My experience has been great here.
I have only done the gentle flow/mediation but it has been the best class I've taken in years. Tammy is a genuinely kind soul and a wonderful instructor. I highly recommend this studio and this class.

This yoga studio & instructors are amazing!
When I first entered its so inviting, warm, beautiful incense- overall the perfect environment. The actual studio itself is clean, open, decorated beautifully, and the floor is padded which is even more lovely. Max was the instructor and he made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. He even WALKED me to the classroom and asked me if it was my first time at the studio or first time taking yoga (this is extremely important question to ask your new students.) He was extremely educated on his Sanskrit, movements, sun salutations, ALL of it. I will be back -and with many more yogis.

I am very happy that I found Firefly Yoga. I’ve taken classes with 7 or 8 different teachers and have liked all of them. Each one has their own style and, of course, I have a few favorites, but I wouldn't hesitate to take a class from any teacher at Firefly. Most of their evening classes are Vinyasa Flow or Power yoga classes, and I would like to have a few Hatha yoga classes in the evening. Also, it is very clean. I would definitely recommend Firefly Yoga Studio in Foxboro.

Terrific studio and all of the teachers are very knowledgeable. Accommodating to newcomers and all levels of yoga. Have been attending classes here for over a year and love all the different styles offered. Highly recommend Firefly!

Love this place! The instructors are amazing , they have a wide range of class types and the facility is welcoming and clean. I would highly recommend doing the $30 for 30 days for new students- totally worth it!

They have a full schedule of great classes! I initially went because of the Pound class available on Friday nights. That class ended up being cancelled after awhile, but I got to try a lot of different yoga classes with their new member special pricing and now have some favorites that I go to every week! They also have special workshops available sometimes. I recently went to the Roll & Reset one with Tabitha and it was really amazing.
The studio is clean and the floor in the yoga room is padded so it's a lot more comfortable than practicing on a wood/hard surface floor. Firefly is located in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking. I bring my own mat, but they have some to rent out if you need one. I'd recommend taking a look at their website, as it's super easy to see their weekly schedule there, buy classes/packages and keep track of what you're signed up for.

This studio lacks variety in that all its classes are heated.

Just recently moved to the area and wanted to find a great weekly workout. The variety of classes and times offered here are perfect for my busy schedule. Staff is very friendly and helpful! There are many types of yoga classes and also a TRX class. The place is welcoming and prices are reasonable. The first class I tried was a Hot Yoga class with Kate and it was great! I was nervous to get back into yoga after a long break and she was very welcoming and I felt comfortable being there. Would recommend!

I took my first class at Firefly Yoga on Monday night, and had a great experience. The class was a heated Vinyasa flow class with Irene. Over the years, I have taken a variety of yoga classes at different studios and gyms, and this class stands out as a really positive experience. The studio is spacious, clean, calming and the added heat really makes it easier to sink into postures. The instructor was welcoming, helpful and supportive. The structure of the class had a nice balance and flow and both gentler and more challenging accomodations were suggested throughout. This studio just opened, and it doesn't really stand out among the other businesses in the shopping center, so I hope this hidden gem gets discovered. Having recently lived in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Providence, I was really bemoaning the lack of heated yoga options in the Foxoboro area. So, I was especially glad to find Firefly Yoga to be such a delight.
