I’ve been going to FT Belmont for about a month. I just love it! I signed up for more sessions for the whole year. It’s fantastic group of people, really knowledgeable & a diversity of trainers, which I love - you can rotate trainers & learn different things from each one, or stick with your favorite! 🤩 Real deal here, inspiring folks, and huge testament to the leadership and owner, Paula. She has helped me adjust my specific training for mountaineering, which is a bit unusual. Best place I’ve been in 20 years of lifting weights.🏋️‍♀️ It’s a great way to start off the week!

After researching some different fitness options, I decided that Fitness Together in Belmont had what I was looking for and I was so right. First and foremost, the staff there are exceptional - very positive, friendly and knowledgeable. I was worried being so out of shape, that the exercises would be too much for me, but they are actually tailored to my needs. The trainers follow a specialized plan for me and modify it depending on any injuries I have. The workouts are just challenging enough and I never feel like I over did it with muscle pain for days. They also work with clients on nutrition and help to come up with a plan that is sustainable. I highly recommend Fitness Together in Belmont - I am really so happy with my experience there and actually look forward to my strength training sessions!

I just signed up for another year at Fitness Together in Belmont and I still LOVE it! Coming from someone who has always hated to exercise, I actually like going there because I feel supported and cared about by the entire staff. I joined FT in May of this year. It has exceeded my expectations. I joined to get on track with a fitness routine that made sense for someone my age. I started here with 1:1 training sessions about 3 months back for knee injury/pain. It has been such an amazing journey. Within a few sessions, my knee pain was gone and felt my muscles getting stronger. The training team is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and they customized the training plan as per my needs, goals and fitness level. Special thanks to Adam, with whom I trained for the most part, for encouraging me and pushing to do more and better. The entire team is very motivating , friendly, warm and welcoming and the place has a very positive energy. I used to look forward to every session.
They also provide cardio and nutrition sessions and the most challenging part was to draft a high protein diet plan for my vegetarian diet. They went that extra mile to create a plan providing variety of vegetarian protein options and recipes.
Overall I had an enriching experience and I would 100% recommend this studio.

I love everyone here and the facility. Very clean, friendly and motivating staff. If it wasn't for them I would be in worse shape! I came in for an assessment and was in bad knee pain and couldn't do much. Within a week of starting they got me pain free by listening to my needs and tailored the plan for me. Fitness Together-Belmont was a great choice, and has made a real difference in my well-being over the last half year. When I think about FT Belmont, I think of continuous improvement and high standards--how you help us clients to keep progressing in our workouts and goals, but also how you hold yourselves to high standards and work on your own professional self-improvement. I'm writing to say I see how much effort you put in while making it look easy, and you deserve to be recognized.

To my trainers Ethan, Heath, and Joe--I've done over 150 sessions with you, and I can honestly say I've looked forward to every single one of them. You are consistently prepared, approach everything with a positive attitude, and cheer every accomplishment. You somehow manage to get me to push harder than I ever do on my own, all while making sure I'm safely using proper form, and the physical progress has far exceeded my expectations. As a middle-aged mom of 2 who has always disliked sports, I did not imagine I would find myself able to do decline pushups, or squats with a barbell that weighs more than me. But even if nothing changed physically, I would still be coming here just for the mental benefits, which are what surprised me the most. It's as though my tank was half empty before I started at FT Belmont, and now I'm operating with a full tank every day. By this point I've also had the chance to do a few sessions with almost every trainer in the studio, and you are ALL fantastic.

To the owners Brian, Paula, and PJ, you have built something special here. Congratulations on hiring great people, training them well, and creating and maintaining a positive culture in the studio--you could teach a class on company culture and customer service. I have to credit your leadership when I see how all the trainers work as one team to create a uniformly excellent experience for us clients. To give a small example: recently Adam had to step in for Joe for one of my sessions (it was my fault for changing my time slot on very short notice), so they quickly worked together to get Adam up to speed on my specific workout for the day, and Joe helped to set up the equipment before he had to leave. This is just one example of the many things the team does routinely behind the scenes to make the client experience so seamless. I also appreciate you are always available and receptive to feedback (down to the color of the t-shirts), though I really cannot think of much to criticize. The 1:1 sessions are not cheap, but no other item in my budget gives me the gift of a significantly better quality of life physically and mentally for every day of the year.

