One of a kind gym specializing in 45 Minute HIIT and Core Strength Group Fitness Classes designed to improve athletic capacity and conditioning. Each class ends with a total core burnout for a long lasting after burn.
High-end fitness equipment including AirBikes, AirRunners, Skiergs, Concept 2 Rowers, and much more. Other services include, personal training and Corporate Wellness, Weight Loss Programs, and InBody Scans. Amenities include, men's and women's bathrooms with showers, unisex ADA bathroom with shower, changing rooms, member's lounge and private parking.
We are located in Braintree, MA and Burlington, MA.

Great atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers, great music, clean/quality equipment and now after 12+ months I'm still motivated to get to as many classes a week as my body can handle. 45 minutes at HIITCore and you're sweating like you spent multiple hours at a typical gym, but having a lot more fun of course.

First off it’s the cleanest gym I have ever been to and all the equipment is top notch. My friend introduced me to this gym and I have to admit it’s the most difficult yet satisfying workout I’ve ever maintained interest in. I love the variety!
The best part for me is that it’s only 45 mins! Quick workout, and surprisingly quick results.
I definitely advise to try the trial free workouts to see for yourself.

Favorite gym and best fitness classes in the area. Classes are different every time but always well-rounded and balanced with a mix of cardio and weight work. They're challenging (in the best way) but also fun and go by fast with great people and music. Come try it out!

I love this place. Julie, Carlos and Andrew have done a great job making an inclusive environment. The workouts are challenging but the instructors are great with giving reasonable modifications to make sure you have the right posture

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and couldn’t be happier than I found this gym. I think this gym appeals to all different types of people and fitness levels, but I’ll focus on mine in case it speaks to anyone who is reading this looking for a new gym. I’m in my early 30s, active, and had been part of a number of Crossfit gyms in the past. Got into a home workout routine during the pandemic, but plateaued and just wasn’t pushing myself.
I’d describe HIITCore as all the good things about Crossfit without the negativity that can sometimes be part of Crossfit gyms (pushing to the point where you risk injuring yourself, cult-y). Julie and Carlos are amazing. The workouts are varied every day and hit your entire body. Great mix of strength and cardio. I go 5-6 days a week and feel way better than I did while I was trying to convince myself that I could stay fit working out at home.

You truly don’t know what you have until it’s gone. The best 45 minutes of my days were spent at this gym. Since I’ve moved away, I have not found a gym that comes close to the physical challenge and satisfaction I experienced here. In 4 months, I went down a pant size and looked great! Be consistent and you’ll be in the best shape you’ve ever been.

Best gym I’ve ever belonged to. The workouts are TOUGH, but the HIIT model is great because you’re changing what you’re doing every minute or 2, and the trainers give many variations for whatever fitness level you’re at. Plus, workouts are only about 40 mins that goes by quickly. It’s a supportive, friendly, motivating environment (not cult-y and aggressive as crossfit can be) that makes me want to come to class. The instructors are just great—personable and helpful—and every class is different. Members are a wide range of ages (I’m 53) & fitness levels, and pretty evenly split between men/women. A lot of these types of gyms can be testosterone-y, too intense, and daunting to beginners, but both the instructors and members help you learn the moves and get your bearings in a way that feels welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about it.

If you’re looking for an awesome workout and haven’t tried this gym yet, it’s a must! The 45 minute classes are wonderful. They will definitely challenge you — in the best way! Carlos comes up with dynamic and difficult workouts that will leave you feeling strong. I’ve been a member here for just over a year and never regret showing up!

I took a 7pm class on a Thursday for 45 minutes. Oh my gosh. You know you're getting a good workout when you're making ugly faces throughout it 😂 I was sore for a good week! I love how you don't even have to think about your workouts. Just go, everything is planned, listen to good music, and you're done! I felt more accomplished here than i've ever felt going to a gym. Def worth it!

I loveee loveeeee loveee it! I have always been that girl to jump from Gym to Gym. I get tired easily and just give up! However, HIITCore change that feeling for me, it’s that one hour I get the best workout in the world but enjoy it at the same time! I always have a good time! It has become part of my life I don’t questioned going to the gym anymore! It’s actually that one hour I release all my stress and feel good about myself! I wanted to try this gym out for at least a month before giving my honest review. Now that I’m going on my second month I must share. This gym is EVERYTHING. I’ve never been a person who’s looked forward to working out until I joined HIIT core fitness. The coaches are amazing and the gym is really big and super clean . As someone who was new to weight lifting, I was a little bit nervous my first few days. Carlos, the owner is so great at explaining proper form and making sure he takes his time out to show you how to correct your form if you are doing something incorrect. I’ve taken both Carlos and Alyssa’s class and they are fantastic . Everyone at this gym is so friendly. I really feel like I am hitting my fitness goals coming here. I’m getting stronger day by day and I always look forward to coming to class . Give this gym a try you won’t regret it .

Everything about this gym is amazing, especially the small classes with very knowledgeable trainers. They will push you to your max and always have incredibly tough and effective workouts planned. This is the only gym I've ever looked forward to going to in my life and I've never been so sore in such a good way.

Now this is my kind of workout! I've been going to HIITCore since the beginning of August and I've been feeling absolutely great after every workout.
There's variety in the workouts and with the small class sizes you don't have to worry about not having enough equipment. Incorporating kettle/bar/dumbbells, Ski-Ergs, Rowers, Sleds, sprints, rings, and bodyweight exercises, you'll feel the burn!
I'm personally not a fan of packed gyms so I like that if I can't make a class I can always book into Open Gym and do my own thing.
Probably my favorite part is the InBody machine, which analyzes you're entire body composition and spits out results showing you where you can improve. It's a great starting point because the data doesn't lie!
