Dropped in while visiting Braintree and had a great experience. Coaches were welcoming, the class was fun and challenging, and the community was awesome. Easily one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. You HAVE to try it!

I have considered joining this program for several years. Every time it is around a promotion that they are running. The advertisement promises a free six week program. Then when you speak with the representative danielle, she will tell you that it is a free consultation. I don't really go in for false advertising, which is why I am finally writing this review. I have worked in sales and customer service for thirty five years and I would never try a switch and bait, or sell futures. I'm sure they have proven results for many people who have paid for the program. Unfortunately they are targeting women currently who may have low self esteem and poor body image, simply for the payday. I cannot recommend this program to anybody. Feel free to contact me directly about this review. I don't hold any punches, pun intended. If this review comes down, I will know it's because they paid for it.

CrossFit East Coast is not just a gym but an amazing community. If you’re looking for new friends or a a supportive atmosphere to try something new, this is the place. I started with their transformation challenge and had never done CrossFit before. I lost 15lbs in that challenge, got healthy and now 6 months later I’m starting to really grasp the gymnastics components of CrossFit. All of that wouldn’t have happened if the coaches, members and my new friends weren’t as supportive as they are there. Thank you Danielle and Patrick for running a great gym and for always keeping it fun for your members!

best gyn i had ever joined. CFEC is not only a place to workout, for me it had become a place where I get to ease my mind. Patrick n Danielle created a community where we all feel comfortable in our own skin where u would never feel judged where each member n coaches address you by ur name... where every journey is a unique one. I have made awesome friends there. the min u open the door u feel u in a different word. when I feel at my lowest I go to CFEC and I totally forget about everything. it is amazing to see how people that u only interact with at the gym greet u like they know u their whole life. CFEC offers a great program that works where if u follows it u will notably lose weight the right way but u will gain so much confidence u will get stronger everyday n everyone will cheer up for u n will celebrate ur goals n achievements like if it was theirs. all i can say is thank you Crossfit East Coast.

I’ve been a proud member of this CrossFit gym for the past 1 year and 4 months, and it’s been nothing short of life-changing! I originally joined after a family member referred me, and I decided to give the 6-week challenge a try. The results were incredible, and while I did lose weight, I gained so much more in the process.

What really sets this gym apart is the sense of community. It’s not just a place to work out; it’s a built-in support system. I’ve made incredible friends, participated in social events, and found myself looking forward to coming here every day. Joined a couple of months back, go here 3x a week.
Must say never thought i'd continue after the first 2 workouts which were difficult, but the coaches were very supportive and the workouts really do make a change in your general energy levels and your fitness. It works 100%.

I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge on August this year and, for me was the first time I do CrossFit. Always wanted to try it and now, I love it.
You should try this gym, the instructors are amazing, they explain to you the exercises with so much detail, they make sure you don't get injured if you're not familiar with it and, the challenge you to try more than you think you can do!
Danielle and Patrick are so nice and when you're in the challenge they follow up every time to help achieve your goals, even when you're not in the challenge, they keep helping and motivating you constantly.
I liked it so much, I signed as a regular member after the 6 weeks challenge. I lost at that time, 7 pounds, low down my body fat from 34 to 31 and, I lost 5'' in my waist .
Thank you to all the team and, all the people I've met, there's nothing but good vibes there!

I was a bit skeptical joining because I have never participated in CrossFit before. From my first day in the program, the coaches took time to train me how to properly perform the stretches, exercises and continue to instruct in order to boost your skills. I also appreciate the diversity and inclusiveness at CrossFit East Coast. Not only are the coaches awesome but your classmates are even more remarkable and root for you every step of the way regardless of your abilities. Three weeks into my new CrossFit lifestyle, I must admit – I feel like a new, improved and healthier dad and totally wish I joined this community sooner. I no longer crave eating junk food and am boosting my confidence more and more each day. My second week in! I am not fit by any means! I hate the regular cardio. Gets boring! I love the vibe and the environment at east coast cross fit! Everyone is so nice. I feel welcomed! I completed the 6-week challenge! Although I didn't reach my weight-loss goal, I did lose 7% of body fat. As long as you follow your meal plan and stay in a caloric deficit (for weight-loss goal), you will see results.

The coaches here are friendly and super encouraging. The coaches and my peers helped me push myself to work really hard during every class.

This gym is tucked away far inside of the Bayshore Athletic Club. I had three great drop-in experiences while in town and would go back if I'm in the area again. Partner WODs are on Saturday mornings and they're are flexible about new people dropping in for those classes, so it was fun to get to do it with my brother who'd never done CrossFit before. They offer shirt purchases in place of their drop-in fees and it works out to be the same cost. Finally, the filtered water from here is SOO GOOD! I brought an extra bottle to fill up my last time here because Braintree tap water isn't clean-tasting and their multistage machine has very clean, remineralized, and slightly alkaline water. Overall great gym!

The coaches are great motivators and are there to push you when it is needed. Given that I had never worked out consistently I was a bit hesitant to start CrossFit but decided to sign up for CFEC's 6 week challenge and it turned out to be a great decision. The coaches give everyone just the right amount of attention to ensure that everyone executes the workout movements correctly, even if you have never done them before. Additionally, other CFEC athletes, including those who are a bit more intense than myself, are welcoming and encouraging which makes for a very laid back environment. After 6 weeks I am excited to say that I have lost 27 pounds and look forward to continuing to work out with CFEC in the future.

