We were “founding members,” loved the place! We were told our dues wouldn’t go up, that ended up being not true. Cleanliness is a top concern for us, mainly the locker rooms and the bathrooms. Constantly changes in the schedule, pool closures, rules changing (to their benefit each time) all added up to us dropping our membership after five years. It was becoming over crowded and everyone seemed to be paying different prices. I would encourage you to do your “tour” at a time that you would typically go to see how crowded the third floor will be.

Everything is great. The weights the basketball court and the pickleball court. The only thing I would recommend is that the basketball court should be re waxed. The only reason I say this is because there has been multiple times where I have slipped and risked injury.

Adding to the chorus of reviewers who have pointed out the off-putting rudeness of the front desk staff. I scheduled an appointment at Life Time as a non-member for VO2 max testing and was met with incredulity and suspicion when I arrived, even after I showed them my appointment confirmation. Once I was permitted to go upstairs, I wasted about an hour of my time as the testing equipment failed. I really don't want to come across as a "Karen," but that outcome isn't acceptable when your establishment positions itself as a luxury gym with state-of-the-art equipment. Fortunately, the person conducting the test did not charge me and was apologetic, but I was pretty stunned at how poor my experience was. The facility during my visit was also crowded and shockingly unclean, and I had a strong, visceral desire to never return. If you're looking for a luxury gym, I would advise you strongly to look elsewhere.

I am not a whiner, nor a Karen but the people in the front desk certainly are. They act like they are doing you a favor for explaining the rules to you, which is definitely their job. Furthermore, when they find customers or guests in an honest mistake, they become extremely rude and arrogant like they caught the country's most wanted. It seems like they experience a sick satisfaction from denying entry to guests. The female manager with gray hair does not make an exception from this, I think the rude culture starts from the top and descends at the bottom at this location.

I’m writing this review hoping that the owner/ manager anyone that dare sees it. I had an appointment at the spa on 09/13/2025 my mom had the following appointment l. They called me asking me if I can come in the morning instead of the afternoon because the hairstylist had cancelationc I said I can’t! So what they did they cancelled both appointments to give her a day off. I wonder why the spa is open if you cancel scheduled confirmed appointments a day before just to give the stylist a day off. Life time spa you just lost 2 clients and will never go back there. People time is precious!

4 stars cus this is my first and only time coming here. I was invited by my friend to join her on a cycle class. The instructor was great and the class was fun. We took a stroll afterwards so she could show me around and I just felt like wow. This place is huge and has all these extra amenities that doesn’t even make sense.. you pay a wild price and the extras aren’t even part of it. Not to mention the pricing for personal training is atrocious. The gym is supposed to be abt stepping away from distractions. It gives off gym bro vibes and very cocky. Based off of others reviews seems like lifetime has a lot to offer but can’t keep up with …

No class.

Member since they opened they denied my 1 year old son at 10am saying no guests until 1pm. Meanwhile I was just talking to front desk days earlier and told them I was brining my son this weekend and they gave me no information on the time restriction. The desk was so rude and disrespectful. So I immediately canceled. Not worth the money you get more respect at your local 20$ gym.

This facility has great potential and offers a wide range of amenities that justify the membership dues. My interactions with staff have consistently been positive, and I’ve especially noticed their attentiveness to pool safety—they do a great job in that area.

However, I’ve had ongoing concerns about cleanliness, particularly in the family changing room and in the pool and surrounding area. I brought these issues to several staff members, and ultimately to the manager, Curtis. He was receptive and seemed genuinely interested in addressing my feedback.

That said, I believe the volume of traffic and the number of members not cleaning up after themselves has outpaced the current cleaning protocols. The staff appears to be doing their best, but the facility would benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards and more robust support in this area.

For now, the club isn’t the right fit for me—but that may change in the future.

