We provide home workout routines as well as corrective exercise and postpartum plans. We also have Certified Nutritionists on staff. Sessions over Zoom or in person are available.

If I could give Gina and Home Bodies 10 stars, I would! I am extremely grateful to have found Gina. I’ve been working with her for about a year, and it has truly changed my body and my life. After having my third child, I felt so uncomfortable in my body- so weak, so out of alignment, and I had a variety of issues- diastasis recti, umbilical hernia, pelvic floor weakness, and just plain very out of shape despite my best efforts tot he contrary. As a former dancer, I tried to get a handle on all these issues myself, but couldn’t. Gina is an expert in these issues, and more. She really knows her stuff! Now I feel strong and aligned from the inside out, in a more balanced and healthy way than ever before. Healing my issues is taking time, but I could see and feel a difference fairly quickly, and i am confident that I will feel better and more fit as I approach 50 than ever before. I can’t recommend Gina enough. The exercises take discipline and time, but it is SO WORTH IT! I love having an expert personal trainer so much, now my 13 year old son is working with one of Gina’s trainers, too. Gina is professional, caring, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable and good at what she does.

Jen is so incredibly talented! She is amazing at seeing, correcting, and cueing movements. Amazing way of giving feedback that helps me correct movement patterns quickly. She is so skilled at exercise progression and choice. I’m really blown away by all that you see and all that we accomplish thru virtual visits. She is a gifted trainer and I feel so confident in her guiding me toward healing my diastasis. I already have made so much progress in such a short time. I can see how she not only knows what to do but also how to do it in a stepwise clear way.

Gina is super knowledgeable yet approachable and practical to work with as a personal trainer. We started off in person but then transitioned to zoom based sessions. It was great to have customized workouts for my particular needs, and Gina definitely responded to my goals and answered any questions I had. The online platform to book sessions was easy to use and worked flexibly with my changing work schedule. I would definitely recommend Gina to others.

Ashley from Home bodies is a wonderful personal trainer. I’m retired and recovering from medical issues. Ashley is creative and thoughtful in her approach. She texts relevant tips for healthy living. I worked with Gina for approx 11months after having two open abdominal surgeries, diastasis recti and hernias. My core strength has definitely improved since working with her. Gina is professional, a good listener, and we giggled frequently. She was meticulous in making sure my form was correct, when I demonstrated the exercises. I'd definitely reach out to her again for any concerns. She answered my questions in between sessions promptly. I highly recommend her!

I contacted Gina to work with me based on a great recommendation of her from a friend. My experience with her as a trainer has been excellent. She listened closely to my needs and wants, tailored a program specifically for my needs, working with me in person a couple times, but mostly over Zoom. Gina was super responsive to any questions I had, and made updates to my program as my needs changed. I mostly appreciated that she taught me proper form, why some things were more effective than others, and was open to changing things up as I desired/needed. I would not hesitate to recommend her, especially for people who have particular needs. She knows her stuff!

Gina was incredibly supportive and kind! I was a bit nervous to go to a personal trainer due to my insecurities, but Gina was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was patient and understanding, and took time to come up with a custom plan that worked for me with my restrictions and preferences. She was superbly welcoming, and happily answered any questions I had. Not only that, but she's flexible with times and really works with you to help reach your goal! The plan she tailored to me is phenomenal, and I've already met some of my goals! I can't recommend Gina enough. She's supportive, super knowledgeable, and patient- she really crafts plans and helps you create a plan that is individualized and comfortable.

Gina was wonderful to work with in my postpartum fitness journey after having two babies back to back. She helped me start slowly and build on a core routine that focused on strengthening my core and then integrating light cardio. Being able to meet virtually made training accessible and she was flexible with scheduling so I could meet on days I had childcare. She developed a customized routine for me and walked me through each of the exercises and was always available if I had questions. For about 10 years we had the pleasure working with Gina. She came to our house weekly and a few times twice a week to be our personal trainer. She was the type of trainer that made you want to work out without pushing you to the point of not wanting it. She was patient and understanding of your limits.
