My wife and I joined Iron Rose Fitness and have just completed our first year. We are in much better shape now due to attending this gym and working with the trainers they have there. We want to give a shoutout to our trainer, Makena. Makena has put us through a series of workouts twice a week this past year that has greatly improved our strength, balance and endurance. We see and feel the benefits of the workouts on a daily basis. We highly recommend Iron Rose Fitness.

IronRose is phenomenal. I did classes for months (including glow) and they were organized and consistent. Julia has so much knowledge in what she does and does it well, with each exercise that is given. I worked with Makena on Nutrition and she never let me down. From weekly check-ins twice a week, to FaceTime calls making sure my goals were clear and achieved. This team is the best and highly recommend :)

I have been working out with Julia for 3 months now, and can honestly say I have never met someone more motivating, talented, knowledgeable, or as hard working in my life. She not only has helped me drop 2 pants sizes already, and help me fit into a bridesmaid dress (which I didn’t think was possible at the time) but has also made me feel more healthy, and stronger than I ever have. She has helped me come up with healthy meal plans, holds me accountable, and checks in with me every day. When we workout she is always coaching, making sure I am doing the correct form and helping improve in any way she can. Anybody who works out with her will not only feel and see results, but they will also have someone who wants to see them at the best they can be as well.Feel extremely lucky to know her as a person and to have her as a coach.

Iron Rose Fitness has gotten me back on track, feeling stronger than ever. I was an injured runner (because I had stopped strength training) when I started working out with Julia. She gave me specific exercises to work on my weak glutes.
Every Iron Rose Fitness workout is different, so it keeps my interest. And the time flies by. She communicates what muscle groups we will be working on and is strategic about covering different groups over the course of a week.
I especially appreciate Julia treating me like the athlete I aspire to be even though I am older. She is an amazing human being - I can't say enough good things about her character - who I feel lucky to know.

If you need that extra rep done? Julia is the instructor for you. She’s motivational enough that it isn’t overbearing and makes you feel great after every workout. Her knowledge of the body, mechanics and muscles is unmatched and I’d recommend her to anyone, doesn’t matter on experience level in the gym. I have been training with Julia since the beginning of the year. Julia creates a training plan based on individual goals and needs. She pays close attention to your posture while working out ensuring that you do each exercise the right away. She is extremely friendly and motivating. Never rushes you to do something you aren’t ready for. But at the same time motivates you to push yourself. I highly recommend Julia!!

I’ve been training with julia for the past 2 years. Throughout the two years she helped me get in shape for my wedding. I became pregnant and Julia made a whole new safe work out plan for those 9 months. Now she has a whole new work out plan now that I’m postpartum to meet my new goals. Julia has been so supportive of my fitness goals. She is incredibly knowledgeable of healthy eating, finding the right workout plan and the human body in general. I came to her with a shoulder injury and wanting to get fit. She catered my workout plan to help with my recovery and helped me start my fitness journey. She has now helped me regain my shoulder mobility to the fullest and I cannot tell you how rewarding that is.
