Services available virtually, multiple onsite locations, and in client homes / outdoors in Charlestown, Boston, and surrounding areas (within 20 miles). I serve all age groups including youth (ages 7+), adults, and seniors.

Jon's training caught my eye right off the bat. We are both occupational therapists, and think alike in many ways. I came in to personal training with the gaol of improving my exercise knowledge, implementing routines, and gaining confidence in exercising on my own. I reached all of my goals with Jon's expertise, patience, encouragement, and dedication to my wellbeing throughout the whole process. There were many set backs on my end, but his guidance and encouragement were unwavering to get me back on track every time. His background in OT helps to make his training unique, client centered, and functional (unlike anyone I have come across in the past.) I highly recommend Jon. He changed my life and outlook on my personal wellbeing for the better!

I started training with Jon with the goal of getting back on skis after 20+ years. He helped me achieve that milestone and this past season skied greens and some blues. Jon varied our workouts and we worked around an elbow injury - gradually strengthening - until it was no longer an issue. His knowledge and enthusiasm made me realize that I can continue to get stronger and return to activities from years ago. Next goal all blues and eventually a black diamond (no moguls!)

Jon is a fantastic personal trainer. I have been strength training weekly with him for over 6 years. Jon tailors each workout to your goals, style, and preferences so that you can stay motivated. For me itβs important to have fun while training so he incorporates sports-related drills with a tennis ball, medicine ball, etc. into our workouts. As a health professional he is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and makes sure that all exercises are balanced and done with good form so I donβt get injured. In addition, Jon has created plenty of workouts for me so that I can also train independently when I am at home or when I am traveling. Perhaps what I most enjoy about Jon is that he is 100% present at every training, he is an incredible listener and a good person who empathizes with whatever is going on in your life.
