btone FITNESS Beverly is a small group, reformer fitness studio at 4 Enon St.
We offer an approachable hybrid of Pilates-inspired movements & strength training,
delivered in a 45-minute, joyful flow that packs a serious punch.
Our signature method strengthens every major muscle group in your body by
incorporating strength training, functional movement, balance and flexibility into every
TONE class. All classes are done on our customized reformer we call TONEy!
Every TONE class is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome. Grip socks are required to take class and are available for purchase in the studio. Create an account and schedule online!

Jenn's classes are fantastic! She explains what the workout path is going to be and she counts up and down throughout the workout, reminding you of proper positioning to get the full impact on specific muscles. In addition, she gives you options so you can adjust your moves if that exercise it too tough or too weak for you and all of this happens through her instruction and you never have to look up to see where you are at. One last thing, her voice inflection is perfect capturing your attention and keeping you engaged at all times.

I found it so easy to fit btone into my life! The classes are short but potent and every teacher is so friendly and helpful with adjusting the class to your experience level as well as permission to work with the energy level you have on any given day. It’s also helpful that the app and cancelation policy are easy to use and understand. As a working mom I can’t go as often as I’d like, but it’s always easy to open the app and jump back in when I can. Thanks!!

Every class flies by. It’s seriously the fastest 45 minutes of my life. The workouts are challenging but incredibly rewarding. My muscles are worked in the best way possible, and I can feel the results the moment I walk out the door. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a positive vibe. I leave every session feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their fitness routine!

Love Btone! I’ve taken very few Piliates classes over the year but Btone is my first reformer class and all I can say is WOW! It is such a good workout. I’ve taken HIIT classes, strengthening classes and OTF classes but BTone absolutely kills my core and hips area which have always been challenging spots for me! The instructors are very knowledgeable and will correct form when needed. You will not be disappointed with this studio! Also love the new location in Beverly 😊

I hadn’t exercised in years & this was the perfect way to start again—I began with the 2 week intro package & was immediately hooked! I signed up for a membership before my package ended to make sure I could maintain my consistency. I like btone as it’s something I can’t do on my own or at home. The classes are challenging but you are encouraged to go at the level appropriate for you and there’s always modifications/challenger levels offered. I am a beginner and I appreciate the low impact on my body while also still pushing myself mentally and physically in a fun and welcoming environment!

Best workout there is! In 50 minutes you get an all around body workout that tones, strengthens and stretches in a way that doesn’t make you sweat but has incredible impact on your body. And it’s really fun. Each instructor is great and has their own unique playlist. Lots of class times to choose from, and all levels of experience can take the same class. Modifications if you are not as strong or modifications id you want to take it up a notch. Can’t say enough about how much I love Btone. And I am closer to retirement than college graduation, and it works for me even me.

Highly recommend!! If you’re looking for small group, hands on, fun and challenging workouts, this place is for you!! The instructors are super nice, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and make everyone feel welcome and included. I you haven't tried btone Fitness in Hamilton then what are you waiting for! I have done Pilates Reformer before so I'm familiar with the concept, but the Btone workout is different. It works parts of my body that I didn't know could be sore. The staff is very friendly and helpful and wants to help you succeed with your workouts. I would highly recommend btone!

Btone is such a great workout! As a retired collegiate hockey player with years of weight lifting experience, I never thought I’d be much of a fitness class type of person, but this class is so much fun and challenging. Every class is different and all the instructors are so great! I love how the same workout is adaptable for every level depending on how many springs you use. You’ll feel all your muscles burning and especially your abs! My new favorite thing!

Have been coming here for a couple of months now and it quickly became my favorite workout place. The instructors are great, the studio is in excellent condition. So nice to have btone in the area!Classes are great - good variety of class types and instructors. Weekend classes are a mix of everything and then the weekdays are a bit more targeted to a certain area (core/legs/etc). Would definitely recommend!

If you haven’t tried Btone yet- it’s a must! Classes are always different- but the workouts are always intense- in 45 mins you’ll combine strength, endurance, cardio, balance and flexibility! Instructors are very helpful, adding tips to make each move more challenging or more supportive- whatever you need. It’s definitely for all fitness levels- my athletic daughters & I take the same class! Check it out, you’ll be glad you did!
