This Level Up Program is a must for any young athlete who is trying to bring their game to the next level! During my 9 year old sons off season since November, he has been going two times a week, and the results are incredible. He absolutely loves the program and Coach Jeremy! I highly recommend that you bring your child for their first complimentary class!

Jeremy worked with both my sons ages 12 and 14 to condition in the โoffโ season. They were challenged and encouraged with each session learning proper form along the way. We will definitely be back for more!

My sons really enjoyed their classes with Coach Jeremy this summer. For my oldest, the classes really helped him with off season conditioning and when his football practices began it was evident that his work was showing through with his speed, high knees, and jumps. My youngest son is not as athletic but his participation resulted in an increase in his confidence and overall fitness. Both boys are looking forward to resuming these classes after their fall sports seasons end.

LevelUp has been amazing off ice training for my 2 hockey players. The strength and agility are new to my kids and Jeremy has been wonderful with working with them both. We look forward to more sessions!