I started at Fitness Together when I really had hit a rut with my exercise routine. I felt so discouraged and frustrated- now in my 40s, a mom
of 5, finding time for a routine felt really hard to achieve.
I have done just about all exercise group classes - Orangetheory, solidcore, rumble boxing, peloton! But I was missing a big motivational piece…and I found it at Fitness Together in Belmont! From the moment I met with PJ and Paula, I loved their energy and confidence that I could make the fitness changes I was searching for!

I gifted myself a personal training package late last year after being advised by my physical therapist that it might be helpful to strengthen my lower back muscles.

Thankfully I found FT Belmont. The onboarding process where they give you a fitness assessment and record your goals was really helpful for me to think through what I wanted to accomplish and I truly believe it helped spur me on to stay the course.

I joined the PACK group training sessions and slowly fell in love with strength training. The nutrition and cardio advice was really useful for me to build a wholistic view of my fitness journey.

It’s been about five months in and I’m really grateful that I took the step back to fitness with them. My body feels stronger, I’m progressing towards my goals, but more than that I feel like I know more what to do to maintain a healthy body, which makes all the difference.

The instructors are all experienced and professional, and friendly! A huge shout out to Manny and Joe whose PACKs I’ve frequented the most and who have both been such encouragers on this journey. Huge thanks to Julianne and Megan for breaking down nutrition for me and to Brian for always taking the time to explain every process.

I’ve been able to get back into sports and activities that I enjoy because of the strong fitness foundation that FT Belmont helped me build over the past 5 months, and for that I am truly grateful.

Fitness Together Belmont is great. After my knee replacement surgery, I was still dealing with persistent back pain. After a few months of working with the trainers (who are all great), I was able to ski this year with no pain and without having to do multiple stretching exercises prior to hitting the mountain. If you want someone on your team, cheering you on every step of the way, no matter what, do yourself a favor and sign up. Everyone is supportive and looking out for you. They actually care. My experience at Fitness Together has been fantastic. I started with 1:1 personal training about four months ago, with the goal to become comfortable with strength training for overall wellness and to get back to a regular running routine, without knee pain. This kind of workout was new to me, but FT’s approach is not at all intimidating. The workouts are personalized and based on individual goals, with adjustments made as needed. The nutrition counseling they offer is also a key complement to the workouts.

Special recognition to Mike and Ethan, who I work with most often and are excellent trainers, as they provide the right amount of challenge and encouragement. I’ve been training at Fitness Together in Belmont for the last 2 months in a 1:1 setting, and I’m already seeing results - weight/fat loss and muscle growth. The FT team developed a personalized training and nutrition plan for my fitness goals, and I’m seeing steady progress. Trainers do a wonderful job of pushing me to get stronger but also make sure that I don’t overexert and injure myself. Fitness assessments are done every couple of weeks to reevaluate my fitness and to shape future workouts. The trainers work as a team and take/share notes about every single workout. That makes it easy to work with different trainers, and it’s fun to see the nuances in how different trainers approach the same exercise. That also makes scheduling more flexible.

Special shoutout to Joe who I train with most often! He designed my recent exercises, and each week, I’m getting a very thorough workout of many different muscle groups. Joe is really great about ensuring that I’m working the correct muscles and quick to adjust exercises as needed, e.g., if a particular movement is not working for me or if I’m not feeling well.

Training at Fitness Together has been a super positive experience for me. It’s really helped me make some life changes and commit to a healthier lifestyle. I’m looking forward to seeing my progress over the next year!

FT Belmont team exceeds expectations! Each member is super committed to connect with and motivate me to get out of my comfort zone and be better on my workout. FT holistic approach stands up! The team has taken time to understand my work and life-style, my diet and how to make it better, my health issues and how to work with them and my sleep quality and hours. Before each session my instructors check all of the items mentioned to be sure the session is aligned with how I am showing that day. I want to recognize Adam who very diligently helped me to recover from a low blood pressure episode during my training - he noticed I was not ok, I asked for something with sugar, he found something, gave me time and then we continue. My husband and I have been exercising at Fitness Together in Belmont for many years. We now do small-group exercise with three or four other clients and a trainer who gives us a workout to follow. They tell us in great detail how to do the exercises and how to modify them as needed. They time us and correct our form. We warm-up before workouts and stretch afterward. We get a balance of moves, so we stay flexible and strong. The trainers are excellent; I trust and enjoy my sessions at FT Belmont. They have enabled me to stay active in my life.