I’ve had a history of unpleasant experiences at Lifetime, especially with the front desk staff. Every time I visited in the past, the employees at the front desk were consistently rude and condescending. They rarely answered questions in a respectful or helpful way, and I eventually stopped coming because I didn’t feel comfortable giving my money to a place that doesn’t reflect the values it promotes like being community oriented and welcoming.
However, I visited today as a guest with my partner, and I have to mention Erica at the front desk. She was amazing genuinely kind, patient, and actually acknowledged me in a respectful way. It was a refreshing change from what I’ve experienced in the past. I have to say she’s the best employee I’ve encountered there yet. DO BETTER LIFETIME!!!

Blood, Rust, Black Mold & Feces

I've been a member at Lifetime for 8 years, and unfortunately, the quality has steadily declined while the price continues to climb. The most concerning issue is the state of the locker rooms — I've seen black mold, rust, and even unsanitary conditions like blood and feces left uncleaned. It's not just unappealing; it's a health hazard.

The amenities, once a major selling point, have been consistently scaled back. Soap dispensers are frequently empty — five were out of soap last week alone — and the soap that is provided feels more like something from a highway rest stop than a premium gym.

To make matters worse, the hours have been shortened multiple times, resulting in overcrowding during peak periods. It's become harder to enjoy a workout without waiting or feeling rushed.

I would be more understanding if the pricing reflected these changes, but my monthly rate has increased by over $120 since I joined — with no added value to show for it. It's frustrating to watch the experience deteriorate while the cost goes up.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the current trajectory is unsustainable for members who joined expecting a premium fitness experience.

I came here with a trial/guest and was considering signing up. It looked great at first but the toiletries, shampoos/conditioners/soap in the locker room were really low quality. The place was also a mess. They built a really nice building and looks like they've just let the club deteriorate.

Shady practices. When I signed up in one location, I was told I could use others. When I went to another, they told me no because the gym membership is more expensive and I’d have to make my membership price match the location. With memberships always going up over time, you will be forced to continually pay more because of this.

I had high hopes for Lifetime Danvers — especially with the premium price point and promises of an upscale, member-focused experience. Unfortunately, after more than two years, I can say that this gym has steadily gone downhill in both service and value.

What started as a well-maintained, clean, and community-driven facility has now become overcrowded, understaffed, and seemingly uninterested in member satisfaction. Equipment is often out of service for weeks, cleanliness has declined significantly (especially in locker rooms and wet areas), and there’s little accountability or responsiveness from management when issues are raised.

The “luxury” aspect is no longer evident — it feels like a standard gym charging premium rates. Worse still, new members are constantly recruited with flashy promotions while long-term members like myself are left feeling like we’re just a number on a spreadsheet.

Very disappointing to see what could have been a standout facility in the North Shore area become just another overhyped gym prioritizing profit over people. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a loyal member for several years and regularly use the facilities five days a week. Throughout this time, I’ve utilized locations in Peabody, Boca Raton, Tampa, and Palm Beach Gardens. While spending the winter in Palm Beach, I was surprised by an additional $100 monthly charge (for two people) and a $200 change fee, attributed to the higher operating costs in that region. I understand regional pricing differences, but the $200 change fee felt excessive.

Overall, the facilities I’ve visited are impressive, offering a wide range of equipment, classes, and spa amenities. The staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and well-trained. The pools are excellent, and the food at the Palm Beach poolside café exceeded expectations — I highly recommend the tacos.

I particularly enjoyed the Barre and Yoga classes; the instructors were exceptional and made the experience both effective and enjoyable.

That said, the Peabody location has significantly declined in cleanliness over the past few years. As of 7:00 AM today, the entrance floors were noticeably dirty, and the restrooms on all floors were in poor condition — unclean toilets and urinals, toilet paper scattered on the floors, and an overall lack of sanitation. The men’s locker room is frequently cluttered with food wrappers, towels, clothes, shoes, and water bottles. The sink areas near the showers are often unhygienic, with visible spit, hair, razors, and unclean counters. The sauna and steam room areas are regularly littered with used towels.

