Menβs basketball league is not run to the best standards. Multiple unanswered emails from Tyler the director. Free agent teams were a mess with not having an enough team members and some members being signed up for multiple teams. Jerseys were good quality and facility has many courts but no game balls for use during games.

Update: we were contacted by the camp manager and he said they are taking measures to prevent this from happening again. Letβs hope this keeps up. So no other kid has to face this same situation as my son did. These kids are there to have fun and be a team. Not hurt each other.
Do NOT send your kids here if you care about their safety and well being. My 7 year old was bullied. And hit multiple times by older children and the staff did nothing about it. My son was assaulted in the bathroom by 3 older kids. They hit him on his butt and then threw him to the ground. My son told me he was hit a few other times and told the staff and they did nothing about it. Find somewhere else to send your children.

Turf fields and courts are really nice but this place has a lot to improve on when the weather is not nice. There is plenty of parking but if it rains the parking lots are flooded and muddy unless you are in the main lot. Portable toilets also go under water and are not accessible which is disgusting. Not sure how this is considered normal especially as the place has been in business for sometime and must know improvements need to be made.
Food inside is sub par; nothing stands out and is just close to average. Tons of salts I definitely used on most of the food in the restaurant.

Here with the family for a volleyball tournament. I was very disappointed at the restaurant. Food was very slow and when it arrived it was cold and they missed one entire order although I was billed for it. I saw it on the computer but it was never brought out. I told them to just remove it from the bill because it had been 1:40 minutes and the next games were starting.
The facility itself is nice and generally well kept and clean. However if outside food and beverages aren't allowed (understandably as they need to make money) please provide the best quality and service you can.

What a rip off. You have to pay for parking in the middle of nowhere. Sports venue is a nice building but it was $18 foe each ticket to see a kids sports tournament, food was over priced and it sucked. Gas station coffee would be an upgrade. Some staff were nice but nobody knew anything . Couldnt tell you anything barely looked up when you talked to them. Mostly they sat on their phones while long lines formed. Tacky restaurant sold sports print posters for like $500. Whoever owns this place sucks.

The staff is great, helpful and friendly. The food is decent and not ridiculously priced. Itβs pretty clean.

I wanted to enter a middle school team into a tournament here. I emailed the tournament coordinator and asked if there are any additional fees. I specifically mentioned parking and admission. He emailed back that there would be no charge for parking and it would be $5 per day for admission. This is the information I gave to parents. We decided to pay the $300 to enter the tournament. 3 days before the tournament we were told that itβs actually $10 per day for admission. I told them we registered based off what they told us the price would be. I asked what they could do about this. The rep said they could do nothing. I viewed this as essentially raising the price of the tournament for our families after having given us a different price. I felt swindled. Weβre a middle school intramural all star team, not a serious aau or travel team. When I mentioned I might want a refund out of principle he accused me of complaining and ruining the tournament for the others who entered. Terrible customer service and business practices.

Great facility. However, they tried to charge for parking for an AAU basketball tournament. I repeat, pay to park for a youth sporting event. It's bad enough these tournaments charge admissions to watch your child play, but parking? Yeah no I drove by and didn't stop.
What a money grab. Here is what I am going to do. I will ensure that my daughter's team will never enter a tournament here. And I will reach out to other teams to avoid this place.

We came here for my son's wrestling tournament and I was not pleased with the experience. I feel like this business is greedy and picking the pockets of hardworking families. First of all, this arena is set between an industrial area and residential zone. We almost missed my son's first match because the traffic was horrendous and multiple events were occurring at the same time. I feel bad for the neighbors that have to deal with this on a daily basis. Then, we had to park quite a distance away on a dirt ledge. I wouldn't have minded this so much but we had to pay $10 for parking, which is an absolute joke. The entrance fee is reasonable but I just wish they didn't charge for children. Inside, the arena is spacious and set up nicely. There is a bridge, bar area, and two concessions, along with a small arcade. This event was particularly large and it did not seem like the concession staff had enough help. I had to wait 45 minutes in line and they do not allow any outside food. Everyone in my party's cell phone would not work on the first floor. This ended up being problematic because we needed service to see when the next matches would occur. I found out afterwards that Game On charges to use the wifi. I would not come here again unless Game On starts to rethink their business practices for family events.

3/17/24 Sad service! They don't have wait staff anymore which is fine. But these ladies were running ragged. Stood at the bar to place an order for 10 +minutes. Everybody beside us was getting their order taken. Not sure why we never got served. Even got attention of one and she still never came back. Just kept taking drink orders. Came here last year with wonderful service and food. Not sure what I did?

Game On stands out as an exemplary sports facility that truly lives up to its reputation. During a recent visit for a field hockey tournament, the facility's adaptability and quality were immediately apparent. The conversion of their state-of-the-art basketball courts into indoor field hockey spaces was seamlessly executed, providing an optimal playing environment.
The presence of a nice restaurant on the property adds a touch of convenience and luxury, offering a place to relax and refuel without needing to leave the venue. The concession stands also deserve praise for their decent selection, catering to quick snacks or drinks between games.
Not to overlook, the outdoor fields are equally impressive, well-maintained, and visually appealing, suggesting that Game On is equipped to host a wide range of sports events and activities.
Overall, the experience at Game On was nothing short of fantastic. From the facilities to the food options, every aspect was designed with the attendees' satisfaction in mind. This sports complex is highly recommended for anyone looking to participate in or host a sports event. The quality of the facilities and the overall atmosphere make it a top choice for sports enthusiasts and teams alike.

