minutes away, our plans were to switch her to a closer swim school after 6 months, but this place is so great it is worth the distance and can’t see her skills growing anywhere else. Thank you!