While I recognize the challenges in maintaining cleanliness in a high-traffic facility and that staff are tasked with cleaning up after members who don’t respect basic hygiene, the situation has clearly deteriorated. Despite a letter from the General Manager months ago addressing these concerns, the conditions have only worsened.

I sincerely hope the management team takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness at the Peabody location. Given the cost of membership, a higher standard of hygiene is not just expected — it’s essential.

While I do enjoy the amenities it is definitely not what they make it out to be at all. The bathrooms are dirty, there is actually mold on the handles in the family bathrooms. The main reason we joined was because we were paying the same amount monthly for our children’s swim lessons so we figured why not have a family membership. Well the swim lessons are an absolute joke. I was told to take my children to be assessed before the free trial. We went for the assessment and the life guard said “it’s the end of my shift I just changed so I will observe them swim”, I suggested we do it another day but she said it was fine. Well for an entire month they had my daughter swimming at a level FAR below her ability. My son also did lessons and it was a joke to watch, the instructors are so nice but the technique is not there at all. He mostly jumped from bench to bench the entire lesson. We ended up paying for an additional month of swim and just never went because it is useless. The gym itself is always busy and crowded. There are many times that there are no benches available and machines are being used. The treadmills are almost always broken (not all of course but a good amount) It can be annoying. For the appeal of it being a “luxury” club be aware that it does not meet the criteria on so many levels. I do love the sauna and I enjoy going to the facility when it isn’t packed. I think in the summer the outdoor pool will be a pro. Not sure how much longer we will be staying here if things don’t improve.

2 stars because…what are you really paying for? Signed up for a monthly membership at $260/mo. Loved the layout and amenities. However, the gym is always crowded and I find myself waiting for machines. Some days it’s clear how they’ve oversold memberships into the new year. I realized that you get access to other facilities with your membership so I began to look into it. My membership at LT Northshore for $260/mo only gave me access to Peabody and Medford. I was told if I wanted to add one, yes one facility to my membership— it was a flat $200 application fee plus an additional $40 per month!!!! To add one gym!

It still is confusing how they choose to tier those memberships because my co worker also pays $260/mo but he goes to the Chestnut Hill LT. He has access to 5 different facilities with his membership. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE LIFETIME.

If I’m going to being paying nearly $300 per month for a membership, you could at least make it easy to go to other facilities within the state. For that alone I’ve decided to part ways with LT. I love the facility, the amenities, the staff etc but this feels like highway robbery.

Life Time’s quality has significantly declined. The locker rooms and bathrooms are consistently dirty, there are never any paper towels available for drying hands, and the equipment wipes are almost always out. Many of the machines are broken and remain unfixed for extended periods. While they require 30 days’ notice for members to make any changes to their accounts, they don’t extend the same courtesy when notifying members about price increases. At $260 a month, the experience is simply not worth the cost.

Gone downhill with time - dirty locker rooms, clientele not respecting rules, broken machines that are left unaddressed for weeks. Plus they keep raising prices without anything improving or being enhanced? Management sends notification emails stating a long list of things they’re “aware of” yet nothing seems to be done. The icing on the cake are the group fitness classes (GTX, etc) on the main workout floor that blast music beyond need (noise cancelling headphones can’t even block it out) and take over entire areas of the common fitness spaces with little regard for others use of the “shared” equipment. Could be a great gym experience if they actually justified the $259/mo price in all aforementioned areas.

Beware of a "lifetime membership."
I've been trying to cancel since August. It is December.

I love the concept/design of the gym but unfortunately poor execution. Never any wipes in the dispensers (even first thing on a Monday morning). Lots of towels and weights everywhere.

Beware when you want to cancel. They told me their "computers were down" and I had to fill out a paper form. Then they deducted two more months from me! I finally changed my credit card when they continued to insist I needed to pay another month just to get out. Over $500 spent when I never set foot in the door. 🙁When you want to cancel just change your credit card. Current rate is $259 per month, it doesn't allow you to use nearby clubs (like Burlington for example). The clubs pretend to have a "waiting list." If the gym is so desirable then let me cancel my membership and take someone off the waitlist. I call BS!

