I’ve been working out at GISFW Westborough for 2 years and have had a very positive experience. Jody is great about offering modifications on exercises based on injuries and abilities, and she has a gift for making everyone feel welcome. It’s a supportive, fun environment.

I've been a proud member of this gym for over 10 years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best communities I’ve ever been part of. The trainers are not only knowledgeable and motivating, but they also genuinely care about each member’s goals and well-being. The other members are just as inspiring—you truly feel like you’re working out with friends who encourage and support one another.

The small group personal training format is a game-changer. It allows for individualized attention while keeping things fun and engaging. With multiple sessions offered throughout the week, it’s easy to stay consistent and make progress.

What makes this place stand out even more are the community events in June and December —studio-wide gatherings that bring everyone together in celebration, goal-setting, and fun. Another highlight is the special Wednesday bootcamp: a 75-minute session where everyone trains as one team. We push through the workout together and end with a meaningful reflection and stretching session that leaves you not only physically stronger but mentally recharged.

This gym has helped me stay healthy, motivated, and connected for a decade—and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

I love the environment at Get in Shape. Unlike other gyms I’ve belonged to for years where you’re left on your own to figure things out, the small group training model provides structure, a well thought out strength and cardio plan, and keeps you motivated and accountable. The trainers are great and are able to give individual attention and exercise modifications, as needed. The atmosphere is supportive, fun, and you are part of a community of great women. It’s been 5+ years since I’ve joined and look forward to continuing my membership at Get In Shape!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Get in Shape. Life threw some unexpected challenges my way recently, and I was struggling to find a way to stay motivated and focused. I cannot say enough positive things about Get in Shape For Women in Westborough! They have completely changed my life for the better. I never thought in a million years I would love working out but I truly do now. The hardest part for me was walking through the door. The most wonderful and uplifting women you will ever meet! They are so kind, empowering and have taught me so much! I have been a member since April 2024 and as of September 2024 I have lost 45 lbs. My goal was to lose weight and feel stronger. I cannot begin to tell you how much healthier I feel. I know I would never have been able to accomplish this on my own. My trainers are so incredibly knowledgeable and make workouts so fun. I am so grateful to have found a place I can go to and feel comfortable at!!!

Supportive, Welcoming, Results — 3 reasons why I love GISFW. I’m so grateful to finally find a gym I actually enjoy going to! I felt welcome by other members and staff the first time I walked into the gym. Jody is an amazing trainer- she is encouraging, changes up the workouts daily and really makes things fun! Since classes are small she knows everyone and can make modifications to accommodate individual needs. I truly appreciate the small class size and individual attention…it’s why I keep coming back!

I joined the GISFW 3 years ago and I never regretted my decision. I have achieved the goals of increased endurance and flexibility. I love the variety of workouts offered during each session. All the trainers especially Jody and Jen are extremely talented and super friendly. They motivate clients to put their best effort during workouts and achieve their fitness goals. This is the right gym for women of all ages regardless of their fitness level. I strongly recommend this gym to all women who want to improve their fitness.

I have been going to GISW since Oct.
I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and fun workouts that Jodi and Jen create. Each week is different and the small group sessions allow for them to really focus on our form and keep us safe. They modify for our individual needs. As someone who resisted weight training for years i look forward to my sessions and the supportive women that come to the trainings.

I joined this all women gym about a year ago and its one of the best things I've ever done for myself! As a young mom of two, it was finally time for me to get back in shape, move my body and stop making excuses. Toni, Jody and Jen are beyond amazing and I leave every session feeling great and so proud of myself. The trainers can not only customize each workout for your special needs, but they also push you to just the right limit. I love the sense of community and support we all have for each other at this studio. If you're looking for a gym, please do yourself a favor and check this place out, you won't regret it! Exercise is the best gift we can give to our past, present, and future self so please don't deprive yourself of it!

I joined Get In Shape For Women (Westborough) earlier this year, as part of my New Year's resolution to work on my mental and physical health, and I think this has been one of my best decisions ever! They are inclusive of women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities and the trainers modify workouts to meet your physical level. The weekly cardio challenges are motivating and push me to get better. Highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you are looking to do strength training but get intimidated by the traditional gyms.

I’ve been a member at Get In Shape for Women for just under three months and I’m so glad I joined!
A friend of mine had been a member for a while and when I said I was looking at gyms, she said I should give this a try. Before my first month was finished, I renewed my own membership.
The sense of community created by Toni, Jenn, and Jody is so motivating - and just nice to be around. And all the members are welcoming.
I joined for overall health improvement - getting stronger, making sure I kept moving. The fact that I’m losing a little weight - gradually and keeping it off - is pretty good, too!
Every week, I tell them: “I can’t believe I’m saying this - but I really like it!” I went to a class…at 8:30 am…on a *Saturday* morning. That was a first!
The small group strength training sessions are great and the trainers are very aware of each of our strengths, where we might need to modify, and making sure we’re doing the exercises correctly. And each week there is a cardio challenge to help keep us motivated.
I’m so grateful for their support.
If you’re even just thinking of doing something to improve your health - and your mood - just try it out. I feel pretty sure you’ll stick with it thanks to these ladies!

I can't speak highly enough about the trainers Jody, Andrea and Jamie. They truly care about fitness and plan classes that are fun all the while working on strengthening different parts of our body. Modifications are made for each individual so each person maximizes their work out time at the gym without risk of an injury. Joining Get In Shape for Women in Westborough has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The owners and trainers are all personally invested in my success, and taking this journey with so many women with similar goals has been so motivating. I’ve lost over 40 lbs since joining in February and as my goals have evolved so have my workouts. The structure, camaraderie and accountability have helped me to totally change my health, while trying it alone only worked for short sprints. It’s a very positive place to work on yourself.

I'm going to rate this place 2 stars because I called this place in order to get information for my wife and the person taking care of me showed a lack of good manners and also started the conversation with... " You know this is for women only " and it make me feel like she didn't want to give me information because I am a man... She kept saying things like this is not for men, we don't get men calling us usually is the wifes calling and we don't even open our doors for men, I told her that I understood that her business is women's oriented only but I just wanted to gather info for my wife. Their hours of service are not accurate (as posted on website) is based on availability. Not the best over the phone experience.

Great place to make working out as habit since you are on a schedule. It is very expensive and with that we should get more attention from the owners but, you don't and that is too bad. Many people left because of that. The trainers are very nice.
