Crossfit 110 is your one stop, family-fitness Crossfit. We offer classes for kids ages 2-5 (Little Beasts) to 7-12 (CFkids) to 12-17 (CFteens); as well as a schedule full of adult classes. Both personal training and nutritional coaching are available here as well as remote coaching. At CF110, we believe fitness should be fun! If you are looking for a kind, family-oriented Crossfit facility, at CF110, you become family!

Forget everything you think you know about CrossFit. I started at CrossFit 110 in September of 2021. Until then, my fitness had been cardio-based. I plateaued on cardio and needed a change. When I first began focusing on my physical health I was hesitant about CF. I absolutely heard the clichés about it being a cult or you’re going to get injured, etc. Forget what you heard. None of this is true at CrossFit 110.
I never really lifted weights before CrossFit 110. The heaviest weight I picked up since high school was probably 35lbs. I had no experience and that can feel intimidating. You might have seen CrossFit videos people post on social media and feel like it’s something you cannot accomplish. However, Kim makes sure everyone feels welcome, seen, and is given proper introductory training before you pick up your first weight. The coaches are committed to ensuring your safety and working well within your skill level while pushing you toward your goals. The point of functional fitness is not simply the completing the day’s workout, it’s about getting stronger to enjoy your life and to keep coming back to take on the next challenge better than you were before.
That’s something you rarely see on social media. CrossFit is in fact for everyone. Whether you’ve been working out for one day or twenty years, there’s a scale for you and CrossFit 110 will help you find it and build on your skills. You’ll do this in a fun, friendly environment with people of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds. It’s such a supportive place where you can discover the best of you. If you’re on the fence or intimated by the clichés, just drop in and see what CrossFit 110 is really about. You might just change your life doing it.
As for my own goals, CrossFit 110 fixed my plateau problem. Working with Kim on meal planning (cause they never really teach you how to eat in school do they?) and strength, I dropped 50+ lbs and added another 20+ of muscle. Turns out the best way to lose weight is through strength training and being mindful about your food intake. The best news is I’m only getting stronger. A lot of that comes from my own determination, but I couldn’t do it without the supportive humans at this gym. I mean where else would people ever cheer me on?! People genuinely root for you here and that’s pretty damn awesome. I could have a bad day at work or home, but all that disappears for a bit when I walk through the CrossFit 110 doors. I’m very thankful for this space and I’m sure you will be as well.

We've had a variety of experiences with Crossfit110 and definitely recommend! We initially started with some guest visits since this is closer to home than regular gym at work. Then our kids got into their kids crossfit and weightlifting programs. Such an amazing opportunity and awesome experience! Our kids have done both programs for a few years now (currently 13 & 16) coaches have great energy and love that Crossfit110 has unique programs like these. I also did a fun women's beginner class and personal training. Great, clean open gym with top notch coaches, unique programs and love that they give back to the community too!

CrossFit 110 is fantastic! I’m still new to both CrossFit and this gym but I couldn’t recommend it enough. Big gym, well maintained equipment, caring and supportive community of dedicated athletes. Most importantly, the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and, for newbies like me, take the time to teach proper form and motivate you to improve each session. I’ve loved my short time at this gym and working out with the great group of cross fitters and coaches!

Crossfit 110 is a very friendly no judgement zone. Kim the owner is an amazing person and coach. It's always a pleasure being coached by her. All the trainers here are willing to help scale down each workout or finding the best approach to do each workout depending on your fitness level. I have been a member for a very long time and love the crossfit 110 community because they are very encouraging and supportive.

Crossfit110 is great! Kim and her staff of coaches foster a community of people who support and cheer each other on. Some people are intimidated by the idea of joining a crossfit gym, they think it is for elite athletes. 110 is not that type of place, the coaching staff works with people of all athletic abilities to help them achieve their fitness goals.

