Thoroughly enjoyed Courtney's pilates instruction. We did private sessions as a family and Courtney was very detailed in instruction while meeting each of our individual needs. Courtney is the absolute BEST! She taught a wonderful private Pilates lesson for my sister’s bachelorette party at our AirB&B, and it was one of the highlights of our weekend. Courtney is so fun and kind, and the whole group (of varying skill levels) was able to participate. 10/10 recommend!

If you're thinking of working with Courtney, book her! She's the best! We had Courtney come to our Air B and B and teach a private Pilates class for my bachelorette party. She was so fun and sweet, let us create our own playlist to play during class, and it was a great workout. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I take Courtney’s Power Pilates class every Saturday morning and sometimes her Vibe Pilates class on Tuesday mornings at Studio 721. I love how she always gives multiple options and accommodations for each exercise, so if you wanna take it light and easy or go hard/heavy you have all the options. You get to pick your level of intensity. Courtney and all of us “regulars” love seeing new faces and welcoming people into the class. We have a lot of fun!
