I did not come to strength training thinking I would enjoy it, nor did I think I would last very long. Kayla has crafted a wonderful community of women across ages and abilities and now, after almost 5 months of multiple classes per week, I feel so much better in my body and I look forward to seeing new friends and being wrapped in Kayla’s infectious spirit. I started training with Kayla last year. I was feeling physically insecure after having 2 kids and wanted to jump start a strengthening program to help me meet my fitness goals. Katalyst quickly became the community I never knew I needed. Kayla pushes me to be better while providing support and a safe environment to try new things. I started going to Kayla’s classes during one of the heaviest times in my life (both mentally and physically). The energy was so uplifting I knew immediately that I needed to keep showing up. And I can wholeheartedly say it was the best thing I had done for myself since becoming a mom. Such a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment for all levels. But don’t try it unless you’re ready to get addicted! :)

KCT is my favorite place to workout, Kayla's classes are uplifting, movtivating and challenging no matter what level you join as. I was terrified of joining a group fitness class, all the other ones I had tried had felt so judgemental and unwelcoming but just over a year ago I tried one of Kayla's classes and I am so glad I did. Her classes are welcoming, judgement free and also the best workout I have ever had. I went from being someone who "didn't workout" to someone who works out three to four times a week! I can't recommend KCT enough.
