BEAUTIFUL GYM!! Until recently, I didn't know that the Fitchburg gym had been renovated, and they did a beautiful job! It's SO much bigger than their previous space downstairs, it's well lit, the locker room is beautiful, there's a lot of equipment, the studio (room for classes) is a good size, and overall, the gym is quite spacious!! Those lights are so fancy I may have to work out in a ballroom gown to match the decor!

The gym is small and it cost 30 a month for the smallest gym package that includes little perks. If you miss one payment they try and charge you 20 more dollars on top of that. As if 30 isn’t already a lot for an average gym.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I went to this place literally once in two years. I called to cancel my membership before the renovation, and they refused to cancel it unless I went in. When I closed the account the gym used to charge me A YEAR later the owner sent my name to a collection agency after I explained I am disabled and its difficult for me to drive there to cancel and if she could please just cancel my membership and she refused! What a ridiculous excuse.I spoke to you on the phone personally. If all I had to do was to send you a letter, you should have told me that when we spoke on the telephone and you did not. When I called you to tell you that I had become disabled you could clearly see into my file, how many times I had actually used the gym in the two years since opening my membership. You could clearly see that I had only used my card once and You still refuse to help even after I told you I had become disabled and couldn't get to the gym on my own. I hope everyone reading this realizes that once you walk into this gym membership like hotel california you may never walk out of it and the dishonesty on display right here, right now in your response.

Fantastic smaller gym! Staff are great! It's clean and the equipment is very solid. Morning classes always seem to have good attendance. Fitchburg location doesn't have all the frills like tanning and recovery goods but all memberships include access to both locations so if frills are something you would still suggest here. Not a ton of free weights but certainly enough to pick up some heavy things. I love this gym. The environment gave me the courage to finally get into the free weight and dumbbell area as a woman. Something I always struggled with. Top tier!

Absolutely love this gym! It's always very clean and well kept. There's plenty of equipment from free weights to fitness machines and to cardio. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions if asked. Will recommend to anyone who's looking for a great gym!! 10/10

I love both globals but especially love the 24 hour access! It’s smaller than the Leominster gym but they have everything you need and there are usually not many people which means no waiting for machines
