The strength of this gym is the people. The trainers are supportive, flexible and knowledgeable; the work out groups are small and typically congenial. As a person who has never stuck any gym membership out and keeps a treadmill as a laundry hanger--the combination has really inspired me to keep going for the past 4 years, 3 times a week.

Very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff; they are great about adapting exercises for physical limitations as well. The clients are a range of ages and abilities, but the classes are very small so the staff are able to cater to everyone's needs. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Very happy with my membership at this gym. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner and trainers! A supportive community to comfortably lose weight through sustainable, accountable, and realistic methods...i.e. hard work and dietary changes with an occasional challenge thrown in:) The smiling faces make it a joy to go there and sweat. It helps that they are close to home and super accommodating in scheduling. You basically get out of the gym what you are willing to put into it. The routines (and minor weekly tweaks) might seem repetitive -but they serve to make the workout easy for amateurs like me follow and learn, which in turn makes it more comfortable for me to work out independently (but with broad supervision) -the way I like. While I could probably do the same exercises at home if I really wanted (which I can and sometimes do), realistically, you never "find the time" or motivation that the gym gives you. For me it's worth the price of membership.

I love the challenging , encouraging and friendly environment... all the trainers ( kirk+linda) and caryl are such a possitive influence they make the 1hr of workout so interesting that i dont even realize how time flies. Its a life changing healthy experience for me and i am so greatful for the whole lexington team.
