I cannot say enough about JET. From the start I loved the vibe of this gym. You are made to feel welcome and supported no matter what level you are starting out in your fitness journey. I had Mike as my coach and he is incredible. His passion for helping others is very apparent. From his training and knowledge, its the best I have felt physically and mentally in years.

My time at JET Boston has been nothing short of transformational. When I first joined, I was at my highest weight and had just come from my annual physical, where I realized I was heading down a very unhealthy path. I credit my husband for introducing me to JET with the idea that we would commit to improving our health together.

Since then, I’ve tried nearly everything JET has to offer—from boxing to 1:1 training—and I’m now completing my 11th Flight Program. I vividly remember my first intro session and how far I’ve come since that day. What keeps me here is the supportive community and the knowledgeable, caring coaches. Throughout this journey, I’ve felt seen, heard, and genuinely guided. It’s like they always knew what I needed to reach my health goals.

As I complete my 11th Flight, I’m proud to celebrate some big wins: I’ve lost over 51 lbs of fat and 24.6% of my total body weight. This transformation has given me back my confidence and spark. But what I love most is being able to model healthy habits for my four little girls—who often cheer me on during my 6:00 AM workouts.

I didn’t know what to expect when I walked into JET Boston, but I’m forever grateful for the kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support I receive each day.

While I live near the JET Boston South End location, I like the run I get heading to the Roxbury location. It is also fun to work out alongside the Flight program they have in this location. Big thumbs up on the team here too. They are engaging and interested in your goals. Even if not your coach, the team will ask about your goals and experience. Great team!

I have been part of JET since its inception. Simply put, they keep getting better and that’s what keeps me coming back. The newest iteration of the flight program is the best one yet and they have all been good!!! An investment you will not regret!

Lastly, it’s a judgement free zone. I love that there is diversity of body types, ages and fitness levels and EVERYONE is supportive of one another!!!

I decided to prioritize myself for a change in my life by investing into my health by joining JET. The trainers at JET have the knowledge of strength, mobility, nutrition and ways to motivate you to be the best version of yourself. They enhance your mindset not JUST for losing weight but to living a healthier life style by staying active and having the guidance on nutrition which is a big factor in the process. You do not JUST drop pounds, clothing sizes, and body fat. You also have the advantage of gaining muscle strength, confidence, and so much more! On my bad days I tell my trainer (Danielle) “I am not up for this today”and she says “it’s okay you showed up for yourself”. Once I get into the rhythm I feel so accomplished I made it through my workout! I love that my trainer (Danielle) always reminds me of this! She never lets me give up! Danielle is so much more than just a coach and a trainer. She is someone who genuinely cares and always listens to what it is you need. She always ask how are you which we rarely hear these days! She is always ready for session and always pushes you to the limit!

I've been a member of the JET family for several years now, and I've consistently been impressed by their unwavering commitment to prioritizing every client's goals. Issam and the mobile program have proven to be an ideal fit for me. Issam customizes my workouts to perfectly align with both my needs and workout style. He has been my guiding force, consistently assisting me in reaching and surpassing my fitness goals. Issam is always there to support me during times when I feel I might be falling short. Since coming to JET Boston in July 2023, I have not only improved physically, but mentally as well. My PT Issam (Izz) is the best and really cares about the goal you set for yourself. It is his constant motivation, encouragement, and assurance that keeps me going, especially at 6Am, 3x a week. Lol. I started with Bryan at South End for 3 months, before our schedules collided. Another 5 star trainer, that not only engages your physical strength, but builds lasting relationships. Every trainer I’ve met, whether it be in passing or while training their clients, have been phenomenal. Not to mention the amazing clients that I have had the pleasure of interacting with before and after our individual sessions. Because at JET, you don’t just get what you pay for, you earn a bonus family as well.

I would highly recommended to anyone serious about their health and physical fitness.

