I came for coffee (which is delicious), left with a ton of plant advice and some plant care items for our plants.
The folks working there are all super nice to talk to, they gave me great advice on my plants, and if I am working in the area, I'll be sure to get my coffee fix in.
Come for the coffee, get some plants, plant care stuff, chat with the staff, do a yoga class, and I believe they have a hair salon too!? It's a beautiful and thoughtful space well worth a visit!

This is one kind of a place, I absolutely love coming here to work a few hours. They have a beautiful selections of drinks. But also plants, home decor and furniture. They do offer yoga classes (which I will be taking one fairly soon).
We need more places like this one in our life!
I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to stop by for a quick drink, do some work, take a yoga class or buying a few things for home.

The coffee shop in the first floor is great! Both times I went to order a latte, they turned out delicious! The service was great too, they were nice. Only downside is the limited seating, so I would recommend creating a plan B if you play on working on something or just chatting.

Great place perfect atmosphere wish it was open longer for after school studying. The high school gets out at three and this should be the perfect place for highschoolers and middle schoolers to go during the school year. but other than that, I love everything about this place.

I’m absolutely tickled. This is the most tasteful coffee shop I think I’ve ever found. The flavor profiles of their coffees are innovative. The plants and cleanliness is such a breath of fresh air. And the style?? I’m inspired!! So admirable.

Make sure to visit House 403, a true hidden gem nestled in Lexington! It's a place bursting with life, offering "greens galore" alongside a captivating selection of home decorative items. Whether you're seeking a unique find like vintage corn holders or charming parrot bookends, or perhaps something for your kitchen like a French press, you'll likely find it here. The atmosphere is simply incredible, perfect for enjoying their beverages and coffee. Beyond the retail therapy, they also feature an upstairs space for private parties and a dedicated room for yoga, adding to the many facets of this must-see spot.

I love this new spot in my town! It’s soooo close to me, really brightens up the bagel shop/UPS store strip. 😂
I’ve taken yoga and breath work classes there. They’ve been the perfect amount of challenging and I’ve felt so welcomed by the instructors.
The cafe downstairs is doing great things too, serving some of the most delicious coffee in town. I’m so glad to have this great new business in Lexington!

This place is a wonderful retreat--great lattes, yoga, plants, and thoughtfully curated items. Nicest people work here too! Highly recommend!
Updating my review - I recently hosted a private event at House 403 and it was a great experience. We were a group of 12 and started with a yoga class with Jill (who is awesome!) and then a private reception upstairs. It's so special to have a space like this to gather in Lexington!
