Burn30 has been a game-changer for me. In just 6 weeks, I’ve seen visible results and I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. What I appreciate most is how Tim makes the workouts easy to follow but still challenging enough to push me past my comfort zone.

The program gave me structure and accountability, which made it much easier to stay consistent and get the hard work done. I never felt lost or overwhelmed—the coaching and support made all the difference.

If you’re looking for real progress and a program that truly works, I can’t recommend Burn30 enough.

My experience @ Burn 30 has been nothing but wonderful. Staff and other members have been very welcoming and understanding that to each of us, our fitness goals are unique and important. The workouts have giving me more results than I anticipated. The workouts are always changing, which keeps me motivated, challenged and excited about what's next. To be down overall 10.5 inches and 4.4% body fat in about 2 months is just incredible!! Can't wait to find out where I'll be in 6 months!!!

Burn 30 is NOT your typical gym..they are so much better! I was anxious about working out in a group setting but those concerns were quickly dashed. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that made me feel instantly comfortable.

The facility is clean, well-organized, and designed to inspire you to push yourself while feeling supported every step of the way.

The classes are absolutely fantastic. Each session is designed to maximize your workout in just 30 minutes, making it perfect for busy schedules without sacrificing effectiveness.

I was amazed at how much I accomplished in such a short time. The workouts are varied, engaging, and scalable to all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been training for years, Burn 30 Fitness has something for you.

The instructors keep the energy high, the exercises dynamic, and they do an excellent job of offering modifications if needed. I left every class feeling accomplished, stronger, and more energized.

One of the biggest highlights of my experience was working with Tim, the owner. Tim is the definition of professional and knowledgeable.

His passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals is evident in everything he does. He took the time to understand my fitness background, listen to my goals, and provide guidance on how I could best utilize the classes to reach those goals.

His ability to explain the science behind the workouts, along with his motivational style, really set him apart from other trainers I’ve worked with in the past. Tim genuinely cares about the members and creates a positive, supportive environment that keeps you coming back.

Beyond the workouts, the community at Burn 30 Fitness is amazing. It’s not just a gym—it’s a family. Everyone encourages each other, celebrates each other’s wins, and creates a fun, judgment-free space to work out.

My experience has been wonderful at Burn 30! I joined the “6 week challenge”, and with their incredible support, I’ve lost 15 lbs and feel stronger than I have in years. The workouts are challenging but completely doable - done in 30 minutes! The trainers are truly invested in helping you reach your goals.

I started at Burn30 only 3 weeks ago and I've already lost 4lbs, 11 inches overall, and gained muscle mass and I am in shock. I'd been working out regularly for about 3 years but couldn't figure out the full formula for getting all the results I wanted, and this place seems to have figured it out for me in such a short amount of time. I was even a little skeptical because I felt like I had tried all the things before, and Tim said "just follow the plan 🔮" and here we are.

I feel so balanced between eating whole foods my mind and body need but also fun little treats here and there for the soul (because of course). I'm sleeping better, I have more energy, and overall just feel more comfortable in my skin.
The community here is also super friendly and keeps you motivated while you're fighting for your life in class sometimes (in a good way).
I just signed up for a year membership and I'm excited to keep working towards a stronger, healthier me ✨

In the beginning of July I was stagnant. I was extremely depressed and absolutely hating my physical appearance. When scrolling social media, I began to see the ad for Burn30 6-week challenge. I eventually decided to step out of my comfort zone and request more information. Upon meeting with the staff at Burn30 and hearing about the program, I took the plunge! I remember saying to Brian and Tim on my intake that they could expect to find me in the back of the class, hiding behind my social anxiety & baggy clothes. I entered class the first time & did just that. I was welcomed & guided through that workout by Rachel, and left ready for more! Now, I find myself socializing before and after class, rockin’ the cute gym sets I never thought I would, & even encouraging and guiding others through the workout. My goal was not to lose a specific amount of weight, but to feel better, have my clothes fit better, and get out of such a negative headspace. 6 weeks later - check, check, and check! I am down 2 pant sizes, happier & more energized! I tell everyone I know about Burn30. Actually, anyone who will listen, really - including the attendant at the gas station! Burn30 is more than a gym. It’s a safe space. A confidence booster. A motivator. A saving grace!

I was looking for something other then the plant fitness a place with direction and motivation. I found it with Burn 30. The plan that Tim put together for me has made a massive change for me. Rachel who coaches the classes that I go to frequently is excellent. The people who have been there awhile are super friendly and don't look judge. I have been here just over 10 weeks and workout 3 to 4 times a week, have lost about 5 inches in my belly and am down 2 pant sizes already. In my short time with the West Springfield Burn 30 crew I’ve learned how to do so many things I never thought possible! You receive training through classes and a tidy meal plan. While following the meal plan strictly and attending my 3 classes a week I managed to loose 35lbs and 21in in 12 weeks alone!! With spectacular trainers coaching, I am now flying through each workout without even thinking and have truly been amazed with my results! I remember being starving on every diet I’ve ever been on. I’m not hungry, I feel stronger, and have more energy than ever before! I can finally run with my son! I owe a good portion to the burn 30 team for the right path but I owe the most to myself for taking accountability of my health and fitness!

I did the 6 week challenge and all I have to say is Rachel, Tim and Brian most definitely did what they said they would do for me to reach my goals. I saw more progress in 6 weeks than I have for about 4 years. The environment of the classes are so motivating, the results are inspiring and keep you pushing even harder for what you want with yourself. Burn 30 has everything I was looking for to keep me active and motivated. Accountability - online scheduling of my workout times for the week. Convenience - great hours for before or after work plus an accessible location. Variety - I never know what the next day workout will include when I arrive but I do know I will be challenged and be proud when I finish! Community - Tim and the rest of the Burn 30 fitness family are always ready to encourage and support you from the moment you step through the doors. I came to Burn 30 for a free trial because a friend of mine has been a member and really wanted me to "give it a try". 2 months later..I am still going, now 5 times a week! I love that it only takes 30 minutes and you get a full body workout! And it is a workout, new exercises daily, we haven't repeated one yet! If you think you can't get in a full exercise program in 30 minutes - you CAN and you will sweat! Tim is very motivating, when I feel like I can't do any more reps, I hear him "talking" to just me (even though he is talking to everyone in the group) - giving me a pep talk to keep me going. He greets us at the door when we come and when we go. This is a gym like no other, clean and fun! I love the small classes, it is like having your own personal trainer! I just wish I had started going sooner but now you have me hooked! I can't wait to see where this takes me on my journey to a healthier me! Thanks Burn 30!

So simple and easy to be consistent with. Tim keeps it new enough to be challenging but consistent enough to be comfortable. Constantly giving opportunity to challenge your muscles, and stamina. The option to schedule online is easy and fast and holds me accountable. He knows everyone by name and gives credit where credit is due but also doesn’t waste anyone’s time, its never late or lacking motivation to keep everyone who shows up in the game. I’ve been with the Burn 30 family for almost 2 years now and I’m so glad to have found them! The owners are kind, very involved in the community and truly treat their members like family. I look forward to going to my workouts every morning because I come out of there primed and ready for the day.