Absolutely, this is has been a great, fulfilling experience for me. I had an amazing experience at CrossFit east coast. They have a 3D scanner that shows you your body image scan with many different measurement such percent body fat and it gives you the measurements for different parts of your body. The staff is very experienced and helpful. They are able to answer all questions and are supportive while completing the workout. The other members help motivate and encourage you to meet your goals- it felt like one big family. The nutrition guide was great and gave a detailed list of foods to eat as well as a portion guide. I would definitely recommend the program! I feel so much more accomplished with my fitness goals and I can’t wait to continue to build muscle and endurance!

From the first class, all the coaches reached out to me, made me feel welcome, helped restore my confidence, improve my technique, showed me what outstanding coaching is all about. I just finished the 6-weeks nutrition/fitness challenge, and it was awesome! I was looking for a way to kickstart my workout, and a friend recommended this program. The environment at Crossfit East Coast is welcoming and fun. The coaches are experts in their field, smart, and encouraging. The fitness part of the program is challenging for sure but tailored to different fitness levels. In a short time, I’ve notice how much stronger I became. The coaches and members are extremely helpful and will give you the push needed. The nutrition part of the program makes you look at food differently and smartly. You will never be hungry on this program. What you think you could never do without...you can. I found out that I don’t need sugar in my coffee. I have since recommended this 6-weeks nutrition/fitness challenge and one person just completed it with success and his wife is planning on starting. Keep up the excellent work CFEC!

I just completed the CFEC 6 week program. What a great experience Very happy with the results. Just fell short of the 25lb weight loss goal but will get to the goal this week.
The coaches are very positive, encouraging and helpful.

I joined East Coast CrossFit for the 6 week challenge. I was amazed how encouraging the members were as well as how knowledgeable and approachable the coaches have been. Intimidation does not even begin to describe how I was feeling. The movements were all new to me but again the encouragement you receive you can’t help but want to work to get the moves right. Members are all different levels of fitness looking to achieve different successes but everyone who workout at East Coast holds themselves accountable and always want to enjoy a great workout from the amazing coaches. There are similarity among members the one similarity for all the members is everyone just wants to be healthy! I stuck to thru the challenge had great, good, and bad days but I showed up and because I did I lost 5% body fat. I was thrilled! I am still a member I still hold myself accountable but I don’t step on the scale or measure anything right now because my goal isn’t to be skinny my goal is to be strong! East Coast coaches and members are alongside me helping me achieve this goal. They can be pushing me or just doing the same workout beside me struggling to get thru that last set but giving you that smile of we did it when you finish. That is what makes East Coast CrossFit incredible and would recommend to anyone and everyone of all levels who want to be healthy.

This place is amazing and so much fun. I’ve never done any sort of intense workout before and I was skeptical at first about whether or not I’ll be able to handle it, but I signed up for the 6 wks Program and it flew by so fast I couldn’t believe it. Of course, I was intimidated (by heavy weightlifting) but you progress at your own schedule, not by competing with others. The environment is awesome, between the other members and coaches; everyone is helpful and encouraging. The coaches are amazing; teaching me the proper techniques of weight lifting so I don’t hurt myself and because they care… They pushed me beyond what I thought was possible and I would highly recommend this location if you are interested in CrossFit.

My husband (56) and I (53) just finished up the 6-week challenge - not only did we lose weight but we feel stronger and healthier! We are continuing at the gym. Can’t say enough about Ernie and Pat and all the staff and members! Everyone is friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had never done this type of weight lifting, and I always felt like I received good instructions and corrections. If you’re hesitating about joining, hesitate no more. The coaches were very helpful in teaching me the proper technique for all the new weightlifting moves you learn, and when the coaches were not right by my side, my fellow classmates were always happy to give some pointers and encouragement. I started my crossfit journey on June 4th after seeing a video for the 6 week challenge. At that time I was struggling with pretty severe mental health issues and rather than medicate or ignore my issues I decided to do something I've never done, commit to eating healthy (or simply just eating) and a consistent exercise routine. So fast forward to today, and I'm happier and healthier than I've ever been in my life. By sticking to the meal plan provided and not giving up on the days I was to sore too walk, I'm down 17lbs from my initial weight and minus 8% body fat!!! I have all the coaches, trainers and staff to thank for the incredible changes I've experienced both physically and mentally. In closing, thank you all. I absolutely loved my experience with east coast crossfit. It's such an encouraging atmosphere. The trainers are unbelievably knowlageable and helpful with every movement. I started out sceptical but after 6 weeks I've lost 28 lbs and 8% body fat. When you lose the excuses u find your results, and these guys make the process as easy and effective as possible. Good bunch of people. I can say the work outs are great. I personally lost around 17 pounds in 8 weeks.
Sometimes it seemed like social hour with certain people which can get annoying at times. Classes sometimes took a little longer.
I joined because of an add that said free for 8 weeks. There is a catch because we all know nothing is free in life. They do want you to join their Gym. I personally can not afford it.
I understood that if you didn't join you would get a refund of the $500 you pay.......still trying to work with them on it.
I could not swing $130 a month membership, that is a little to steep for me. I had to join another gym that could accommodate my finances and schedule. Been about 3-4 weeks since I left cross fit east coast but still working out. Don't get me wrong they are a great bunch of people and you will learn a lot. I know I did. I just couldn't swing the monthly payment.....

I started with the 6 week program. It was a great experience. I had never done Crossfit before but the coaches where so encouraging and made me feel comfortable doing all the workouts. At the beginning it was all a foreign language, but after my first week with help from other members and the fab coaches, I caught on! I never thought I could do some of the things I did during those 6 weeks. I conquered the rope climb which I thought would be impossible. The food plan helped me to encorporate more vegetables and protein to increase my energy. I feel great after it all. Thank you to everyone at East Coast Crossfit.