As much as learning how to exercise, the camraderie, and sense of belonging make me feel like I am important to the staff and other clients. At FT Belmont, relationships are paramount. I plan to continue being a lucky client for the forseeable future. It is my happy place.

Very kind and professional staff and environment. Gym is clean and well maintained. Individual workout programs are very helpful to work on each person's needs and capabilities. It's more expensive than group programs but I noticed that I have less injuries & pain, and feel more motivated to show up to each session. It's helpful that there are enough staff to cover during the day so that I didn't have to rely on one trainer's schedule and availability to find a suitable time for me to exercise. Locker rooms & showers are not as equipped as big gyms so I change and shower at home. Parking is easy.

I started going to Fitness Together in Belmont in January of this year after several years of disappointment with personal training at other locations. I love how unlike typical gyms, Fitness Together is entirely focused on personal training. The training style is data-driven based on regular fitness assessments, and is personalized to fit your specific goals. Not only that, but the staff are fantastic, really make you feel like family. I have been training primarily with Mike, who I cannot say enough great things about. He knows when to push and when to encourage. He accommodates specific requests in a thoughtful manner and helps work with clients to achieve their specific goals. In my case, this has at times meant modifying exercise routines and also proposing home workouts for further improvement. He is overall such a pleasant person to be around, making each workout a truly enjoyable experience (even though he really knows how to work you hard as well!)

I absolutely despise exercise, but signed up back in 2000 on a colleague’s recommendation when pandemic lack of activity left me having panic attacks just from walking around the block because it was so stressful. FT Belmont took my rock-bottom fitness in stride, and put together a solid remote program that got me back up to functional human by the end of that year, encouraging me without once making me feel embarrassed— my trainers even talked me through some heart-rate induced panic attacks, and still left me feeling optimistic at the end of my sessions! I’ve patronized them ever since, and while I’m far from a paragon of fitness, they’ve kept me reasonably healthy and capable despite my near-complete lack of any other physical activity— as far as I’m concerned, probably a harder task than taking someone who’s fit and making them look like a movie star. They’ve cheerfully continued supporting my remote sessions, which for me are the difference between going and not. They’re so nice and so creative, in fact, that I’ve taken to giving packages of sessions as gifts to my eighty-year-old mother— the only person in my family for whom new exercises are a treat, and whose senior fitness classes are not very challenging. She absolutely loves them because she learns new things she can take away and practice on her own, they help her find safe ways to challenge herself, and the trainers are reliably so friendly, outgoing, and supportive.

The last time I kept up with any kind of exercise for four years was in high school, when it was mandatory, despite numerous attempts. With FT Belmont I’m still going strong. They’re expensive, but if you can afford it, they’re definitely worth it.

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my left shoulder and also had recently separated my right shoulder. When I went to Fitness Together in Belmont, Ma 4 months ago I could barely do 5 pushups. Today I can easily do 50 pushups at a time. The best part is we never work on pushups, but rather focus on my entire body. Also lost 10 pounds!! I owe it to the incredible staff! So glad I joined.

I started going to Fitness Together in Belmont in September 2023. In 2018, I had gone to a different location in the past and that really helped me get in shape for my wedding. Five years, and one pandemic, later, I had fallen out of a fitness routine and I was looking to get back on track. Since I had gone to a FT before, I felt like this was the best way to do that.

I'm in my 30s, so probably a bit younger than FT's average client. But it was clear from day one that they would cater to my body and my goals. The Belmont location gave me a much more comprehensive plan and it has produced steady results.

I've truly felt supported by the entire staff there. It's clear to me that they take a lot of care to help their clients meet a wide range of goals. It's hard for me to articulate exactly how or why, but this experience just feels much different than my experience at the other FT. I am much more knowledgeable and equipped to sustain this lifestyle.

Since the beginning of my time at FT, I've known it would be a temporary thing. That has been fully supported. I'm transitioning out, simply for budget reasons, and they are continuing to support me by providing home workouts and answer questions that come up.

