Burn Boot Camp in Needham, MA features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I signed up at Burn Needham through a 28-day challenge special. At my first class I was astonished how many people I met there attend camps 5-6 times a week. One month into it I am now one of those daily participants and I love it. The community and motivation from trainers and other campers is addictive. I feel challenged and simultaneously supported. I recently joined after moving to the area and completing a trial deal. It is a little pricey, but you 100% get what you pay for. The community is truly incredible and motivating. I love that there are so many options each day to go before work/after work/ with kids/ or without kids. You get such a great combination of strength and cardio in the class variety throughout the week and can easily be tailored to so many fitness levels. I would highly recommend to anyone but especially women looking for a warm, inclusive, supportive fitness community.

3 years ago when I joined Burn Newton my goal was just to keep up for a whole class. I just crushed 100 camps this year and have never felt stronger. I love going to camp because the trainers will challenge me and help with correct form, and the positive energy in the room is amazing. Burn is my happy place!

I love HIIT classes/circut training workouts that move quickly and BurnBoot Camp Needham is just that! It is extremely supportive and what I like most is you can do what you want and as much or as little as you want. You are still pushed to do your best without the guilt of keeping up with the person next to you but more so the challenge if you want it

I personally wouldn’t come here. It was great the first 2 times I went but the third visit I ended up tearing my ACL. Wasn’t so much entirely their fault, but they gave me a hard time cancelling the membership. Groups are very large with one instructor so I feel like it lacked on correcting form of people who might be new to those exercises. That’s all I really have to say about this.

It’s been over 7 years since I’ve been working out at the Burn Boot Camp in Newton (now Needham). I’ve loved the variety in the daily camps, the mods provided for exercises and especially the up beat enthusiasm everyone has… even on hard days when we’re grunting through an exercise that might not be our favorite! I may be in my 60’s but that doesn’t matter. Age doesn’t matter here. Everyone cheers you on, and celebrates you, at whatever level you’re at.
The community is second to none!

I had the pleasure of joining Burn recently at the recommendation of a friend, and it honestly seemed too good to be true, but it's not! The community is so supportive, so caring and the trainers are incredible! Class moves seamlessly, is always exciting/changing so it keeps your attention, and they are very mindful of everyone being at different stages (they offer modifications for everything). There's a quote in the gym that says, "what doesn't challenge you, won't change you" and that's a motto they take seriously. I'm only about one month into my membership, but it is a great place to be and motivates me to keep coming back! Some additional pros: *child watch,* great schedule- classes offered all throughout the morning as early as 5:15am, focus meetings 1:1 with trainers as often as you want, and genuine heart- people remember your name, and they care about your success! It's a special place, if you're on the fence, take this as an invitation to check it out- it's worth it!

Burn is great! I really enjoy the sense of community & how energized the classes are. I have been a member of Burn Newton for almost 2 years now! It was the BEST decision that I made after having my son. I believe that it is the SINGLE most important thing that helped me feel like myself again after giving birth. I have been going to BURN 5 days a week since I began. I am mentally and physically stronger and I feel confident taking on the REST of my day after taking care of ME first in the mornings. I feel inspired every day by the people around me and I have found another important community that I did not know I needed. The trainers at Burn are warm, caring, thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They work tirelessly to push you during the workouts and to help you reach your goals. I highly recommend that you come give it a try! My best advice- Come for SEVEN days straight and then decide if it is for you. I’ve been attending Burn since they opened their doors in February 2018. It’s true when they say the gym is more than a gym, it’s a community. At Burn you get an awesome workout for 45min by extremely attentive and kind trainers and you get to experience the support of your Burn sisters/bros. We cheer each other on, encourage each other to pick up heavier weights, go faster, modify up, and laugh and smile all while doing it. The community it reflective of the love the co-owners and trainers have put into fostering a space of welcoming and belonging. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you will feel welcomed here and you’ll grow here! I especially recommend Burn to anyone getting back into working out postpartum (I started at Burn 3 months postpartum). I signed up to the 1 week free trial. Liked the fact no credit card was require, snd was a simple sign up.
About the Location:
Easy to Access, plenty parking space.
The training area is super clean.
They do offer water and towels if you don't want to bring yours.
Cabinets to put your stuff.
It gets crowded I went on a saturday morning at 7am and the instructor said it was 40 people just for that class!
Julissa the instructot was nice and try to cater to all but 40 people its a lot.
The crowd is the same everywhere the superfit group, the friendly, etc you get the picture.

The important part the membership cost is less than $200 for unlimitted, you can purchase class packages etc, they have diffefent promos always going on. Good experience wish they where closer to my area.
While is easy to access on the highway it's far from where I live for an everyday drive or 3 times a week. Wish they were closer to Boston.

Great community of women of all ages supporting each other at every turn. Very inclusive of all levels of fitness. I have been there since the year it opened and it gets better and better as do I. I feel stronger at 55 than I ever did in my life. I was an athlete but I have been able to reach new goals with trainer and community support. Where to start? Burn has been life changing! I am a much stronger both mentally and physically after joining Burn a year ago. Burn is so much more than a gym—it’s a community of incredible, passionate, and strong women. I’m a better person all around thanks to Burn. I show up for myself, so I can show up for all those who need me. And raising two kids, one with special needs, I have a lot to manage and work through. My ability to crush our challenging workouts shows me that I can take on anything life throws me.

And I never was a gym person. I thought I was fine doing my own workout thing. Now at Burn, I’m building so much strength and endurance I never knew I was capable of. We have the best trainers who meet you where you’re at. There are mods for everything, so you keep moving and keep your body healthy and safe. And during this pandemic, Burn has been incredible with keeping us safe and offering both live and recorded virtual workouts. I join the virtual workouts every morning at 5:15 am. Why do I wake up at the ungodly hour? So I can start my day on my own terms and with the most amazing women.

And if that’s not enough to convince you, there’s a big focus on nutrition, getting enough protein, staying hydrated throughout the day, and to never miss a meal. It’s about building strength. It's about what our bodies can do. There's no mention of bikini season or any of that BS. It's about how to be a better you. Burn also offers focus meetings with one of our incredible trainers where you can talk about goals, concerns, questions, stuff you're trying to work through. I feel so so supported.
