I am here to help you with your persistent pain and get you back to doing what you love to do. I offer 1 on 1 training and small group classes to improve strength, mobility, balance, core, breathing and conditioning in a 60 minute workout.

Working with Italo has been an awesome experience! He really knows his stuff when it comes to conditioning and always takes the time to explain the “why” behind each workout. His sessions are challenging but never overwhelming, and he’s great at keeping things fun and motivating. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you improve, not just physically but in mindset too. Training at Ítalo strength and fitness gym has been one of the best choices I’ve made. The atmosphere is super motivating and you can tell there’s real dedication behind everything. I personally love doing cardio and leg workouts, and this gym has everything I need — modern equipment, plenty of space, and workouts that truly challenge me and deliver results. Italo is an outstanding trainer. When I first met him, I was overweight and had zero confidence. Over the last 3 years, he has helped me continue achieving my fitness goals and helped me grow my confidence both inside and outside the gym. He even helped me train for my first spartan race, something I always dreamed of doing but never thought I'd be able to . 100% RECOMMEND! Italo is incredible!! He does an excellent job to customize workouts to your personal goals and make working out FUN! I had never worked out at a gym before joining Italo's gym and he made me feel so welcome, and made working out so fun, that I ended up coming as many as 5x a week! (Only skipping the other two days to ride horses 😂) Truly a great coach and a great person. He is very encouraging to help build your confidence in the gym and also an incredible teacher. He teaches proper form, stretching, warm ups and so many awesome exercises to do to keep working out interesting and allow you to keep challenging yourself to get stronger. If you are contemplating signing up to work with him, go for it! You will not regret it!!

In the last 20 years of using a personal trainer I've worked with many who didn't work for me. They only wanted to work on their own agendas- on balance, or how fast I could blow through 300 exercises or how much I could lift or they would push things so far I couldn't walk right for two days after the session. They didn't consider what I wanted which was working on making me stronger, more resilient and more flexible. Then I found Italo Pedrazza and my search was over. I have been training with Italo for about 6 years and I cannot recommend him more highly. Italo pays attention what my body needs and how to structure his workouts to maximize results without pushing my body to the point of injury. His workouts are unique every session which keeps them fresh and his expert direction makes every one impactful. And he does it all with a wonderfully happy demeanor and positive energy. Really I can't see ever working out with anyone else. If you are looking for the best trainer you can get you should contact Italo. You won't be disappointed.

Italo is the best of the best. I have been training with him for 5 years. He has worked with me through 2 knee replacements. He knows his stuff. He is kind friendly, always upbeat and an awesome motivated. If you value yourself go see Italo, you won’t regret it.