I was a member at Burlington during covid and they attempted to charge me a "holding fee" during COVID when the gym was closed! When I rejoined they attempted to collect the "hold fees." I should have known they were a slimy business then... c'mon...

Standard pool like the ymca but outside. You would think there was 3 huge luxury pools with a lounge and bar outside like the hotels in Vegas/ Nope. Mid at best. Very spacious gym. 3 floors! With how big it is I wish they added more weight machines. Being on a tight schedule it does get frustrating not being able to use certain machines because there is only one. My first day here I was working out & noticed a dirty cloth in the cup holder. 2 days later I use that same machine and it’s still there… this was surprising. I would have imagined someone would check everything before closing…. I haven’t got to try the spa yet, but their cafe is amazing and all their workers are so sweet! As for the sauna-steam room .. it can get crowded. They definitely need to up their cleaning with both of these rooms along with the women’s bathroom. It is unacceptable for the amount we pay a month to walk into showers with hair & old razors. To me that was the most disappointing…. & this is an everyday thing! The girls walk around with small vacuums picking up nothing. For such a beautiful gym I hope they don’t let it go downhill over cleanliness. Lastly … I 100% understand it can get aggravating working night shift, I specifically called and asked what time the pool and saunas stayed open, the guy tells me 1145. I get to the sauna at 11:25 after my pool session & the ladies had a sign up saying closed. I drive over 30 mins to get here everyday. This is also a downfall with this location. You should not be feeling rushed out. While getting dressed the cleaning lady was actually vacuuming around my feet. It was 1130. I had to laugh and just walk out at that point

I am beyond disappointed with lifetime and how they handle the babysitting area. On the weekends (an example today) they have like 10 people waiting to check their kid in. Not enough staff to handle the kids the person at the front comes and goes. Then you see parents entering the play area. Today was the first time that I dropped off my little one on the weekends. She is 3 and does not have a concept of stranger danger. I won’t do that again. Shame on lifetime to be allowing this to happen. Put a buzzer on the door. Allow two to three parents at a time. Oh and my friends baby left the area one time and a member returned her but you didn’t hear about that. For the amount you pay for the membership and to drop off your kid is insane to not have comfort while you work out for an hour

The whole reason I use Lifetime is for the pool and spa. I am a swimmer and having access to a steam room and sauna is important to me. And at face value the amenities are fabulous. Look them up on the website, they are all great.

The steep downside is that management does not take pride in running it. It is overcrowded and dirty no matter what time of day. The lap pools always, yes always, have green algae marks on the bottom - real fun to stare at for 60 laps. And the jacuzzis in the women’s changing room are suspiciously foamy and often have brown foam collecting in the corners. The shower area and steam rooms smell dank. Towels are not restocked. My husband says the poor condition of men’s changing room and spa areas sometimes make him queasy, if he could even get a spot to sit.

Worse, management does not make changes. I know I have informed front desk staff of the poor standards multiple times over the last few months. They know the standard they maintain is not worth $340 per month. Yet, they just increased prices again. From other reviews and talking to fellow members, I am not the only person who is unhappy.

I’ve just reread my review and it’s insane the middle part, in particular, is actually true.

Going on weeknights absolutely sucks. It’s dirty, most of the sanitary wipes are out and have to look everywhere to find one. Also why is there only one smith machine? I haven’t been able to use it in weeks bc Everytime I go it’s surrounded by bros and it’s obviously popular enough to justify more than one. Also y’all need red light therapy!!! Even planet fitness has it included for $20 a month.

