Just did my first session with Bear today. He is great at what he does. He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Plus he was able to work out some issues that were causing me pain and problems in my daily life. For reference, I work construction and have abused my body for years.

This gym is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. As a mother of 2 young children who works full time I love that in under an hour, I can get a total body workout which leaves me feeling energized! The environment is always positive. Hannah and the coaches at Driven performance are second to none. Her highly motivated team has changed my life! The classes are incredible and the results speak for themselves.

I love this gym so much! Everybody is so welcoming and kind, especially the coaches. It is open to all fitness levels, and the coaches are more than willing to help out with modifications! I was even able to start working out again just a couple days after my surgery because of all they were able to do for me. I would recommend this gym to anybody that doesn't want working out to feel like a chore :)

I've been a member of Driven Performance for 2 years and couldn't be happier! The CLASSES are quick, 30 minutes of continuous movement and did I mention how CLEAN everything is. I love that everytime I go to class it is not the same old boring routine. All the coaches put a lot of thought on customizing each class. They have a flexible class schedule so if morning is your thing you can go as early as 5:15 AM class to 9:00 AM or afternoon classes. I am so happy I made the decision to join 2 years ago! DPFT has become my family!

This gym is more than just a place to work out; it is a community of members who support each other and cheer each other on to meet their next fitness goal. Your monthly membership provides you with all the benefits of hiring a personal trainer, who designs a group full body fitness session every day (cardio, strength or conditioning), and will make a adjustments to meet the needs of each participant. The sessions are short enough to fit into anyone's schedule but long enough to hit all muscle groups. I have never stuck with a fitness routine this long nor looked out to workouts as much. It is simply the best gym to which I have ever belonged.

I highly recommend Driven Performance Functional Training. There are so many classes every day one will surely fit into your schedule. The workouts are challenging for all fitness levels and ages. Everybody leaves with a good sweat on, and lots of calories burned! Hannah and her team will give modifications if need be, and are really focused on form. DPFT now even has childrens classes because you can never start too young. The atmosphere is friendly and very welcoming. The equipment and facility is very clean! I'm so glad Driven Performance opened up! I was going to an amazing family owned gym in the Brockton area that I loved. When I moved to Worcester county I was hoping to find a gym that had the same friendly environment with workouts that kicked my butt into gear. I found that at Driven Performance! Hannah, the owner and main trainer is super friendly and knowledgeable! The workouts she creates are full body, 30 min sweat fests! She has fitness challenges to keep us motivated throughout the year and has great hours that fit anyones schedule. The atmosphere is uplifting and I've made some great friends. If you are looking for a gym, your first class is free, so come workout with us and see if it's the right fit for you!

Karen Dodos I've been with Driven Performance Functional Training since they opened - the classes are great and you have a ton of different times you can go. You can be in and out in 35 minutes and leave having an awesome workout and covered in sweat or if you ate too much pie over the holidays you can stay and do an additional cardio workout or maybe a strength workout - time it right and you can workout for 90 minutes if you need it - it's customized for ANY fitness level. I came back after 6 weeks off due to surgery. I had gained weight, lost muscle and stamina - I was able to do the same workouts as everyone else with some modifications - after 6 weeks I was back to my prior level of fitness and ready to move forward. We have folks of all ages and everyone is very welcoming - give it try - start the holiday season out right!

Great coach and a good program if you're newer to functional fitness. The only reason I'm not continuing here is because they don't do Olympic Lifts, an appropriate training choice for most people.
