I have tried out 10+ gyms as a ClassPass user until I found f45 - and it is absolutely my favorite. I really enjoy the intensity of the workout and that it’s all within 40-45 minutes. It’s a great way to start my day.

I have been a part of the F45 community for 2 months now and I really enjoy the atmosphe of the studio. Both the coaches and other gym goers are welcoming, friendly, and supportive. The workouts are challenging and have variety, and I also appreciate that the coaches will offer modifications that make the workouts accesible to anyone, regardless of fitness level or athletic background.
If you are seeking more community in addition to fitness, they also do monthly social gatherings and bi-monthly free outdoor workouts.

We are newcomers to the F45 workouts, but have thoroughly enjoyed our experience so far. The coaches do a wonderful job of walking through each exercise, correcting technique if necessary and supporting everyone in the class. The workouts are fast paced and challenging, but quite enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone trying to increase their fitness level and be a part of a great community!

I've been going consistently for two months and have been enjoying it! I've previously had experience with HIIT style workouts, but have really benefitted from combining that with lifting heavier weights. I appreciate the structure of the classes, the encouragement from the coaches, and friendly faces if you keep coming back. It can be intimidating, especially if you don't have a background in weightlifting or resistance training, but everybody is welcome and capable of doing the workouts.

Started training here ~2 months ago and have LOVED it so far. This was my first time doing any type of high-intensity training, and I'm learning/adapting but have not felt pushed or down at any moment! The trainers are really great, and the environment and soundtrack are also really great. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding all around - the classes, studio, and coaches are top notch. Southie has lacked solid gym/workout options despite the influx of younger residents who are looking for healthy options; F45 has thankfully changed that. A major bonus, there's even a free parking lot if you need to drive.
The classes are challenging but very rewarding. You blink your eyes and the class is over - being only 45 minutes, it goes by in a flash, and it's fun! Compared to some of the other competing options in Southie/Boston that have limited instruction, or feel like you're at a rave, F45 is light, bright, clean. The courses are expertly designed and the instructors want to see you succeed. Get yourself over to F45, it's worth the hype!

Great energy from coaches specifically Sarah and Jared (not that all aren’t great, those are the ones I encounter in the morning)! Coaches were super welcoming from the moment you walk into the building! Coaches are super helpful and willing to take the time to help you with exercises. Recommend giving the studio a shot and you’ll probably continue to go like I do.

Been training at F45 South Boston since it opened a month ago and thoroughly enjoyed it so far (having previously been a member at F45 Uptown Phoenix and F45 San Diego Downtown).
Great staff (Steve: you the man!) and great to see lots of familiar faces in each class.
There are so many class times to suit everyone’s busy lifestyle (3 in the morning, 3 in the evening and a 12pm class that works great for me being in the hospitality field).
Come get some F45 in your life!

F45 southie is a great new spot to workout! The studio is super clean and the coaches are very motivating throughout the entire workout. They help with modifications and adjust form throughout the class which is a plus. The studio also had a great variety of class times!