A few months back I was in a lot of pain and I booked an appointment for a custom massage not expecting to have such a great experience. I met Cynthia who was super attentive and professional. She’s an excellent masseuse, and has a very healing presence. She’s super compassionate and listens attentively to help identify some problem areas and provide solutions both on the table and things that can be done in the day to day. I enjoy going to her because she always incorporates different things depending on what my body needs that day. She has a good intuition of what’s best, so I stopped customizing them and let her do her thing… best decision! Now I’ve been going regularly to see her every 3 weeks. She’s the best and I highly recommend. My boyfriend will be coming next week time because she also speaks Spanish and is patient enough to translate and answer all his questions for her clients.

I joined Lifetime Fitness before they opened and I was extremely impressed at first. They had a great staff, awesome classes, and the amenities truly felt luxury. A year into my membership I started noticing some things going downhill. The amenities were not being restocked in locker rooms, the pools were not open as much and classes started overtaking the weight room during peak hours making it impossible to access a barbell. All of this was annoying at most but I still loved the gym. What really set me off was when the cleanliness of the gym started going downhill. I started noticing locker rooms with wrappers/ trash on the floor, a lack of clean towels and hair in the showers. They stopped cleaning up after our classes and we were now responsible for wiping down mats, weights, etc. which led to a less clean atmosphere in the classes. My final straw was when I was using a barbell and noticed blood on it. This is absolutely unsanitary and considering how much the gym costs should NEVER happen. Its a health risk. After that, I cancelled my membership and would not return to this gym. The cost needs to measure up with what I am being offered and at over $200 a month I do not expect to see blood on my gym equipment.

My journey at lifetime started really positively and then fell off a cliff (This used to be a 5 star review, and I’ve told countless of others to join). Initially joined to lose weight and get a jumpstart on life, I lost over a 100lbs in the past 12 months here, but this place has just started becoming more and more crowded and unsanitary. The hot tub, steam room, and cold plunge in the men’s locker room need to be cleaned more often. The locker room from time to time now doesn’t have razors. In the summer and one of the biggest selling points of the whole place, was adding my whole family for the Pool. Yet, the slides were closed quite often due to staffing issues and kids left more often disappointed and barely used the pools. Now, the final straw is that it’s more crowded than ever (and I usually go in the middle of the day) and the worst part is that its specifically getting filled with “influencers”. Waiting for equipment happens, but when your waiting for over 5 minutes so an individual can film part of their workout or your told to “move out of the way of the camera” and the staff looks at you like you’re in the wrong, I just had enough. I’m sorry, I loved this gym, but for the price I don’t expect the hassle. I’m just trying to quietly and respectfully work out and stay out of the spotlight. Sad thing is I don’t know of another gym in the area with similar amenities. Regardless, I’ve cancelled my membership and will continue to look else where.

If you’d like your 20-month-old to be wrongfully released by staff to a stranger who didn’t realize they were being followed out by a toddler, found in the lobby near concrete stairs alone and returned by a random member of the gym before staff even realized she was gone, and not be notified they lost your child until you returned to pick her up after a one hour class (despite management’s knowledge of the incident), then the childcare center at Lifetime Fitness is the place for you! Extra points go to management for trying to keep it quiet for 2 weeks before being forced by my husband and I to make an email blast informing parents of what happened, which despite our request of being detailed, was a vague, watered-down version of the incident. We were then essentially gaslit when we followed up after the email about reimbursement for our membership being told that they “fulfilled our request “, even though in a previous meeting we were told “that would be the easy part “. This is after the general manager’s admission that “it was a catastrophic breach of policy and at least 3 employees failed to follow procedures”. I’m well aware that this is a gym daycare and do not expect one-on-one nanny care, but at the very least, I expect that my toddler will be safe and won’t be released by staff to a stranger and lost. The childcare staff’s negligence could have caused serious harm or worse to our child, and management’s incompetence, condescending attitude and mishandling of the situation was an absolute circus from beginning to end. We’ve cancelled our memberships, contacted the state, Peabody police, and are completely disgusted over this entire experience. If you have a small child who can’t communicate yet, do so at your own risk. These people are NOT child care professionals despite their claims and management’s handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing. I will never step foot in this facility again, and would be doing other parents a disservice by not sharing our experience - I couldn’t live with myself if something else like this happened to another family and I didn’t speak up.

