I would like to add to this review. In the past 6 months of 2025 Curves workouts has HELPED me a lot with stress. After each workout I fell more relaxed. Thank you to Curves staff and equipment. So this is another reason to join curves in Topsfield.
If anyone is thinking of becoming a member of Curves in Topsfield Ma I think you will love the experience.
I would like to say Curves is just not a place to workout,it is a place to meet great people. The 30 minutes workout is very manageable and fun. I always enjoy going to do my workouts.
The owner Karen Johnston is a pleasure. She has become a good friend. And all the "Coaches" are very friendly also. I have been a member since 2019 in Topsfield Ma.
Again, If anyone is thinking of becoming a member of Curves is Topsfield Ma I think you will love the experience

Iβve been a member of Curves for over two years, and I have to say I am really loving it. Ilβll tell you why: weight loss results and muscle toning has all been dependent on my efforts and determination. The more effort I put into the machines, the more days I show up to work out (I usually go 3-4 times), that is when I will see those weight loss results that I so want to see.
This program can be very much what YOU want to make of it, But everything you need for success is a your disposal, and I am genuinely sincere when I say that. The Topsfield Curves staff, every last one of them is hand picked and they are awesome. If you need one of them to coach you when you are working out, and to push you a little harder, they are there, more than willing help you along. There seems to be a genuine interest in the wellbeing of each member of Curves by the staff, as well as to help us attain goals that we have set for ourselves. Curves Topsfield, is a happy place I know I need to go to 3-4 times a week to keep me in shape. I know I can reach my goal here. If I had to depend solely on my own hard work and determination it might be a bit of a struggle, but with the Curves Topsfield Staff, it seals the deal for me.
Another important think worth mentioning is the new owner, Karen Johnston, and the different programs she has set up since taking over. All kinds of new and exciting events have been in the works. This is a great time for Curves Topsfield. Thank you so much for helping me reach my goals...we will get there. :)

Staff is great! Curves is always very clean. I like going as I always feel better after doing the circuit. I have met some great ladies and enjoy many laughs while exercising! I would highly recommend curves in Topsfield,Ma to anyone!

This little, all women gym, has been the best exercise experience of my 70 years. I can now continue to ski, hike, bike, and play golf at a level I thought I had left behind me. I can't thank Curves enough for rejuvinating my physical life! I feel great! Thank you Curves!

I really canβt say enough positive about my experience at Curves. A year and a half ago I knew it was time to make some changes! I weighed what i weighed before i delivered my twins, 30 years ago. My lab numbers were trending in a bad directionπ. Curves is a fun and supportive place to make changes. Since joining I have gained a lot of muscle,my energy and mood have improved, my triglycerides are down by 100 points, my A1c has improved and Iβm no longer prediabetic. My doctor was thrilled! It takes some patience and a commitment to go at least 3 times a week, but so worth it!!!!

I just finished a great 6 wk class with Coach Karen ( owner) it was so helpful to me. The Coach was so supportive and thorough with class material. She made sure we all understood the exercises to improve our Pelvic floor strength. So happy with my results, I decided to take another class. Curves classes are a nice additional option for strength training and improving your health.

I've been working out with Curves, Topsfield for more than 10 years. The Curves workout is super-efficient (30 minutes, 3x per week), works all major muscle groups, and is customizable to any fitness level.Β But that's not the only thing that keeps me coming back - it's the people. The owner Karen and her staff genuinely care about each member, coaching them towards their individual goals. It's friendly, supportive, and fun - as good for my mental health as it is for my physical health. Highly recommend!

β I have been working out at Curves off and on since I was in my 30βs. Curves Topsfield is hands down my favorite facility of all. The staff and members are so friendly and provide support, encouragement and plenty of laughs. Curves keeps me strong, definitely helps my energy level and also helps to maintain my desired weight. I have done the Curves Complete program a couple of times when my weight creeped up and both times was successful. I could not go without my Curves !!β