I've been coming here for the last 6ish months for the Pack Group Training. I'm a 32 year old woman who used to be a lot more active, but lost my routine in the past few years as my career picked up. I have been coming to FT for about 3 months now and am very pleased with my experience and progress so far. All of the trainers I have worked with have been very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have done mostly the small group ‘pack’ classes so far which I am really enjoying! They are challenging without being intimidating to a strength training newbie. There are ample opportunities to increase intensity if you are looking to challenge yourself, but modifications available for any skill level. The nutrition coaching and cardio plan were also very helpful and the trainers make it a point to check in on these aspects during every class to keep you accountable. The facility is very clean, and cardio machines for members to use any time definitely a bonus! Would not hesitate to recommend FT for anyone looking for an effective workout program in a friendly and welcoming environment!

The Belmont Fitness Together Program
I knew the Belmont Fitness Together Program was good; but I did not know how good. For years I had been putting off getting back in shape, chugging along like so many of us do, under the premise “Ignorance Is Bliss.” Now, age 70 +, it was time to begin. What the program entails:
The program starts with a Fitness Assessment/ In Body Scan and a Functional Movement Assessment. The results put a stake in the ground establishing ground 0.
Brian, Belmont’s Fitness Together manager, went over the detailed report of results, line by line. Brian answered my questions and discussed the individualized training program they would create for me based on the findings; a program of specific exercises to strengthen core, improve functional movement, improve balance and overall health. It would include cardio, nutrition, and a timeline of what to expect.

Each training session begins with a series of questions: “How are you feeling, any aches/pains/ issues from the last session, what did you last eat today, how did you sleep last night, did you do cardio, how often?"
• Answers are duly recorded as are results of each exercise during each session. Regular adjustments are made to upgrade my program as you progress.
• Each trainer I have worked with, and I believe I have worked with them all, has significant technical knowledge from education and experience
• Each trainer is able to articulate and demonstrate the correct way to do the exercise, no matter how many times I ask them to repeat.
• Each trainer motivates, in their own way, without pushing past my comfort level “we are going to go for 12 to 15 repetitions, let me know at any time if you want to stop…, rest a minute, have a drink of water, tell me when you are ready…” “that’s great form, much better this time.”
Fitness/strength training and nutrition.
• I knew fried clams every night was not optimal
• I did not know being hungry from not eating prior to training means the body converts muscle cells into energy, leaving the fat cells alone.
• I did not know meals should ideally consist of so many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
Today, four months and 40+ training sessions into the program, I feel better, have a lot more mobility, energy, and understanding of what it takes to stay in shape.
I also recognize I still have a way to go to be where I want to be. It is a good thing the body is the only machine that gets better with use. In a very busy world, the key is not to let it sit in idle for so long.

I joined FT Belmont almost 6 months ago and it’s been a fantastic experience. Everyone there, the owners and trainers, are knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. The place is incredibly clean (was just completely remodeled!) and professionally run. What I like most is that ALL of the trainers know what they’re doing and make sure you use correct form so you don’t get hurt, while maximizing every exercise so you get the most out of your workouts.

I’ve trained at three different Fitness Togethers and they are not all run the same. My first experience with FT was fantastic, my second was not, FT Belmont is my third and is awesome. I had always assumed all FTs stuck to the same philosophy and programs, but they don’t; it 100% depends on the ownership. If you’ve been to other FTs and not had a great experience, you owe it to yourself to contact FT Belmont. They provide you with a personal assessment so they can create an individualized program that is tailored to you. Every eight weeks, you’re reassessed so you, and they, know how you’re progressing…what’s working and what’s not. The trainers are skilled and supportive and the owners provide nutrition guidance too. Essentially giving you everything you need to succeed. Whatever your fitness goals are, give them a call, you will not regret it. I can’t say enough about the place and everyone there!

Love this place. I had trained with Belmont FT some years ago, then moved and got involved with other things. So glad to be welcomed back! My history with the owners and trainers at the Belmont location led me to choose to go back to that specific location, even though I had moved. That says something--other places are closer, but the Belmont location is worth the trip! I'm met some new trainers, in addition to enjoying getting to see old pals PJ, Paula and Brian. Everyone is fantastic! Heath writes my workouts--and they are tough! I'm finding, though, that the workouts push me just the right amount. Hard work, but safe and leading to progress. The team at Fitness Together in Belmont really know their stuff. I put on weight and lost a lot of strength and realized my back and neck hurt and lots of simple things required exertion. So I signed up for sessions at FT.

