We provide the best personalized game-plans for Fitness, Nutrition & Accountability that will meet individuals Where They Are At and are designed to encourage & foster continuous improvement.
All of our programs are Coach Led. You are never expected to “figure it out for yourself”. We offer workouts in groups or 1-1 personal training, and 1-1 nutrition coaching. We often have member events. Tell us your goals and we will give you a reasonable timeframe to reach your goals. Our tagline is “responsible training for results “. We are goal oriented. We also offer a 7 day free trial to make sure we’re the right fit for you.

I walked into this gym with no experience in weightlifting or functional weight training. If I walked into a big gym, I would have no idea where to start. I also find big gyms intimidating. My experience was in cardio fitness. I am very happy at Commit Fitness. The trainers are very friendly and welcoming! The gym is a perfect size and very clean. I honestly have never been to a more knowledgeable gym!

Since before the pandemic started, I have loved attending classes at Commit Fitness. The staff and owners are amazing and the classes are fun and engaging for everyone. They always show you every exercise and how to modify things to your level as needed. The center is very clean and organized. Ive been going to Commit Fitness for several years, I joined after I had my colon resected due to a cancer diagnosis and my oncologist said getting fit was critical to my remission. This gym was the perfect fit for me. The owners and trainers care and get to know your needs, worries and goals. They are as knowledgeable as they are supportive and it makes it an environment that you can feel comfortable in. I fully recommend this gym for all ages, shapes and sizes!

Excellent staff. The adult fitness classes are a great full body workout. Coaches give attention to detail based on each members needs and are very encouraging. Workouts are kept interesting and different levels are offered so you can challenge yourself as your body builds strength.
I joined Commit Fitness 13 weeks ago and can already feel positive changes in my body.

Great place to get fit and stay fit! After many years of joining gyms, then never going, at CF I now work out for an hour 3 times a week. My strength, balance and flexibility have never been better. Coaching focuses on form and safety. I retired 2 years ago and finally made use of the nutritional counseling and coaching. I lost 50 lbs and went down several clothing sizes. I always enjoy the relaxed environment and camraderie with staff as well as other members.

I am not one to post reviews, but Commit Fitness deserves a 5 star rating. Been a member for over 5 years and it's the best thing that I have done for myself. Never been fitter. Love the knowledgeable staff and coaching is the best. You can tell the owners and the staff at the gym care about their members. They want you to have a pleasant experience and help you achieve your goals.

My experience at Commit Fitness is great. I have been a member for over 3 yrs. The owners Barb and Tony and the trainers are awesome they demonstrate every step of the workouts and give you ways to make it easier or harder if that’s what you need. They are with you every step throughout the workout to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly. The classes are small group with full body training in an hour. All the members are friendly and supportive as well. This makes the classes more enjoyable. I can't say enough about this gym.

I still can’t believe that this is me! I actually look forward to my workouts! I’ve never liked traditional gyms - all those machines intimidated the heck out of me. I saw a video for Commit Fitness on FaceBook. I saw people who looked just like me doing workouts that looked like fun. Something compelled me to make the call and give it a try. I set up an appointment with Barb and have been loving the journey ever since. Every session is led by a trainer. The trainers are supportive, enthusiastic and motivating. They are awesome about showing you modified versions of exercises to continue to build strength starting where you’re at (like for those of us who wish we had the knees we had 20 years ago!). The classes are fun and the time flies by. Not only are the pounds coming off (19 pounds in 6 weeks!!) - I feel stronger, I feel healthier, and I’m meeting great people! I’m so glad that I made this investment in ME!

My experience at commit fitness was great. The owners Barb and Tony plus staff are incredibly awesome and supportive. They guide you through the program step by step. The classes are a small group with full body training in an hour. Someone is with you the entire time help you. All physical levels are encouraged. They train you at your particular level. I love going to Commit, i have lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks. It is not just about the weight lost, it how i am feeling. I sleep at night better. I work with young children and have to move a lot. I can get up from the floor with holding on to the wall. I love exercising which i never enjoyed.

I just completed my 6 week challenge with Commit Fitness
I was sick of the pounds going down during the week and packing them back on during the weekends.
I needed help.
I saw the advertisement for the 6 week challenge and said to myself hey what have I got to lose.
Well what I did lose was 12lbs total during those 6 weeks. But most important is what I gained.
I gained accountability,camarade·rie and a healthier me.
The nutrition program was easy to follow.
Either the owners Tony & Barbara or staff are with you during all your workouts.
They guide,motivate and encourage you every step of the way.
Everyone one who works out there greets you with a smile and offers encouragement during workouts.
My 6 weeks are done but I am choosing to stay with Commit Fitness.
If your on the fence about joining. Get off. You wont be sorry.

