I have been coming to the adult weight lifting group classes for three years now and it is one of my favorite parts of my week. All of the trainers are welcoming and talented. The groups are supportive and it truly feels like a community. I never thought the gym would be the highlight of my day but it is one of my favorite parts of my weekly routine. I started with once a week and now I am disappointed if I canβt make it three times. I highly recommend the group classes or private sessions with any of the trainers.

Iβve been with this place since maybe day 5 that it opened and it was a life changer. It is what got me into lifting and I went from the slow and short guy to the fast, big and tall guy (the tall is genetics but idc). I love this place and 10/10 recommend.

I've been training at Gray's Anatomy for about 10 months and absolutely love it. All my goals have been met. My little aches and pains are gone, my back feels great (even in the morning), I'm no longer sore after running or playing sports, and gain core strength. It's a safe, fun, and motivating environment. I should have started years ago. Love it.

My 12 year old daughter started the youth training program this summer, she is a soccer player and wanted to improve her strength and agility. She looks forward to the sessions with Zach and his team, and has grown stronger with each one. What a great experience!

Gray's Anatomy is a straight-forward personal training gym without unnecessary drama. You pay for one session at a time and there aren't any long-term contracts, signing fees, etc. I work with Bella who is the real deal! She's probably the tenth trainer that I've worked with over the last 20 years and is definitely one of the best. She always changes up our workouts and is very motivating and fun.

My eight year old son has been training with Zack and his team for a few months. I was looking for a program to supplement my son's training for hockey and having been around many gyms myself Zack and his program really caught my eye. I love Zack's approach with the kids and my son really looks up to him and the other trainers.
I love seeing my kids develop healthy habits and getting comfortable in a gym!

We always were looking for one of these classes for our 10 year who is not very athletic. The pandemic and remote school really made him lethargic. Just 4 classes of Zach made my pre-teen son gain so much self-confidence in himself and he feels very energetic after the class. He really enjoys these classes and loves the way Zach and his team make it interesting by using various techniques. Thank you Zach and so happy to see this one right here in Needham!

Here's the thing: Zack is SMART. I'm a middle-aged guy who has been training with Zack for a few years. I was already somewhat athletic before I started, but Zack has pushed and developed my training week by week. Zack knows what he is doing in terms of physiology and advancement. His knowledge is current; he reads constantly and attends seminars in his field. This is the man you want to train with.

Zack is an expert trainer - knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging. The workouts are varied and challenging and his coaching is extremely helpful. Whenever I have questions he is always able to give very detailed answers. I definitely would not have made as much progress if I pursued strength training purely on my own.

My son goes to the youth group training sessions run by Greys Anatomy. He is looking forward to going to each session and asked me recently if he could up the number of times he goes to train. For a young teen usually not motivated by anything, this definitely says something about the quality of the trainings! Iβm thankful for the group youth training classes that Zach offers. Itβs a great way to get my pre-teen athlete involved in his own health and fitness. My son always comes out of training talking about the new skills heβs learned and sweaty from the workout. Zach is very knowledgeable and I feel that he runs training safely and within the realm of appropriate strength training for pre-teens. We travel (15 minutes) from Waltham and find it to be a high quality local option.