I go three times a week on the same days and times, and see three separate trainers. You could go however frequently you want, working with a specific trainer, or mix it up. They are all pros.

The early fitness assessment measures where you are. A while later you'll do another. My progress was excellent.

Each session is a carefully planned workout focusing on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Each exercise is carefully watched by the trainer, who adjusts for form and safety.

The team in Belmont is organized, clearly work together and just clearly care. It's kind of amazing, these days. I work with Iva who helps me focus on form. On Wednesdays Heath makes me work hard and increase strength. On Friday Masha usually finds ways to really push me with those new skills. Manny has also filled in a few times. All have different styles and that works great for me.

I had an issue with my achilles' tendon -- all trainers knew to build a plan that avoided further injury. Now it has healed and feels great and we're focusing on lower body again. Fantastic how they know modifications for nearly all exercises if any part of your body is hurting.

I leave my sessions feeling great. Sure, I am exhausted (that's the idea ) but I know I have built strength, lost weight, and improved my fitness and health. The trainers each make their workouts fun.

Update: one year after joining, I feel stronger, more flexible and in better shape than I've been in years! I love the Zoom pack classes, which provide the same level of attention as in-person, but save me the commute and make it extra safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. I've always been decently active but Fitness Together helped me put a primacy back on my health, increasing my strength, cardiovascular health, and overall outlook. The trainers are fantastic: knowledgeable and personable, making each session fun, even when I'm cursing them for having me do jump squats again. I would highly recommend Fitness Together Belmont! The trainers there are all amazing and professional! I've mostly trained with Belinda and Manny, though I have also worked with others. They are beyond amazing! Belinda always knows how to push me and does not allow me to get away with anything. Manny is super patient and kind, but his workouts...they are kind in that they make my goals easier to achieve in the future.

I've also had the opportunity to train with other members of the team as well. I have to say, the entire team always exude such positive energy, while pushing you during the workout! Not only that, they are very knowledgeable about the industry and are great at developing workouts to help you achieve your goals (you might cry a little while completing the workout, but it's worth it!!). They write new programs every month or two, so that the workouts are progressing as you do.

Fitness Together in Belmont really works with each client individually. They first assess your fitness , strength and fexibility. They then work with you to set your goals ( ones that are realistic yet challenge you to achieve results.) They realize that life sometimes gets in the way and that you might need to adjust your schedule or exercise routine. The trainers ( and owners) are really interested in you and are all very friendly. There are periodic assessments to monitor your progress. I have enjoyed working with Meghan and Paula over the past 3 months and highly recommend FT Belmont.

Fitness Together gave me my body back. I was dreadfully out of shape and Brian and all the staff worked with me to regain balance, stability, core strength and so much more. I no longer need to hang on to a railing to get upstairs. I can squat to weed my garden. My posture and appearance have improved and I'm even wearing a size smaller in pants! I can not thank them enough for the way they worked with me, modified exercises to accommodate my body and encouraged me to become the person I now am.

I am a retired senior who luckily discovered Fitness Together Belmont 10 years ago. Came to FT with an undefined idea that it was time to "get in shape." After too many years of inactivity, it seemed like an almost impossible goal, but it is happening! The trainers at FT are professional, knowledgeable and personalize your training to your current fitness level and help you to set realistic goals.

In six months, I have gone down a full pant size and lost three inches around my waist. My body fat percentage is down and my lean body composition has gone up!. This was accomplished without "dieting,' but rather by using the healthy nutritional coaching that is an integral part of the FT philosophy. My cardiovascular performance has increased by 55% over my baseline fitness assessment and my flexibility has increased by almost 20%.

The numbers don't lie. Whether you are a couch potato ready to make some changes or a marathoner looking to enhance your performance, Fitness Together can help you get there. I highly recommend them to all.

I’ve been going to FT for years because both management and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they genuinely want you to achieve your goals. A few months back, as I was preparing for a hiking trip in Yellowstone, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my much younger/very athletic cousins. So, I asked Paula for help and she came up with a tailored cardio routine for me. Even though the workout was sometimes boring and often hard, I trusted her and stuck to it. And, it worked! I’ve been thankful for it every day of my trip, as I was able to enjoy the hikes, without huffing and puffing while trying to keep up with my cousins. Best gym!