I've been doing personal training with Issam for almost a year and I love it! From the initial consultation, he made me feel comfortable and actively listened to the goals I had envisioned for myself. Being at J.E.T truly feels like an inclusive community as everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Aside from the fitness, I love that Issam and the other trainers are also nutrition certified. Tracking my meals through the JET mobile app has allowed me to count my daily macros and work with my trainer to customize a meal plan tailored to my wellness goals. I have told myself multiple times that I needed to get consistency. I liked working out but I didn’t have a good aim or vehicle to get me to my goals. That is where JET Boston changed things. They are 15 minutes from my job on the way home. I have worked with private trainers before but I have not had the awesome camaraderie that comes with working out with the Flight program. The instructors are welcoming and supportive. They give clear direction and with a class size of 4, you never feel lost in the crowd. I started in January of this year (2023) trying to make a resolution to get to my goal weight having just completed my doctoral degree and having packed on a lot of weight! I was at my heaviest 240lbs and feeling it in my health, even sneezing sometimes was painful. I am closing in on finishing two cycles of Flight and I am down 15lbs overall with a dramatic decrease in visceral fat percentage (10 down to 7), Increase in lean muscle (184-190 lbs), body fat down (17% to 15.6%) decrease in BMI (32 to 29) and over all body proportion improved! Most helpful is the app it tracks your weights so you can see the gains made weekly. Also, it connects with nutrition apps like MyFitness app. The dietary changes are non-restrictive. It focuses on healthy nutrition/lifestyle choices versus “dieting”. My ultimate goal for the end of this year is get down between 200-210 lbs. I cannot wait to post my start of the year photos next to end of the year photos! Two cycles are left this year! I would encourage anyone who is interested and looking for a place that will help you reach your goals in fitness to check out JET! You won’t be disappointed!

If you are ready to start your fitness journey or someone who struggles to know what to do when you go to the gym, check out JET Boston. Beyond the standard workouts, the coaches guide your mindset, meals, and movements. The workouts are strength-based and great for all levels. The coaches are always energetic, engaged, and helpful with describing the movements. They are committed to your growth and success and will push you beyond your comfort zone!!!

For the past year, my husband and I were fortunate to be a part of the Flight Program. Flight meets 2-3x a week and focuses on different parts of the body. I felt challenged and motivated at every session. During this time, I gained strength and muscle, while decreasing my body fat. The coaches offered great support and challenges for all team members, and there was a strong sense of community. You could reach out to any of the coaches and get a quick response. The structure of the program created accountability and consistency; however, although there are schedule options, the flexibility is limited.

I love that they use quality equipment and there is a variety so you will never be bored. Plus, there seems to be a new gym toy each week! Another plus,....the music is always on point, and you can always make requests.

I would definitely recommend JET Boston and the Flight Program!!

I’m nearing the end of my second Flight Program with JET and I have nothing but positive things to say. I came to JET starting from zero, I had not done anything active for a couple years and I knew I needed to sign up for something that would hold me accountable and get me back on track. The JET Flight Program has done that and MORE!! i truly never thought I’d have fun waking up early and going to the gym. Everyone - from the coaches, to my other Flight crew members, to the other folks training in the gym during our sessions - is sooo nice! I felt welcomed and motivated and supported from my very first session. Special shout-out to my trainer/Flight coach Issam for making this experience so incredible! He cares so much about my goals and is so knowledgeable about all things fitness, nutrition, etc. Plus he makes it FUN! So much so that I just signed up for my THIRD flight program!! I’ve been with JET Roxbury for a few months now and I won’t go to any other gym. I was accustomed to conventional/commercial gyms where you feel as If you are just a number and it’s more about the quantity over quality. However, JET Roxbury and Coach Issam have changed my views on training. I feel that NOW with the help of Issam I am getting quality workouts. I am amazed by the attention to detail, perfectinism and the dedication to his craft that Issam has. I am so happy to have found such an awesome place to continue my fitness journey. It truly doesn’t feel like working out and every drop of sweat and energy is a well worth it step closer to my fitness goals and journey and I am lucky to have an amazing coach like Issam and a great fitness organization such as JET Roxbury to call my home away from home. Going to train at Jet is now the high points of my week. It feels so great to walk in and see friendly faces who genuinely care about you and your well-being. I’ve trained with almost every trainer at Jet during the 10 months I’ve been a member and they’re all amazing and come with unique styles.

