Any business that doesn't publish its pricing so people know what they are getting into before they walk in, feels a hell of a lot like a scam.

I’m the kind of person that doesn’t usually like exercise but they make it easy to follow.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff and instructors at this studio! Angela and Sophia are amazing! They treat the clients with such kindness, empathy and respect. Their customer service is impressive and they go out of their way to make your experience at Club Pilates a good one! Plus, I love how they decorate the studio- so adorable and uplifting not to mention the women small business pop-up shops and local female owned vendors they invite in to demonstrate their services or products. Women supporting other women! Love it! Thank you for you both and the amazing instructors that teach our classes!

Club Pilates Lynnfield
I wish I didn’t have to write this complaint because I love the instructors at this location but the “GENERAL MANAGER” is so unprofessional and rude. I had to cancel my membership because my hours are limited and there was always a waiting list for the time I was available so it didn’t work for me.
I never had to go through so much stress to cancel a membership. The policy says a 30 day written notice is required in order to cancel the membership. I did. I told them over the phone, I sent an email on 08/29/2024 asking to cancel my membership still not enough. They still charging my account. I am a massage therapist and I had 3 of my clients signed up for this location because of me, I am very disappointed with the poor management and very bad business practice. I will dispute the last payment as I did not authorized it. I wonder if the owner is aware of how their customer service “general manager” is dealing with clients. Very disappointed WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I have a chronic illness that causes flare-ups unexpectedly, anywhere on my body and I frequently have to miss work, cancel important events in my life with my loved ones and obviously cancel Pilates classes. I try to do so within the required 12 hours, but last Friday, I couldn't, so I called. I spoke to someone who was very rude on the phone with me and told me that I canceled classes too many times even though they were before the required 12 hours before the class. She said she was putting a note on my account. Rude as hell and didn't even give me a chance to explain myself. She has no idea why I often do that. It is never intentional but if I'm sick and unwell or have an emergency, I prefer to cancel before the 12 hour mark or to call. Sometimes I even take the $10 penalty, if there are circumstances beyond my control where I can't give advance notice but I'm truly unwell. Fortunately, the Lynnfield location is not the location I signed up with. I go to the Woburn location which is very friendly and the manager is so nice and checks in with me frequently, even though she has no idea about my chronic illness, that's just how she is. I love it there. I give this location two stars because there is an amazing trainer who teaches there. Her name is Midori and I took one class with her and enjoyed it so much. It felt like she was truly providing a mind body experience and I loved the way she taught the class. I had taken a class in Lynnfield before and I felt a bit out of place but I didn't feel that in Midori's class. If I continue to go to Lynnfield, it will be for this class, not for the customer service aspect (or lack thereof). Please consider that NO ONE, unless they have the financial means, is paying over $230/month to cancel classes last minute, just because. Pilates has been the one thing that's helped me on my wellness journey so I want to be there but there are days where I have flare ups in my lungs, my arms or my legs and I'm literally unable to breathe, walk or talk without being in excruciating pain. Please be a bit more considerate of people's circumstances. I wasn't going to leave a review but this behavior really upset me, but mostly hurt because I was in so much pain that day and I wanted to go to Midori's class so badly, but I just couldn't do it when I woke up that morning. I called the Woburn location accidentally because I was so out of it but realized closer to the class time that I called the Woburn location not the Lynnfield location. Of course, the manager from the Woburn location, Toni, messaged me back and was so lovely and said she couldn't find me in the system to cancel my class without a penalty (because that's obviously not where I was signed up...my fault 🤦🏽♀️). This response from this person that day was just so upsetting because they have no idea how much I struggle everyday and how much pain I was in. Please practice a bit more kindness and mercy. Please.

Really liking my experience here. Conveniently located at Lynnfield Market with tons of parking. You book on their app, check-in on the ipad, pick your reformer and go to work.
Steph is an incredible instructor; she eats, breathes, and lives Pilates—and it shows. She is a fantastic motivator and highly entertaining. Most importantly when I leave class I feel good. The next day my entire tummy is on fire; not just lower or upper—the ENTIRE fleet of abdominal muscles are cooked. I call it delayed onset of muscle soreness. Steph is the best!
Connie (GM) and Becky have been very accommodating, and I am very grateful.
Book a class. You won’t regret carving out some time for yourself here.