Great and caring team, very personalized approach. Workouts are varied and keep me improving each time I go. I like the focus on form vs reps, I've learned a lot about the right way of doing weight exercises so I don't injure myself, it'll be very handy when I start doing them on my own at the gym. I like that they keep the tastes of the customer in mind for the workouts as well, suggesting new ones (like kickboxing, which was a really fun way to change up the workout). I'm getting results and feeling more energized than I have in a while.

I have been a one-on-one client at Fitness Together Belmont (MA) for 4 years now, and the love has not dimmed at all. The group of personal trainers and managers (as of this writing: PJ, Paula, Brian, Paul, Shane, Caitlin, and Sarah, and another Sarah on the desk) at the studio are fantastic, upbeat and friendly; and they get along great with each other too - more like a group of friends than 'just a' business. Each trainer has his or her own unique personality, but every one of them is enthusiastic, caring, fun and considerate. The trainers strive to cater their workouts, and even their behavior, to each individual client. The trainers also provide a LOT of encouragement to do extra cardio workouts at the studio and beyond.
All the fitness trainers are there to help you achieve whatever goals you have. The accountability that sets up cannot be overstated; I hate the thought of letting them down! In addition, that accountability also extends to changing a client's mental game - pushing them successfully past what they believe they are capable of, changing a client's mindset from "I can't" to "I can" and (certainly in my case) eliminating self-deprecating trash-talk. They really hold me accountable to developing a new mental image of myself and my abilities.
The trainers focus not only on work in the studio, but on the whole-person perspective of fitness, including good nutrition (in my case, eating more often, more regularly and more nutritiously), and sleeping well (and enough). They will work with a client to develop a proper nutrition plan, taking into account individual lifestyles and preferences.
One other thing that Fitness Together Belmont is GREAT at is encouraging clients to support and participate in local community events and fund-raisers. This is one very special aspect of the studio that PJ and Paula run, and one characteristic that makes the Belmont studio special, beyond other FT's I have visited. You can choose to be in your own little cocoon with your trainer, or you can take part in these activities and events and be more involved in the larger FT Belmont community. Either way is fine; you will not be treated any differently for the path you choose. I am generally a bit of a loner, yet last year I participated in 4 FT Belmont-funded 5k walk/runs. PJ, Paula and the rest of the crew bring to the studio many opportunities to give back to the community, from Belmont's Town Day, to to charity walks to food drives,. And there are the client appreciation parties, and recognition of clients' milestones (in life and in fitness)...! The Fitness Together Belmont studio is really like no other.
Finally, a. note about the price. Okay, being honest, FT (Belmont or any other FT studio) is not going to be your least expensive option. But it certainly is the best in terms of value-added goodness. As an analogy: I shop at more upscale stores for my clothing, because I find they have better quality construction and last longer than clothes I buy at, say, Wal-Mart. Nothing against cheap, for I am notoriously cheap (I work on and upgrade a 14 year-old computer and a 12-year old laptop, for example). However, all the personal attention and extras provided by the staff of Fitness Together Belmont make it WELL worth the cost. Doesn't my body deserve at least as much - more, in fact - of an investment as my choice of shopping venues? And there are ways to make Fitness Together Belmont more affordable - for example, occasional special deals. Or you can sign up as a Pack Client, which is their small-group program. And lest you think you lose something by going the small-group route, I've done some packs, and they can be Intense, combining cardio, strength and endurance. And the trainers still look at you as an individual, and work to help you meet your goals.
All in all, Fitness Together Belmont really IS my happy place! And I encourage anyone to at least give it a try - you might get hooked!

I have been a client of Fitness Together Belmont for nearly a decade. I look forward to the end of every day when I get to have one of the trainers push me, work out my frustrations, and improve my overall fitness level. The trainers take the time to develop a personal plan customized to your own goals and not some canned solution. From there, you work together to monitor your successes and improve upon your struggles. I can't say enough great things about the Fitness Together "family feel" and the friendships and camaraderie I've developed with my fellow clients. The staff, from Sarah at the front desk, to trainers Sarah, Caitlin, Paul and Brian, manager Paula all the way to PJ the owner take a genuine interest in each client. I, for one, feel like they make our goals their goals. If you've tried other fitness solutions in the past and met with mediocre success, I think you owe it to yourself to check out FT Belmont, but if only if you're ready for true habit change and meaningful transformation.
