Nice 8am Saturday class! Flow, but not easy! Loved the simplicity of the studio, and you can catch a glimpse of nature out of the windows. I'll be back! πŸ˜„

I really enjoyed Tara’s restorative yoga & reiki class in the salt cave.
The poses were gentle yet so helpful.
Her voice is calming and instructions easy to follow.
Her reiki had more pressure then typical style which felt great.

This isn't my regular studio but I love the workshops they host. I've learned so much about my body from taking these classes! And they have really cool lanterns on the ceiling

Two words: Hidden. Gem.
I am newer to the North Shore area and have been looking for a place to practice for months. I have been off the yoga scene for a while as I grew tired of the plethora of breathy faux-spirituality, and sweat boxes to faint in. This place is anything but that.
Today's class with Pam is everything I have been looking for. She is rooted, calming, real, and guides with wisdom and grace. The studio is soothing, clean, welcoming, and elegantly unfussy. Within the first ten minutes, I could feel myself unwinding, and felt like a different person by the end of class. I am so thankful to have found you EBYM.
Sincerely,
A Future Regular

Great classes and instructors! The space itself is small but the class capacities are limited enough so there is still room. The workshops are a bit tight.

Annakathryn is an extraordinary teacher. It is impossible to predict what will happen in each class but you will leave introduced to good, new body sensations and a deeper emotional well-being. Thank you Anna!

EBYM is a needed addition to the North Shore yoga scene. The studio offers a calming environment to disconnect from the noise of the world and reconnect to your body on the mat. Annakathryn expertly guides you through flows that leave you feeling lighter. The variety of classes offers something for everyone, and each class offers variations for an inclusive class that any level of yoga experience can enjoy. Highly recommend this cozy, welcoming, earthy space for a quiet retreat to get back to a more empowered and grounded you.

My favorite studio on the North Shore! Anna (the owner) and all the teachers here are amazing. The best music, unique sequencing, and attention to yoga philosophy makes for the best practice. I love that they have so many types of classes and workshops. The sweetest yoga community in town!

I think those of us on the North Shore who have taken Annakathryn's classes, workshops, and YTTs have secretly wished she would open a studio. Well, wishes do come true. Earthly Bodies Yoga + Movement reflects what Annakathryn puts forth in the yoga community: Inclusivity; Diversity; Empowerment; and Awareness. The instructor's classes have you leaving both calm and refreshed and most of all, comfortable in your own skin.
