The team at Eagle Eye Yoga have been very welcoming providing helpful guidance and direction. Alternative poses are discussed encouraging individuals to practice without stress and potential injury.
The classes allow for persons to continue enhancing their skills all while done in an atmosphere that is thoughtful and constructive.
I am very satisfied having joined and learning how to better take care of both my physical and mental health.

the best yoga studio in the area! This place has the best yoga instructors. They offer a combination of classes. Some are more challenging and some have light stretching and breathing. This place has done wonders for my mental health as I am able to go here and connect my mind to my body. It’s been so good for my nervous system as a business owner to have a place to unwind.

Incredible! Between the atmosphere and amazing staff, eagle eye yoga will not disappoint. They have several pop up events throughout the month that bring an added bonus to joining the membership.
If you want to feel good about yourself and your self care while making friends with like minded people I 100% suggest giving Eagle Eye a chance.

Best decision I’ve made for myself! It’s something I now look forward to every week. As a beginner to strength training, Liv breaks everything down and makes sure you’re comfortable with each move. I wish I started sooner!

Love eagle eye! They have a wide variety of yoga classes and offer times in am and pm so it’s easy to find something that works well. There are mirrors which make it helpful to self correct or just follow along. Love Sarah Van Stan’s classes, she provides great instruction and a true place of calm!

I joined Eagle Eye back in November of last year hoping to learn more yoga and be part of a vibrant local community, both of which the studio has done a fantastic job on. I felt so welcomed by each of the instructors and existing members.
There are a variety of yoga classes offered each day of the week ranging from a faster-paced Vinyasa to a slower, restorative Yin class. I love that weekly sound baths and HIIT cardio classes are included in the unlimited monthly yoga pass for relaxation and increased fitness respectively. The community events such as the Full Moon Circles, solstice celebration, and tea blending workshop have also been delightful.
Overall I love this studio and have enjoyed making it an almost daily part of my life for both physical wellness and community.

Amazing classes and such welcoming talented instructors. I’ve taken two of Carlie’s classes and would 100% recommend!!! Such a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Each of the instructor’s knowledge on yoga, and guidance throughout the class is definitely what sets this place apart. I always leave eagle eye better then I came in

This yoga studio is a hidden gem of Quincy! The studio is warm & cozy and has a nice, down to earth vibe. The classes I've been to usually have around 6-10 people in attendance, and it's a nice size that's not too intimidating (I think the most you can fit is 12?). The instructors are all very sweet and great about showing different ways to tackle the poses depending on your flexibility/strength/injury status. It really feels like a judgement free zone and I look forward to going every week. Also, they have a $25 unlimited 2 weeks deal for first timers, which is a fantastic deal and I highly recommend taking advantage of it if you want to check out some of the classes.

Eagle Eye Yoga is a calming and comfortable place to be. I have done multiple classes under the instructor Carlie and she is such a delight. Her positive and warm energy always allows the class to be impactful and something you want to go back to. Her Core Yoga class was an amazing way to get a good workout in. Eagle Eye Yoga is wonderful and it’s the only studio I would ever attend!!

After a long break from yoga, I started up a regular practice again last November, and it has made such a huge difference for me, both physically and mentally. The instructors are extremely helpful and open; they provide a lot of supports and scaffolding to meet the needs of all yoga levels. I highly recommend.

Eagle Eye Yoga is a sanctuary for gaining knowledge and maintaining inner peace. When I was asked by the amazing Sara Little to co-host monthly full moon circles, I was beyond excited. As a co-host I did not expect the full moon circles to hold space for me, I only expected to hold space for others. I can honestly say that the full moon circles have been helping me connect to nature and to myself in a way where I can look at my thoughts and emotions with a Birds Eye view and gain perspective, validation, and a productive plan in moving forward towards my goals and into the next lunar cycle. Thank you to Sara Little, Eagle Eye Yoga, and to the Full Moon circle community I love connecting with each month.

Eagle Eye Yoga has been the best thing to add to my fitness plan! ALL of the instructors have been fantastic and the variety of classes really makes this a winner. Every class, the instructors are knowledgeable enough to help with modifications when there are injuries to deal with or if you’re just having one of those days that you’re a little sluggish. And the welcoming feeling is a huge plus!