Very disappointed. My family rented two cabanas and the slides were closed the whole time and so wasn't the outdoor hot tub. When asked why the slides weren't open it was said because there were not enough lifeguards but it was overheard they sent some home knowing full well people were paying to use the outdoors. They charged all this money and didn't give us what we paid for and could have cared less. Will not be recommending this place to anyone

Legit gym, the people at the front are the nicest!!!

Wildly expensive tho, for $240 a month they need to keep the place a little cleaner I think. Plus more machines.
They need to do something about the area in the men’s bathroom, in front of the cold plunge. Someone is going to slip there real bad and sue! PUT A MAT DOWN!!

Oh and the GM here needs to chill a tad bit, this man was off duty, working out still needed to walk across the gym and be rude to my buddy and I, because we were “dropping” 120lbs dumbbells.
He said “before someone complains”.
They weren’t being slammed, thrown or dropped, we are not animals at a Gold’s Gym. But buddy it’s 240lbs coming down from a bench, you slow it as much as you can, but we gotta be realistic here.. I like my rotator cuff, and there’s no way to gently place the equivalent of an NFL tight-end into the ground after repping it for a dozen times.
Get real dude. 3 stars

Member Beware! They will charge you for services that you do not receive. If you call and cancel your membership via the phone the staff is trained to mislead you and tell you that your all set, you will not be charged anymore for membership only to find out that you most certainly will be charged. Please check you statements and be sure that they are not overcharging you for services that you do not receive. Unfortunately, this business is very adapt with a well trained staff at misleading the consumer and once they have your credit card number they own it. Read the small print or better yet have your attorney review it before you sign this membership contract.

Also, quickly I was more than a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the gym. That area could definitely use some attention.

I’ve been going to Life time for over a year now, I usually don’t leave reviews, but these are my perspectives and thoughts about the gym. The gym is nice I can understand why the price feels high to most and it certainly isn’t cheap, but I believe when someone works out they want extra space and no one wants gym equipment taken, LifeTime does a decent job at doing that and their strategy does seem to work since not a lot of people invade room there. The locker room is perfect, ice bath, sauna, hot tub, showers, and certain supplies provided. The indoor pool is not the best and they should work on that. If a gym is committed to having two pools then everyone should use them, if they can’t due to lifeguards then don’t have them there. The only big problem I see with the gym price is that the majority of people use the second and third floor because it’s an actual workout area. The first floor is fully separate where you have to pay for spas, message, etc. and yes there is an indoor bar and place to eat, but honestly it shouldn’t be included in the payment if people aren’t going to use it, it’s just a waste of money. A big problem the gym has is the kids, I get there is a play care and gyms should have a place for their kids, but I disagree on them having to invade the hour of people to workout, play basketball, or swim. I feel like kids should be in a day care but not an actual gym. A friend of mine used to work at latitude and they also had a day care, and the best part about it is they didn’t have kids roaming around. Another problem is the hour changing. Maybe LifeTime is low on staff, but an hour change should not be allowed when people decide to workout early it’s most likely they have have early life time priorities. A friend of mine joined and had to pay more due to the summer hours which is the dumbest thing i ever heard of. If someone doesn’t want to go outside then people shouldn’t pay for an outdoor pool. if people do then just add a bar code to go outside, it’s that simple. Lifetime has done a decent job, I wouldn’t say they are great, but it certainly isn’t bad.

I've been working out consistently for over a decade now and have been a member of roughly 10 or 15 different gyms during that time. This one is my favorite.

There may not be as many as I would like to see spread out throughout the country, and they may be one of the more expensive gyms, but I believe it's worth it. Don't get into the gym with a broken mindset and weak muscles and expect to come out strong and rich. Enter with a mindset that you are building yourself up mentally, fiscally, and physically, and you will love it here.

