Best place to go. Always clean and bathrooms/showers are sparkly clean!!! Plenty of machines and equipment as well. I train with Pat and he's amazing and really good at teaching!

This place is on the pricey end, but definitely worth it for me - and maybe for you too! The big draw for me is the Cybex Arc Trainers. They have a ton of them (I think around ten or so) so even if it's crowded there's always a few of them free. I joined mainly for those, because they're one of the few cardio machines I genuinely enjoy working out on, that are actually kind of fun instead of just painful, and that are really efficient in burning calories. There is also a nice variety of other resistance machines and equipment. I have found them very responsive customer service wise when I have had an issue. I went for the free personal training session with Andrew, and I learned a lot of really useful exercises and techniques that are helping me to meet my goals. I have not been to any of the classes so I can't speak for those, but I love my floor membership here - having access to all the nice equipment keeps me motivated, and sure, I could jog outside for free, but who wants to with this traffic and this weather?

I have been a member since the day Elaine opened the doors of Fitness for You. I would like everyone to know that the facility is clean and the staff is warm and friendly. It is a fun place to work out, and I am glad they are there!