This is my second month of going to LivFitness - Liv and her team of yoga instructors are incredible! It’s an inclusive space for people with varying fitness levels. I love that there are yoga classes after 6 pm - a nice treat to end a stressful day of work. They do virtual classes too in case you have to stay at home.
The studio is a special, cozy place to unwind and meet lovely people. Check it out when you can!

I really love this studio for a couple of reasons.
1.) All of the instructors are wonderful at not only telling you how to modify your practice to your abilities, but ENCOURAGE it! There is a focus on being with your body/mind experience rather than striving to do the pose "correctly".
2.) They offer classes such as restorative and yin, as well as gentle/hatha on a regular basis rather than just fast paced vinyasa (which have their merit too!), which allows you to really pay attention and be with yourself in a way that we don't get to in our society much, if at all. As a few of the instructors have said, "the greatest act of rebellion in our society is being in stillness".
3.) They are really focused on building a community of people who are looking to practice yoga, mindfulness/meditation, and energy healing. I have attended a spring alignment workshop and full moon circle and I am loving that they are creating space to connect with others, especially women, in settings like those.

I started doing yoga at Eagle Eye yoga when Liv opened up last November. I love the classes and the teachers are amazing. They are so positive and helpful. It is a very welcoming and safe space. I try to do the yoga after doing strength training with Liv. It really helps to stretch after one of Liv’s great classes. She is so positive and the workouts are never boring but they are challenging. I have tried a lot of different places for yoga and fitness but Liv’s place is by far the best.

I’ve been going consistently to this beautiful yoga studio since it opened in November 2023. There are lots of classes and very good and friendly teachers. The classes are a good size for individual attention and creating community. They also offer beautiful yoga events like Winter Solstice, etc. throughout the year which I’ve enjoyed a lot. The studio is clean, lovely, with a very calming vibe. Olivia, the owner, is an excellent teacher, always helping with modifications if needed and checking your form to make sure you are doing yoga safely and effectively! Love this place!

I love practicing in the calm, almost enchanting environment of Eagle Eye. I am always engaged in the visuals and the grounding scents of essential oil diffusers . In the 6 months I have been part of this tribe I have gained such a sense of confidence in my body and have learned to trust my gut and my breath. I feel a special connection with all the amazing yoga instructors who somehow always seem to deliver their best class yet- and then they get even better !!! a special 🫶🏼 to Sarah V who makes playlists just for my heart !! Truly lucky to have found a practice that offers a 6am class multiple times per week.
THE best yoga available on the South Shore - hands down AND for an incredible monthly price !!!!!!!

Amazing place to workout. I started two years ago after recovering from a right ankle surgical reconstruction. Liv expertly guided me through working out again at the age of 40. Two years later, I can now do physical movements I never did before (pistol squats, handstands, hang from one arm, to name a few things).

So why wait, come in and try a class, I promise you will love it. It’s my happy place. 💕

I've been doing strength and cardio classes with Liv for about 8 years now. I don't recall ever doing the same workout twice. Liv is very supportive of all body types, ages and fitness levels. Somehow she makes it work with all of us together to feel welcomed. She is an inspiration. These workouts are challenging. One thing in common is my muscles are sore post-workout, but now there is Eagle Eye Yoga to help me stretch and relax! I definitely feel like my flexibility has improved so much, which actually helps my form in strength classes. The yoga classes complement the strength classes and all the Yoga instructors are very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. There is even a weekly sound bath for meditation and relaxation on Thursday nights. I hope more people join so that this can become bigger and better.

Hey Liv,
I just want to let you know the amazing difference with how my body feels from doing yoga after our strength workouts... it’s truly unbelievable. All the times I’ve work worked out with you, strength training in the morning then attended your yoga class that evening I noticed I have not had the muscle ache I normally have the next day. You know the muscle aches where you can walk up the stairs or sit down the next day... yes, those... I haven't had those since adding the yoga to my routine. it's a complete game changer. All the instructors I have practiced with are amazing & I’m so happy that eagle eye yoga is now a part of LivFitness . I love being part of the supportive fitness family you have created and I will see you soon!!
Peace, Love and Wellness !✨

I have not taken a yoga class in several years and took the Gentle Yoga: Slow-Paced Refresh and Relaxation of the Body and Mind with Carlie Cacciatore. It was a great class to get back into yoga. Everyone was varying ages and abilities which made the class non-intimidating. I recommend for anyone new to yoga or starting back again!
