So disappointed with this gym, such a disgusting unsanitary gym with outdated machines. Staff sits behind the desk doing absolutely nothing when they should atleast clean and keep the place nice and tidy.
The BATHROOM is not very well taken care of at all. Can I just say filthy and disgusting they do not clean there bathroom at all.
I decided to come to this gym because itβs near my job, gym is not what the website says it is. Such a beautiful town of Westford with a disgusting gym. Extremely disappointed and not worth your money. I hope they do something about this or it will be reported to the board of health. Disgusting.

I specifically chose this gym because it was one of only a few that offered a membership option with no contract. I spoke with the representative at great length regarding the terms, ensuring that there was no cancellation fee and the representative stated I could cancel at any time with no penalty, I would just need to notify the gym of my intention to cancel prior to the end of the current month and in advance of my payment draft. Imagine my surprise when I was finally able to track down an employee (third time coming specifically attempting to cancel) and she informed me that despite it being before the end of the current month AND 8 business days before my payment draft date, I would still be charged another month. They require 30 day notice to cancel, a piece of information that is in direct conflict with what I was told when I joined. So in essence, there is in fact a fee for cancelling because no matter when you cancel, you will be charged an additional month of dues. This practice is a very clever way of deceiving customers.
While on the subject of signing up under false pretenses, when I joined in January the sales representative assured me that Boost was very shortly to become Crunch and the gym would be renovated and new equipment was going to be installed very soon. However, to this day no such changes have occurred; in fact all of the Boost signage is still in place and the same 90βs treadmills are in place. I canβt wait for Planet Fitness to expand, way better equipment, cheaper membership, NO CANCELLATION FEES, no lies....
All in all, itβs really too bad. This gym could stand out if they would clean it up, and more importantly, stop lying to customers.

Small, Clean. Never had a problem, can't beat it for the price. Locker room can be a very tight squeeze if busy and yes there are weird signs "ONLY GRUNT IF YOU'RE GIVING BIRTH". For what it is, its pretty good.

May be a bit small to some but it has everything I need. It is open 24/7 so it is convenient for anyone.

They offer good membership plans that are more flexible than most other gyms and their facility is relatively large with plenty of space. Very clean as well.

Not worth the money, You get way more perks at Planet Fitness for half the monthly cost. Lack of variety of equipment and the staff hide behind the computer. Never had a quality conversation with anyone here.

Except for typical right after work times, you can always get access to what you need to work out.

A small gym, but was free to sign up and only $10 a month. Id give iit 5 stars if they were a tad bigger, had more equipment and stairmills.

I recently starting going to boost again after a hiatus for child #3. The price can't be beat at 9.99 a month + 39.99 yearly fee. It is small, but has what you need to get a workout in. The facility is clean, the equipment is good working order, only one down machine when I was there this week. I have taken classes in the past and they are great. There is no child care or spin classes.

I went to Boost for a little over a year (Sept 2013 - March 2015):
Pros:
- 24 hour gym
- multiple locations (further south)
- Right off 495
Cons:
- small
- antiquated equipment which doesn't get replaced
- tvs always on infomercials with no way to change them
- a free "abs" class which got cancelled because they wanted the trainer to charge for it
- a 30 day cancellation "policy", i.e. you better quit 2 months before you know you want to quit or else you'll be signed up for an extra month that you don't want
From what I observed the management doesn't care about the clientelle or the state of the gym equipment, they only care about your $$$.

Friendly staff, new equipment, very clean. Locker rooms are too small though. But for less than 1/2 the cost of the Westford Regency Health Club, Boost is the much better choice as far as value goes.
