At Discover Movement we build high quality training programs, for the individual. Whether you decide to engage in Small Group Personal Training or Private Training, your journey will be your own. Over 15+ years of fitness experience has allowed us to learn the intricate details of human movement, and why a once size fits all approach is not the safest or most effective way to achieve your highest potential.
Our Training clients are put through full body strength and conditioning workouts for body recomposition, injury prevention, and overall-health. You will learn new movements and resistance training techniques in a beautiful, fully equipped studio space.
We also have a full recovery space for those feeling sore and run down.

I highly recommend Discover Movement! I was specifically looking for a personal trainer who could help me address asymmetries in my strength and movement patterns (from current and past injuries), and who could provide a tailored program for me to both even out these asymmetries and improve strength. I came to Greg years ago after two knee surgeries, along with a back and neck injury. I was at the point where I was unsure if I could have a life without pain. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have found him. Greg’s level of expertise and attention to detail is unmatched. Week after week I continued to feel better in my body and now it’s feels like I can move better than ever. I moved out of the area and have worked with different trainers during that time but it is absolutely worth the trip back here, you can’t find this anywhere else! I came to Discover Movement looking to get back into shape as a beginner to fitness. Greg welcomed me into his practice and met me where I was on my fitness journey. He demonstrated an incredible breadth of knowledge/experience in fitness while extending the patience and attentiveness necessary to explain concepts to someone new to the whole thing. After a single comprehensive assessment, we started the next training session with a shockingly personal programming regimen that worked all my long forgotten muscles. I've since transitioned to working with Kaitlin and my training experience with both of them has been nothing but stellar. The time/money I've spent here so far has been well worth it. I've been a client of Discover Movement for at least five years, first for massage therapy and then as a consistent training client. Greg is amazing. He gets to know you, your strengths, goals, limitations, and injuries and then designs highly personalized workouts. When I first started training with Greg it was a few months before having hip surgery and I wanted to go into it strong to improve my recovery. When I went to PT after surgery my therapists commented about how I was starting from a good place. Then Greg picked up where PT left off by continuing to improve my strength and mobility. I also appreciate that Greg isn't a drill sergeant-style trainer; he coaches, encourages, and most importantly listens. His knowledge base is deep and he's always introducing new equipment and movements. He also incorporates mobility work, which when we're left on our own many of us neglect but it's so important to overall training and feeling good. His massage technique was instrumental in getting to full recover, and once I got there...It was time to have him work with me to train. Discover Movement's owner, Greg, is top notch. My initial plan was to build up core strength and flexibility. Greg explains the workings of your muscular system while you work together. He demonstrates intimate knowledge of the subject and figures out what you need to meet your goal. This is NOT a one-size-fits-all place.
Last summer I tweaked my back and we switched from strength building to massage, stretching, and manipulating my muscles to work the kinks out. Again he did a great job. With his expertise we figured out what exercises I should be doing and worked on it until it didn't hurt anymore.
I can't say enough good things about this guy. I talk him up every chance I get.

I started working with Greg several years ago after experiencing a series of running injuries while training for the Boston Marathon. In the short term he was able to provide complimentary strength and conditioning training I needed so i could run successfully. I have been injury free for the last four years and have been able to participate in several races and triathlons. Greg’s focus on both strength and mobility has helped me to gain strength and flexibility, as well as compliment my training. He’s easy to work with , appreciable and collaborative. We work together to set goals. I’ve also really valued his skill set in massage and manual therapy. I would also recommend Greg to anyone who wants to stay fit while pregnant. I'm a distance runner that currently trains for 5ks up to half marathons. I've been going to Greg for physical therapy for about two years now, and he has helped me tremendously. Massage/active release technique keep my back and leg injuries at bay. Any time I am preparing for a race or just having some nagging muscle pain, I be sure to schedule appointments with him. Greg is very knowledgeable in the industry and easy to talk to. I also went to him for a strength training assessment, the techniques/advice he has given have helped me with my posture in workouts. I began working with Greg 2 years ago at a PT clinic. My physical therapist highly recommended him for both therapeutic massage and training.
