I have been taking classes with Core Asset Fitness Training for more than 8 years. The classes are always interesting and challenging and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. The small class sizes allow the instructors to tailor the classes to the needs of their clients.

I was lucky to have a private class with Ellen of Core Asset Fitness, and I highly recommend the experience. Ellen has a wide range of knowledge about the human body, from her training not just as a yoga teacher, but also as Nurse. I always feel that the more Vinyasa Yoga classes I take, the more questions I have! Ellen helped me with the proper alignment for my body and range of flexibility. She also showed me some pointers to help with specific postures that made me feel I was really getting the pose for the first time. Great experience, great teacher.

I can't say enough good things about boot camp with Core Asset. I'm not a big athlete so was initially intimidated by the idea of boot camp but Ellen and Pam are great at creating workouts that fit every ability. My strength and coordination has definitely improved over the past 2 years and I've come to love starting my day off with boot camp. Working out in the morning is the only time I can fit in exercise and I really miss it if I can't make a class. It's a great way to kick off the day!

I've been going to Ellen and Pam's classes for 7 years. I've done their Boot Camp pretty much consistently, and have tried Pilates and most recently, TRX. I love how it never gets boring and they are always changing things up. I tried gyms in the past and never got into a routine and found the classes impersonal. Ellen and Pam are terrific at dialing into everyone's specific needs. They also have alternate exercises for those of us with old, achy bodies! I don't know what I'd do without them.

My week is not complete if I don't go to Boot Camp at 6am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I never thought I would say that, but Ellen (and Pam) have made me realize that I like to work out outside (except in the winter) and an early morning workout gives me energy all day.

Pam and Ellen make a great team. After hunting around for a long time, I finally found the winning combination that works for me. Pam brings so much experience, perspective and creativity to her Pilate's classes. I know it will always be a fresh and challenging class. Ellen's yoga is entirely unique. I've tried a lot of different classes at different locations in the area and no one has managed to present yoga in a way that is so nicely suited to the needs of a runner and cross trainer. Her yoga classes allow you to enhance the effects of all the other activities you do. Running and cross training along with Core Assets' Pilates and Yoga has given me the right balance to stay injury free as I work to stay healthy and fit.

I've taken both Pilates and Yoga with Core Asset Fitness and have been very impressed with their personal and educated approach to fitness. I have always felt a one to one connection where my personal need have been addressed and met. I can't wait to take my next class!
