This gym has everything we need. Staff is super nice and there’s tons of equipment in a variety of different rooms/areas (plus two women-only sections) so you don’t feel like you’re working out on display. Monthly rates are also reasonable.

Outdated machines and equipment...a lot of machines break down frequently wiith lilttle to no urgency to fix.
People using multiple machines at once so no one else csn use it while management does nothing about it

I started with a trial at the New Bedford gym in December 2024 and have since joined. I absolutely love it. PROS: friendly/attentive staff, maintained equipment, various apparatus(es) to use including cardio, women(s) area and very clean. Hours are great - 5 am to 10 pm Monday through Friday and 7 am to 7 pm Saturday and Sunday. CONS: None!

There is also sufficient parking. Members are very respectful of one another.

Ever fitness is a very clean gym. It’s got music playing, but it’s not so loud that it drowns out your own headphones so I like that aspect in case there’s a day where I forget mine I can still enjoy music, but it’s not overbearing. There’s plenty of TVs that are always on with different types of news and things like that nature sports lots of cardio equipment Things kind of spaced out fairly well. You can always find a piece of equipment that you’re looking for and Ana at the front desk is great. She’s very helpful. She’s always got a smile on her face and she’s very interactive with the customers. I see her walking around often and taking care of things that are needed filling the Paper towel machines and making sure the disinfectant bottles are always full overall it’s just a really good place to work out and it’s in the heart of the city so you’re never too far or away from being able to get in a good workout even if it’s on your lunch break.

Have you had the black mold (appears to be) professionally checked with and if deemed necessary professionally remediated? I don't think just anyone is allowed to clean mold. There was mold appearing to grow from behind the mirrors, which would include removing the mirrors.i no longer go to the gym due to that and the unprofessional behavior I have witnessed...

I have been a member for years at Everfitness as well as my parents. They relocated about a year ago to Portugal for their retirement and are now visiting for the holidays. My parents are active and wanted a gym that would allow them to use the facility while they visited for a couple months. Everfitness was more than happy to work something out with them and I even got a call from the owner to let us know personally. What an awesome gym and staff!

Don't sign up, it's murder trying to cancel. They will charge you an arm and a leg and THEN charge you an additional membership fee if you didn't cancel within 30 days. For the price you can find better gyms with simpler contracts trust me.

Called before hand to see if I can workout there because I am not a resident here. I was told I can for a 3 day pass and when I arrived, I was told I could not workout there because I wasn’t a resident. Wasted time and $$ to get there. They would not even make an exception.

Been a member of it and its predecessors for a LONG time. Spacious ( 24,000 of so SF ), including the men's locker room. Lots of equipment, but some "has" to be, even if gradually, updated, including the cardio equipment. I'm very partial to the "fixed position" Arc Trainer ( not the cross country skiing simulators ) and would love a couple more of those. Very diverse, very nice members, solid staff, nicely priced. I recommend giving it a shot.

Great gym - Clean, huge variety of equipment. I enjoy that all the equipment is sectioned off so you're not working out on top of one another. There's a nice selection for cardio and weight lifting. The staff is always helpful and friendly especially Steph and Diego. I also appreciate that there's no egos here everybody just comes to workout.

I’ve been a member for years and never really felt the need to switch. The gym has everything somebody who is serious about training needs. The space is divided into different rooms rather than being one giant open space, which helps me focus. Staff has always been super nice and helpful whenever needed. The only reason I can’t give 5* is because the amenities, such as the sauna, tend to stay broken for long periods of time. Also the basketball court, which has always been such a significant feature that separated this gym from other competition, has been removed for other unnecessary space and equipment that’s used by many less patrons in comparison. Please bring the ball court back!

Good gym. They have areas sectioned out according to machinery or free weights. One big problem is how unorganized the free weights are. The dumbells are placed anywhere, not according to weight...5lb weight where an 80 lb dumbell should be. Not real organized. But besides that, it is a good gym.

Dumbells are still scattered everywhere on the racks. I just wish members would take a little pride in their gym and keep things organized.

I haven’t even been here a month and they charged me $114 dollars and I didn’t pay it the day of because I was trying to figure out if they made a mistake being that it hasn’t even been 30 days yet but it wasn’t a mistake the price for not even 30 days was $114 and since I was technically “late” one day even though that was the day I spoke to the managers and asked why is my bill so high? that $114 price went up ! I paid it and never went back 👎 go to WOW or planet fitness wayyyyy better!

Great gym, great people! I’ve been a member here for over a year now & they regularly update equipment & clean/sanitize through the day. There is a good mix of weight/cardio machines & free weights, & usually no waiting for either. Deadlift platform is my favorite 🥰. Staff is always pleasant & helpful & there’s plenty of parking. There are 2 women only areas, but honestly the members are also pretty great so it’s easy to make fast gym friends or stay in your world w/o dealing w/ gym creeps or feeling self conscious so I prefer the open gym areas. My wife even loves the women's work out area, which is easily the best hands down. Miss it when it was Professor's and then Golds, but the current owners have done a great job. Ever Fitness use to be Golds Gym. I hate the title Ever Fitness, as tho its like one letter from being a tongue twister of some sort.

I do like the gym, great members. Everyone is serious about health and GAINS. Some of the machines have gone without maintence and make wickety crickety sounds that make me question where or not I will make it out of there. As if one machine soeaks for the ehole place but then I scoot over to the next elliptical and bust my moves.

I like this gym alot and will continue my membership there but there is one awful drawback. The tv only plays FOX News. No matter how many time you request for NECN, CNN, MSNBC,.... no matter what. I really dont like the subtle political agenda I beleive it to be some of the old crusty folk from the morning. I'll let it go cuz I have unlimited data and memeberships to Netflix, Hbo, audiobooks, and soon Youtube as well. I dont need gym rv that's small and twenty feet away with no sound anyway.

They also have a very small sauna but I like it small, more intimate. Child care and Tanning is also a gift from the health gods.

CLEAN. Coming from Work Out World (WOW) this place blows it out of the water. Well managed and it seems they change the place arpund every so often to make sure everyone is happy amd accommodated.