I’m thankful to Kirby and Geoff who got me back into my fitness journey. And I’m grateful to Dani and Issam for getting me back on my feet after a bad back injury (I got injured outside the gym to be clear!). They’ve been training me patiently for months, working to improve my daily functioning. I had such a great experience at this gym. I signed up for three sessions a week with one on one training. Kirby was able to help me strengthen my back and get rid of my back pain. I went from having pretty consistent back pain to being able to deadlift. He created a program that was for just for me and what I wanted/needed to work on. The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is always extremely clean. I highly recommend trying the restore sessions.

If you are looking for a Clean, Safe Facility, JET Roxbury is the place to be. Not only are the Staff friendly but they are highly trained and knowledgeable. I appreciate having the option of one on one training or the Flight program. I’ve also done a few boxing sessions which are a nice change up from my normal weight training days. Unlike other gyms, this gym is TRAINERS ONLY so you don’t have to deal with the crowds, the wait for machines, or the smells. IT SMELLS AMAZING and You have lots of space to move around and be comfortable.

I was never really a fit /athletic person. I did not get into fitness until about 6 years ago. There have many hurtles along the way but now I feel stronger than ever. Since joining JET in January 2022, I have reached goals that I had never thought imaginable for myself. Throughout my journey, I have lost motivation so many times. One of the main things JET has inspired me to do was to be intentional. It is not a sprint it is a marathon. Making small decisions every day leads to overall success. The road is not linear. When motivation fluctuates, habit has kept me going. While my results are a driving force to keep going, some of the biggest things I have gotten out of this experience is support and confidence. Even though I may struggle with motivation alone, I have felt support by all of the team members at JET in immeasurable ways. The atmosphere that has been created through the trainers and clientele is unlike any other I have experienced in a fitness environment. The team members are some of the most amazing people I have met. The one-on-one training is such an personal, unique experience. It is tailored to you and your success through custom programs, meal plans, goals etc. I never feel alone in my journey and the accountability has pushed me go even further. This experience has been instrumental in my success in my fitness journey.

J.E.T. Boston has been life changing for me. It's so much more than weight training and weight loss. It's a bigger picture. It's the experience of the team, no, the family. They're the best of the best. It's the app. It's the mind and body workout. It's the facility. It's the In Body. If you don't know what that is, you're working out at the wrong place. My personal experience in 3 months has been 13 pounds of weight loss...mostly body fat. It's how strong I feel when I'm done. It's learning to workout properly. It's having arthritis and not leaving there in pain. It's doing jumping jacks for the first time in years. It's was so amazing, I cried. My trainer Danielle cried too! I love her. Shes a beast! I owe so much to her. Shes learned me and knows when to push harder or not to do so because my mind is not ready. My boxing with Kirby is awesome. I had no idea that it would work my body and mind. He pushes me to be better and has taught me so much. I love the praise from he and Danielle when you do well. Last but not least...Geoff, the owner extraordinaire! From the black and gold facility to the music, and constant upgrades. He's a motivator and your biggest fan. And, he's not just that way with clients, he's like that with his trainers. I’ve never been a fitness person. Definelty don’t know my way around the gym, and the entire team makes me feel comfortable and not judged.

The environment is very comfortable, trainers are knowledgeable, and help you understand the mechanics of what’s going on. Recently strained my lower back, and Geoff worked his voodoo magic and I felt 10 years younger in ONE gym session.