Has potential, as itβs a nice facility (inside), but not worth the price gouging at every turn. After charging club teams to enter a tournament, while holding tournaments in other sports on the same day, creating an impossible parking situation, in which parents end up parking in mud pits and walking through mud and rocks to get to the fields, they then charge $10 for the privilege of said parking. There are no other parking options, so if you want to watch your kids play, you pay. Will be encouraging our club team to skip future tournaments held at Game On. There are plenty of other tournaments available that donβt gouge the people that are paying to play.

Just as others have said - how ridiculous they collect fees for parking as you are on your way out! One has to laugh at such an arrangement! It's like a bad joke - until it's not. I felt bad for the two young men who were positioned at the end of the road to collect the fees. I genuinely despise the ownership of this place - PURE GREED and they should be ashamed. $10 for parking, per day, in Fitchburg? We do not choose where AAU games are played, and already pay $20 for a weekend pass, of which the facility gets a cut. Then the facility turns around and charges everyone for parking. There is no other option available.
Was also forced to go here for the state wrestling tournament in 2021, which was accepted by Game On, knowing in advance how many people would be attending. They could accommodate about 30% of the attendees, and TURNED AWAY PARENTS FROM WATCHING THEIR KIDS in perhaps their biggest match of their career. Again, because if pure greed.

Iβll give two stars because the facility itself is nice and food and counter service were good (but very expensive - almost like Fenway prices), but paying $10 to park in Fitchburg when you canβt even find spots and then $12pp for a day/$20pp weekend basketball tournament pass is insanity. I get that thatβs the tournament sponsor thatβs charges for the tourney pass, but how about having some regard for the overall cost people are paying. And if you want wifi, you have to pay for that too. Been in many facilities like this and never been gouged of so much money. I cannot believe the money these greedy owners make just off parking alone, There are thousands of people there inside and out (yes you have to pay to park for your kidβs soccer or flag football game) any given weekend. I hope to play elsewhere in the future.

Great building but the biggest money grab I have seen with aau so far. Game On is being paid by the event holder for the use of their facility, in this case zero gravity. ZG is collecting a fee from the teams to play in the tournament and is charging crazy entry fees to the parents and family members to watch. Game On then feels itβs ok to charge $10 to park your car there ?? What a joke. I donβt recall ever paying to park at Target or a restaurant? And come on β¦ an additional $5 to use wifi. Whatβs next, charge to use the bathroom.? Probably shouldnβt give them any ideas ! Just one more step down the hole of youth sports these days. When does it end?

Had to pay $10 for parking at kiosks inside the venue, only all were inoperable except one. Waited 30 minutes in line to pay at the kiosk and got a blank piece of paper from the machine. Had to wait in another line to get a proper receipt.
Took an hour to get out of the parking lot due to the set up of the entrance and exits. There is only one way in and out. Cars were trying to get in as the rest of us were trying to get out. Complete dumbfuckery. People were understandably frustrated, honking their horns like it was NY rush hour traffic.
Plan accordingly.

Nice new facilityβ¦. However $35 to get into a basketball tournament is excessive and asking another $10 (each day) to park is absurd!

I thought this place was great until they began charging $10 to park. No other basketball venues charge to park. I paid $35 to get into my sonβs event. Then they are asking $10 to park both days. This feels like paying to park at your local Target or something. Even the person collecting the money said itβs ridiculous. Just a money grab. Iβd rather my son play at Dana Barros or the new New Balance center where parking on the street is free. But literally paying to park in the boonies. Weird!

!!WARNING!! Went to the sports complex for a soccer tournament that the team payed to attend, they charge you to leave the parking lot. There was no signage telling you you had to pay to leave. Not enter the facility to leave the facility. They also pay a detail officer with lights on to collect the money. Not sure how this is even legal. If you do not have the cash they make you go back and use an atm that is located inside the facility and pay a fee.

The owners of Game On have zero regard for the residents of Victoria Lane. All they care about is $$$$. I feel for the spectators that are getting charged to watch, park and play and those who have to walk a mile on a stretch of road with no sidewalks. We all knew this was going to be a foolish decision by the city, yet we werenβt heard and all the promises were ignored. Why should residents of the neighborhood have to sit in this traffic ????

Great venue was there for a wrestling tournament on-site restaurant and plenty of other activities to keep the other kids entertained

They need a police officer at the exit because of the unexpected parking fee after a day full of fees. This place should be called Fee On Fitchburg. Fees to enter, fees for being late, fees for leaving, fees, fees and more fees. Bring your own toilet paper, as they will charge a fee per square soon.

Please stay on the main road 2A toward Industrial Road. The neighborhoods that GPS leads you thru are not meant for this volume of traffic.

Big place, clean for its size, no internet, great concept. Not enough staff to handle YNEW Event. From the entrance to pay, the line stretched down the entire length of the building. Huge concession stand crowd. Not enough staffing.
Not very ADA friendly.
They nickel and dime you for everything
.. worse than a Boston event.

This Complex is beautiful & versatile. By the time you end up paying for parking, entry to event, food concessions, and yes even the wi-fi (it crashed the entire sporting event), I feel a bit nickel & dimed & think they could easily offer a bit more for admission & not make me stop every ten minutes to pay them for something, it would feel like a much better value

Parking was an absolute nightmare!! They charged us $15 to park and there were no spots! When you pay for parking you expect some parking! I drove around for over 35 mins looking for a spot! Muddy, huge pot holes, horrible!

Crazy big and nice complex. Volleyball tournament. 14-16 courts. Plenty of places to watch from. Bar, restaurant, food windows. Add some wins for Smash Newton even better. ππ

Murphy our server was just the best! Food was average and there were charge issues on our bill we didn't have time to have fixed due to game schedule and how busy it was in bar.

WiFi is HORRIBLE. And if you read other reviews youβll see - it NEVER works (not down once or twice, but CONSTANTLY). False advertising and says a lot about the mismanagement of this facility