I have been a member here since 2017 and had no prior Crossfit or organized athletic training experience. Crossfit 110 is a great community and wonderful place to work out. I have been a member of 5 different CrossFit gyms in past 7 years but I would rate CrossFit 110 the BEST, it has knowledgeable Coaches, Awesome Head Coach and Owner who knows each and everyone and brings cheers and lot of motivation and positive energy with her. Also the place is huge compared to other gyms.

Kim is an incredible trainer/person who really takes the time to get to know you personally, and to understand your short and long term health goals. She’s able to help craft a workout and program that is both challenging and catered to any injuries you may have. She always makes the workout fun and is genuinely such an awesome person. Starting out with her personal training is a great first step to build up the confidence for the group classes. I always appreciated her flexibility with our schedule whenever work/life events shifted around. I’m very happy to have found her and her gym, I highly recommend her!

Great gym with a great owner. Kim cares about the success of every member. She has mastery at teaching. The coaches that work with and for her are A+. I have often felt like a fish out of water (lacking confidence in my ability) and every coach has been patient and helpful. Even if I was unable to perform a move then the coach would help me find an alternative. I am stronger, faster and a lot more confident since joining CrossFit110. 2 thumbs up - highly recommend!

After two years of COVID that included me finishing grad school and moving to Massachusetts from New York for a new job, I decided to join the community at CrossFit110. While I have not been a member for very long I can't say enough about how welcoming, friendly, and supportive all the coaches and other members are! The workouts pack a real punch in just an hour; but the time honestly flies with how the community makes each work out fun! You're encouraged to push yourself, but in no way does it feel like a competition with anyone other than yourself. I love that this is the case, as I've experienced overly-competitive gyms in the past and have seen that culture produce injuries, a less than welcoming environment, and a lot of frustrations. I also really love the range of both class and open gym times. I work in biotech and my schedule can be all over the place, but I never have to worry about not being able to fit a workout in on a given day with all the options. I'm really enjoying everything about Crossfit110 and can't wait to meet more people and get more involved in the community!

This is NOT “just” another gym. This place is INCREDIBLE. From the community that feels more like family, to the absolute BEST coaching. I’ve been here since 2017 and I have never felt better. Before coming here, I dreaded walking into a gym but everything changed when I walked into CF110. I look forward to every single workout. I started coming 2x a week and now come Monday through Friday because I WANT to be around the great people that are here. I promise you this is the best decision you will make for yourself.
Not to mention, the facility is CLEAN, has all the best equipment and staff that make sure the place is in great condition when you walk in to class.

The atmosphere at crossfit110 is unlike anywhere else. Its clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and they actually help and cheer for you along the way. No matter your fitness level crossfit110 will provide you with the tools that you need to reach your fitness goals...you just have to want to do it.

CrossFit 110 helped transform my mindset and my body. When I joined the gym, I was gaining unwanted weight and decided that it was my time to lose that weight. In about 9 months, through hard work, dedication, nutrition, and the amazing workouts I lost about 40+ pounds. I am so extremely proud of myself.
CrossFit 110 began a life long journey of weight lifting I thought I would never find. The coaches are very knowledgeable and meet you where you are. It is a wonderful community of amazing individuals.

In Chelmsford on business for a few days and decided to drop in for a 6pm class. I sent the gym an email and received a reply a day later letting me know how excited they were that I wanted to drop in. My experience was great. Gym is clean, coach was professional and the WOD was organized and pushed me. If I'm ever back in town I will drop in again.

I dropped in on a couple classes while in town for a business trip. Crossfit 110 was extremely welcoming and the trainers were both exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The members were also nice while the gym was in great shape and had fantastic equipment.
I would definitely drop in again when back and highly recommend!

As a trainer I love what crossfit 110 has and their programming. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and are always great role models, as they see you struggling you see them struggling as well and see how human they are just like you and me! I enjoy going every single day despite probably regretting every work out while i am there. The feeling after is incredible!