About 7 years ago I began my fitness journey. I found a gym and a program that really worked for me and as a result I lost 85 lbs. over 2 yrs. Eventually I plateaued. I tried personal training which kept me moving for a while but then the trainer I had worked with for 3 yrs left. I fell out of routine, stopped paying attention to what I ate, stopped exercising and gained back 40lbs. I tried several "challenges" and seemingly wasted hundreds of dollars over the course of 2 yrs. And NOTHING seemed to fit ... nothing stuck. Until I found Commit Fitness. I saw the 6 week challenge on Facebook and signed up. I went in to meet Barb and I knew this was my chance to reclaim my body and my life. Barb, Tony and Nicco are exactly who I needed to help me and the program is exactly what I needed to get myself back on track. The meal plan is sooooo easy to follow and the workouts are readily modified by the staff to meet individual needs. Not once have I felt embarrassed about my body or my level (or lack thereof) of fitness. The environment is inclusive welcoming and supportive. During the 6 week challenge I lost 18 lbs!!!!!!! Almost half way to my first goal... in just 6 weeks!!! I truly cannot say enough about these amazing people and exceptional program!!! Thank you Barb, Tony and Nicco!!!💜

I really can not say enough about Commit Fitness and their owners, they are just fantastic, great atmosphere to go do your work out at, fantastic set up, and if you want to loose weight in a healthy manner and at the same time get in shape, well there is no better place to go to.

I would highly recommend Commit Fitness. I lost 17 pounds during the 6 week challenge. What is better is that it feels like more. I enjoy the workouts and discovered that I really enjoyed the foods on the meal plan. I came to look forward to creating enjoyable meals within the guidelines of the meal plan.
I benefitted from the changing workouts which include a mix of exercise that I enjoy and some that I do not. Once you make a point to schedule your workout and get there, the workouts are safe, challenging, and FUN (mostly). It's great to feel yourself getting stronger and more fit. I plan to continue at Commit Fitness with better habits, more motivation to be fit, and more energy. Thank you to the trainers and members at Commit Fitness!

In 2009 I had Gastric Bypass surgery n lost 82 lbs . 11 months before my one year weigh in , I had a car accident . After that I coulldnt hardy do much , no even work ! Then I had my neck surgery and I got worse ! I started eating , got very depressed , gained 30 lbs. and got very mad at everyone and everything ! I didn’t think I was ever going to do the things I did before . When I stared the 6 week challenge I couldnt get up from the floor without help or crawling to something to get up , plus theres always someone close by to help you out ! At first it was pretty embarrassing ! But the great thing about Commit fitness is that everyone’s nice and friendly ! Tony and Barb Pagourgis are great Coaches ....They take their time to help you do everything right, and always there to cheer you on ! I’m getting better everyday , and I can even get up by myself ! Yaaayyyy ! I lost 19 lbs on the 6 week challenge and I’m still there , cuz I want to get stronger. So if anyone is looking to live a healthy life lose weight , gain muscle and learn how to eat healthier for the rest of your lives ! Commit fitness is the place for you . Come join us ! It's been an amazing 6 week journey!!! Decided to take the Commit Fitness of Leominster 6 week weight loss challenge because I needed to recommit to myself and my Twisted Sistahs Softball Team. This program consists of personal training sessions and a nutritional diet that is well planned out. I highly recommend food prep if you have never done that before. This is taught in the nutritional part of the program and something that I will continue to do in my everyday life.
Can't believe I lost 14 lbs and feel like a whole new person. I want to thank the owners Tony Pagourgis and Barbara Pagourgis for their guidance and knowledge. I consider myself an athlete but these 2 people really know their craft and have a great way of communicating. I highly recommend Commit Fitness to anyone looking to lose weight, get in shape and just feel great about yourself.

I could not be happier with my entire experience at Commit Fitness. Someone is always there to answer questions, to correct form during an exercise, or just to give that extra “you’re doing good!”
Wherever you may be in your fitness journey- trying to lose those pounds you lost years ago and regained (like I was), or maybe your doctor says it’s time to get serious before it’s a bigger problem, or you’re an athlete looking for that extra advantage... you will not be disappointed by the support and results you’ll get at Commit Fitness.
I just finished my 6 week challenge and lost 28 pounds and 6.3% body fat. To put that in perspective it took me 2 years to lose 50 pounds. That’s 28 pounds (more than half that!!) in just 6 weeks.

I recently completed a 6 week challenge at Commit Fitness in Leominster. I learned of the challenge through FB, talked to Barbara and Tony, and figured I would give it a try. I had been planning on starting a diet and workout program on my own for about the past 6 months, but I never stuck with anything for more than a couple of days on my own. Once I started the challenge, I found the workouts to be excellent, and the diet to be relatively easy to follow, with plenty of food choices. Barbara answered all of my questions along the way, and she and Tony were both great trainers during the workouts. I am happy to say that during the 6 week challenge, I lost over 28 lbs! I have also learned some good eating habits, that I plan on using going forward.
