Took a class here with family and friends and we had a fabulous time. Super clean facility and equipment. The staff and instructor were superb, knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend this local gem of a studio in the Lexington area.

I’m a huge fan of BTone! I started with a 2-week trial and was instantly hooked. I ended up buying the unlimited membership. All the instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts are always tough, but I feel great afterward. I’ve already noticed some results in my core, legs, and arms. The 45-minute workouts are perfect for my busy schedule. I highly recommend it to a friend. I can’t wait for my next class!

Really effective workout, but the studio just isn’t my vibe. The classes are like a social hour where the students and instructors just chit chat about their lives through the entire class. Most of the people in the class seem to like that atmosphere though; it just isn’t for me.

Instructors have been very helpful in providing both explanation of moves and modifications as needed. I’ve been coming twice a week all month and plan to purchase more passes to continue. My only critique is that classes are often full or waitlisted so planning ahead is important.

Absolutely love Btone!!! It is my favorite way to workout and completely worth any membership fee. I am a college student and I feel a genuine difference when I come home from school and switch my typical workout to Pilates at Btone. If you are looking to get toned, be challenged, and feel your best join Btone!!!

I absolutely love btone!! I joined around 2.5 months post c section and I’ve been hooked since!! The classes are enjoyable, the instructors are all friendly and helpful, and it’s never the same thing twice. I already see and feel a huge difference. HIGHLY recommend!!

Been enjoying this so far! I'm Deaf and the teachers there are accommodating which made my overall experience enjoyable. Communicating in ASL and adjusting/showing they do really help me follow the whole class. I can feel the difference in my body after going a few times. Can't wait to see what the results are after a few months!

Wonderful toning workout the whole body that you just can’t do at home or with a video. The 45 minutes go fast as the excercises change and flow from one to the other. I am actually looking forward to go to class and can really notice the difference.

Btone has truly changed my relationship with fitness for the better! These are no impact, high intensity moves that get your body moving intentionally. The instructors are amazing and they ensure you’ve got proper form and modifications so as not to injure yourself. If you are still looking for the right exercise for you, I highly recommend checking out a Btone class. Classes are so fun and I actually look forward to exercising now!

I started coming to bTone in April 2022 because I was looking for a class to build back my strength post-Covid. I like the small group settings, encouraging staff, and quick pace of the classes. I also really appreciate that with every move/sequence, the instructors offer a modification to make the exercise “lighter” or more challenging. It makes me feel like I’m getting a challenging workout, while working at my own pace. Easy online reservation system and responsive customer service.

I have been going to Btone in Lexington since mid February. The instructors are great and they keep it interesting and challenging and each class is a little different from the other with different focus area each day. It is a mix of barre and pilates and really works your core. These classes are something my body craves for first thing in the morning and they tone and strengthen you. Btone workouts are great to break a sweat and transform your body. I am looking forward to taking more classes in the future.

I'm newer to btone and I just started going a couple of months ago. I love it! Instructors are great (I love Demi!) and it's a challenging workout no matter your fitness level, easy to modify moves to meet you where you're at. Studio is clean & friendly, great community! Added bonus that they have daycare :)