Best decision I’ve made was investing in a membership. I adore all the instructors and staff and look forward to class, I’ve been going consistently for a little over a year and I’m astonished at the results inside and out. I never thought I could love working out so much!

They’re re super nice until you sign the 3 months commitment contract, after that get ready to get ripped off! Teachers won’t help you much (except for Matt on assembly square). Matt is the best! For him I’ll give 5 stars but for the club Pilates is 0!

Returning to CPL after many months recovering from shoulder surgery (skiing accident). What joy my muscles felt after the very first class! This is the place where I know I will heal and become stronger again. The management team has been so kind and gracious. All the instructors go through rigourous training and will help you with modifications. Kathleen is one of my favorite instructors.

I had enjoyed this very much because of the instructors. It definitely got me in to a program that I could finally get myself in to. However, the cost and aggravation of canceling within a 12 hour period is absurd. I read a comment from someone that they had an emergency. They do not care. I got to the point of losing all disrespect for the $$ that they are getting for me to ask to speak to an owner. And was told “the owner does not interact with any clients .” I am sorry but we are working to get ourselves better. Life can not predict 12 hours in advance what will happen to charge $10 more to the $220+ a month.
My advice talk to an instructor you like and see where else they teach. Yes, of course like anywhere there is going to be one or two instructors that don’t work for you but there a hell of a lot good ones that worked for me. Miss going there but business module sucks.

Club Pilates changed my life! It’s the only workout I’ve ever been able to stick with. I’ve had decreased flexibility and range of motion in my right leg for over 10 years from a terrible hamstring injury. It’s been worsening over the years and physical therapy was unsuccessful. About 2 months into Pilates I’ve regained about 80% range of motion and flexibility in my right leg. I know that I’ll achieve 100% recovery continuing Pilates and I’m so grateful!! It’s also improved my mood, mental health, overall strength, balance and flexibility. I’m obsessed. Worth every penny.

Not for me.
At my third class, I arrived at 5:06 for 5:00 class and asked to leave. This is in a busy shopping center off the 95 during rush hour with a highly congested parking center. I was very upset by this, I didn't know about a "5 minute policy" prior and to have no flexibility and to actually send a paying member away felt really awful. Another con I didn't know about was that your classes expire in the same month, so I noticed two had disappeared off my schedule and asked about it, thats when I was told the policy. They did credit one back for not knowing, but again with the whole pandemic, I would like to see a place have more flexibility in being able to use your classes. I felt uncomfortable that there was no mask policy in January during the surge of the pandemic. I don't feel the classes are personal at all, there are 10 people or so in each class and no personal corrections during the class which is important in Pilates. I will be stopping my membership after the mandatory three month period!

I love this place. I was struggling to get back into working out after having a baby in December, I did their free intro class and have loved it ever since. I can see a huge difference in my overall strength and core. The instructors are nice and accommodating & we do different things each class so it doesn’t get boring.

CPL is an awesome community of people. I’ve been working out there for over 3 years! I have had two babies over that time and have been able to work out consistently through both pregnancies and postpartum to help me reach my fitness goals. They have many class offerings throughout the day and great instructors!

I love Club Pilates in Lynnfield. The staff is amazing! There are many classes to choose all week. Pilates makes me feel great, and I no longer feel any pains throughout my body. I look forward to attending class every weekday and it starts my day off to be good all day long :). Thank you for motivating me! You are all wonderful!

I wasn’t a person to exercise out of pure laziness. I was finally getting disgusted with myself that i tried an intro class. I fell in love with Club Pilates, their staff and made friends with the clients. Today was my 250th class. Woo hoo. I’m not disgusted any more. Thank you Club Pilates

I love Club Pilates! I joined to help me get ready for my wedding this summer, but I’m hooked and don’t think I’ll ever stop! The instructors have been amazing, I take between 3-5 classes per week depending on my schedule and love that the class is a little different every time. I’ve been a member for about 3 months now and see/feel the results! Worth the money IMO!

Omg i love this place. I don’t have a favorite instructor because they all are fabulous…i go 3 times a week and every class is a different workout. I’ve only been a member for 4 months and have seen a transformation of my weak abs to strong abs. My whole body has muscle tone highly recommended Club Pilates

I’ve been doing Pilates for about 4 years now and I can’t imagine my life without it. It’s a real workout without a lot of damage to my knees which have arthritis, I actually have less pain in my knees now than I did prior to Pilates. Every instructor takes the time to correct your form and encourage you. Love it!
