The Elevate team is phenomenal. I've been going for about six months and love it. The trainers are excellent, the facilities are great, and the 1:1 training model has helped me advance much faster and further than I would on my own or in a group setting.
I chose personal training because I knew that it would push me more than any group setting. You can always skip a group class, but you can't skip a personal training session without some accountability. The personalized instruction at Elevate has allowed me to push myself and tailor my strength training so that I'm constantly advancing, but never in an unsafe way.
If you've tried regular gym memberships and classes and haven't progressed, or you just want to get back in shape, I can't recommend Elevate enough. It's been truly life changing.

My son started working with Ryan and his team over the summer for strength training in anticipation of his senior year high school sports. He saw great results and enjoyed going to his workouts. I can’t say enough great things about Elevate Personal Training. I sought them out earlier this year to prepare myself for an upcoming major surgery to help speed my recovery. Ryan Sullivan tailored a program that focused on strengthening my core, hips, knees and overall fitness. I've been primarily training with Scott (who is amazing) for the last few months but have also had the opportunity to work with Ryan, Jordan and Owen. The whole team is great - all very knowledgeable and easy to work with! They're very organized and well-coordinated, which has allowed for a lot of flexibility as my schedule has moved around a bit. I went in for a free evaluation session. That was the best decision I made.
I knew before walking in for evaluation few problems that I wished were fixed. Without me having to say it Ryan knew the areas of work and from first session the focus level was right there to change my situation heath wise with positive energy around.
I am writing this review after several months of workout sessions and seeing the results I wanted coming up.I have by now worked out with every instructor and will say each one of them is a great team to other and highly educated and knowledgeable professionals. Scott has been on my side for the longest and I look forward to be able to work out every scheduled session.
Many good reasons to work with the team here. I encourage people try out for themselves. You have to give a try to understand why I feel it’s great price.

I'm really enjoying my experience at Elevate. I've had the opportunity to work with both Ryan and Scott, and I can't say enough positive things about them. After suffering a lumbar stress fracture earlier this year, Elevate has played a key role in helping me rebuild strength in both my lower and upper body. Their guidance has significantly reduced my pain and allowed me to slowly return to playing tennis at a competitive level.

Elevate Personal Training is a great addition to our town and for my son and I personally. We have been going for almost 2 months now and really enjoy the personalized touch that a large gym wouldn't give you. You have your own private space to get trained and can utilize the treadmills and rower when not training. The trainers are very experienced and have great knowledge and modify to your needs. Beginning with my initial assessment at Elevate, I have been so incredibly impressed with the programming, training facility, and coaching staff. I have spent the last 5 years either designing my own workouts or using programs I found on the internet with little progress and success. I have been working out with Ryan and other trainers at Elevate Personal Training since early 2025 and am super impressed by the entire experience. I have suffered from lower back pain (herniated discs/sciatica) for several years and was scheduled for steroid injections but instead I started training at Elevate PT with a focus on developing core strength and other muscle groups to support my lower spine. This was difficult at first but Ryan was able to personalize a training program for me that allowed me to develop my core muscles without disturbing my lower back. The training program also focuses on developing muscle groups and lifting methods that allow me to continue heavy construction work and farm work without further injury. The results have been fantastic - I can feel that my core is much stronger and my sciatica/back pain has been nearly eliminated.

I’ve been training at Elevate for the past two months, and the experience has been truly transformational. After years of struggling with chronic lower back pain from two herniated discs and two discectomies at the L4-L5 region, I was living in constant discomfort. The fear of re-injury kept me away from the gym, which only worsened my health and led to gradual weight gain. Some days, the pain was so severe I could barely get out of bed.

Wow, I've been working with Ryan for about 2 months and I'm blown away with how effective a one on one workout is. He keeps me moving where maybe I'd take it slower on my own or not push week to week. An old injury came back so we've shifted exercises to help support and recover from that injury and getting stronger overall.
It was my first time having an body scan to see what progress was made over 2 months. My scale at home shows a 2 lb weightloss but the body scan shows I've gotten so much stronger and replaced some fat with muscle and that's huge motivation to know that we're making progress when it's harder to see. I come in and walk a bit to warm up and it's a bright spot in my calendar for the week.

I've been training with Ryan for 2 years and you can tell he genuinely cares about each of his clients. I have gained muscle, and lost body fat while not injuring myself as I have in prior strength training programs - either in group classes or at home without proper form. Each of my workouts have been tailored to meet my personal fitness goals, with consideration for a couple joint limitations that I have, and I see the progress in my mobility and strength. I always feel challenged and held accountable which is extremely important to me, my weekly workouts are something I always look forward to. I’ve worked with Ryan for close to three years and his workouts have completely changed my life. I was facing the possibility of 2 knee replacements, but Ryan worked very hard with me to strengthen all the muscles that support my knees and it has made such a difference…I’ve been able to completely avoid surgery.
