Student Athletes are getting faster, more explosive, crazy agile and stronger with each season. Their training program should be dedicated to the same goals as the athletes.
Coach Greg has dedicated speed, plyometrics and strength training programs for any athlete who play football, basketball, baseball/softball, lacrosse, track and field and more.

When looking for a place you would always wonder' " will this be work?", " will they stick with it?", " is this something I'm going to pay for and go once?". Since the first day I signed my kids up, they were hooked. How coach Greg talked to them on their level and some how got them to pull every ounce of energy out at every class! It's amazing watching my kids grow. It's amazing to see the transformation of good students with an amazing teacher. Coach Greg is amazing at what he does. Through discipline and dedication he's making these kids give it their all at all time. It's been an amazing journey so far and I can't wait for what's to come.

Greg is exceptionally gifted at designing and executing exercise regimens tailored to individual needs. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He motivates and challenges me everytime we work out. My first year working w Greg i lost 55lbs, since then i continue to achieve all my fitness goals. I continue to get stronger, build muscle, feel and look great. I wouldnt be where i am today without Greg.

Greg is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and health. I came to Greg several years ago looking to recover from major knee surgery as well as learning to box/fight. Greg has put together an incredibly challenging and rewarding program for me, which has not only improved my fitness and knowledge of boxing, but has increased my awareness in aspects of sport that I never thought of before. My program is specialized for my goals which Greg has been rigorous with. I can't recommend Dialed.In Method enough

Greg is awesome! I am into my first full week with him but he has me motivated and looking forward to each class. I am a former college athlete who has had a difficult time finding joy in working out so it was important for me to find someone I really meshed with but also felt could help me reach my end goal of losing weight. You’re still accountable for your own success but you’re gonna be really motivated with Greg as your trainer. You’re always going to leave that gym drenched in sweat feeling better about yourself - I highly recommend inquiring about training if you have a goal you want to reach.

I highly recommend Greg as personal trainer I been to a couple of trainers and what I like about him is that you can tell he is actually passionate and know what he’s talking about helping you towards your goal. I gained over 50 plus pounds over the years I have pcos and had problems with my knee and he been working with me at the beginning doing two sessions a week. I can tell you I worked with personal trainers before and he mentally and physically changed my life. He doesn’t let you give up and pushes you to the limit. He works with you, corrects your form, and doesn’t give you a couple of exercises and walks away. I am now doing three sessions and working on nutrition with him he can tell me that unicorns are alive and I’ll believe him. If your looking for your next personal trainer try one session with and you’ll know what I’m talking about. You won’t be disappointed.
