I have really enjoyed going to Nina’s fitness classes. I was a little worried about jumping into fitness classes after I hadn’t worked out in a while but the classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. If you want to be challenged… you will! If you want to ease in… you can. I highly recommend.

Spot on what I was looking for. Efficient, engaging, supported resistance training and HIIT classes, all in 30 minutes, so you can give it your all, max the benefits, and fit them into your life consistently. I wish that wherever I traveled I could get access to this type of gym, that so ideally complements my independent zone 2 & zone 5 work. I don't know a single woman who wouldn't benefit from this, and enjoy it.

I've been going to FITwithNina for a year and a half - and I LOVE it! Nina and Danielle are amazing coaches with the gift of motivating me beyond what I thought I could do. I'm healthier, stronger, and happier. The addition of Reiki sessions is much appreciated. My first session with Danielle last night was wonderful, and I left the studio relaxed and (perhaps strangely!) empowered. Body, mind an spirit - FITwithNina addresses the whole person. Thank you!

I've been attending FITwithNina classes for about a month, and I a love the atmosphere, challenge, and flexibility each class offers. I always feel like I am challenged during each class, without feeling like I can't keep up. Everything can be modified according to fitness level. The 30 minute class time packs a lot of punch- I can fit a comprehensive workout in without spending a long time at the gym. Each workout block addresses all muscle groups and the rotating schedule keeps it interesting! Love and highly recommend!

Great fitness studio! Clean, convenient location features 30-min workouts that combine strength and cardio. Nina and Danielle are knowledgeable experienced trainers. The programming varies day to day so I’m never bored. I am always pleasantly surprised how a 30 min workout can be so challenging and rewarding. I just purchased my second 10-class pack.

Such a great place to workout! Every coach is kind, knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable. The classes are fun and challenging and you can always count on laughing, being supported and never feeling judged. I can feel myself getting stronger all the time and little things like carrying all of my groceries in one trip is much easier!

I am 55 yo that has never worked out and absolutely love fit with Nina! I have been overweight most of my adult life. Five months ago I started a health journey losing weight and joining Fit with Nina. Never working out before I was excited and nervous. I was so happy to meet with Nina before committing and she was so nice and comforting about my lack of fitness knowledge and experience. I joined and now I love it! I cannot say enough about the compassion and acceptance from Nina and actually all the trainers I have had the pleasure of taking a class with. I have been working out with Nina for over a year now and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I was never able to stay consistent with my workouts, but Nina helps me stay consistent and she changes up the workouts to keep it interesting. I've gained the confidence to work out in a group setting which she keeps at a maximum of 6 people, so you get the help you need to keep your form correct while continuing to push yourself. I highly recommend Nina and her team.

Working out with Nina kicks my BUTT. I wasn’t sure a 30 min class would get me but it GOT me 🥵 Totally worth it, plus I love the free resources she provides as well.
The classes are small so Nina is always checking my form and checking in with me and my poor lower back. I feel comfortable working out with her and trust she won’t let me go too hard or too easy for that matter.
Nina knows her stuff, she’s super effective, lovely, encouraging, and beautiful!

Not only is she a fantastic trainer but an awesome person. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and has a deep understanding of various exercise techniques, nutrition, and the human body. As someone that detests exercise and has struggled with weight I try to avoid it at all costs. I have had gym memberships and worked with personal trainers and had seen some weight loss but nothing substantial. That has completely changed since working out with Nina. Since I have started working with her I have lost a substantial amount of weight and feel better than I have in years. Her sessions are always different and she will get me doing cardio without even knowing it. She makes you want to work harder and push yourself and do better than the week before.

After 2 years of Covid, quarantine etc. I had put on weight and was out of shape, to say the least! I'm 60 years young, with a few occasional aches and pains. Nina is great, she encourages, listens and tailors my program to my needs. She's always helpful, not pushy and never judgy! This May, I broke and sprained my ankle🤦🏼♀️ I didn't want to get out of my fitness routine so I asked if she could still work with me. She didn't hesitate for a second! As soon as the Doctor allowed, we were doing modified workouts while I was still in my boot. I have worked with trainers in the past, but many don't understand your specific needs! Fitness isn't "one size fits all", It's easy to train someone that is young and in peak condition....but let's face it, that's not most of us! Nina understands fitness at all levels and lifestyles...just call her❤️