Each location is different, but this one has all that I enjoy using. Cold plunge, towels, body wash, all the equipment, clean facility, the best staff out of all the LifeTimes I've been to. Cafe, when you're hungry post workout, massage gear for recovery. Spa when you want to feel pampered.

Take care of yourself to your fullest capability. You can do that here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality gym that will lift you up out of your ruts and give you motivation to try harder.

Became a member before they opened used to pay 183 a month membership price. all of a sudden in October they raise the price and then come January they decided to cut the hours of the gym on Friday Saturday Sunday. I’ve been hearing in the locker room. A lot of people been complaining there a two pools. Every time we go to use the pools is only one side open now all the sudden with the new hours there is one side the pool is open and always full. There’s even little kids in there at night time I kind of find it odd that you cut hours increase price.and then there’s only one lifeguard on duty so you cannot utilize both pools I think the price for the membership should include everything we had before. Very disappointed. Sure you been getting a lot of complaints. Since the hours are cut you should lower the cost of membership. When I signed up it was for 4 am to 12 am every day

Lifetime services are fantastic. I mostly take advantage of the yoga and Pilates Classes as well as the sauna. However, there are multiple indoor pools, a full floor of gym equipment, cycling, and strength training classes. The instructors are patient, helpful, and friendly. Emily teaches most of the Pilates Classes. Pilates does cost extra in addition to your membership fee but if you can afford it I highly recommend. The Pilates Classes are no more than 5 people per class so you get a really personal workout. Everytime I left one of Emily's classes I felt lighter, like I could breathe easier. I also highly recommend Warrior Sculpt: Katelyn runs this class. The music is bumping and it's a combination of yoga poses and weights.

My wife and I needed to put our membership on hold for travel for 3 months. We racked up a bill for $200 just for them to hold our membership. They offered to to “slice it in half” and then whacked my card for the full nonsense fees. The billing department is standing behind this $200 bogus charge even if it means losing my $300/month for however many years I would’ve remained a member. Forget the $300 a month I spent buying the energy balls in the cafe after every workout. Thanks for the sandpaper towels, gfyourselves.

Very nice gym. never really go complain, however i think the club needs honest feedback. They have 8 squat racks which are very popular. To hold a class at 5pm and take up all those sqaut racks for one hour is very rude and inconsiderate to other members as we are paying a hefty price to go here. To do this during a busy time boggles my mind even more. Also they weren't even using all of them as they were just working around the area. I had no choice but to use machines because Im not waiting one hour to use a squat rack. I go to this location once in a blue moon so I have never dealt with this issue. The one thing I can tell you is none of the other locations do this and take half the gym away. As I was talking to other members and they told me they do this all the time and are very frustrated about it and have complained but its the same thing every week. They have a whole second floor for private classes they should be utilizing that area. They need to address this issue because its not fair for other members to deal with this on a daily basis

I’ve been going to lifetime since they opened this location and it’s been an excellent experience for us. My fiancé and I joined to lose weight for our wedding and have been going since the end of June. I’ve lost weight and so has my fiancé’s even better we gained muscle and feel better. All departments we have interacted with have been excellent. I’ve got my nails done by Lucky the nail tech, got a facial from a girl (I think Megan?? I can’t remember) she was awesome though super nice and definitely knew a lot about dermatology. And even the concierge at both the spa and the desk are super nice. Shannon and Spencer at life spa are so nice and knowledgeable! Also, we used a personal trainer for 3 months, Michael and he was awesome, highly recommend him, Michael is excellent. He’s worked with my fiancé and I for a couple of months now and we both feel he has exceeded our expectations. Michael focused on helping us achieve our goals and makes every session challenging but still fun. Our fitness has increased noticeably and We’ve seen improvements in our ability to complete longer planks, and more sit-ups, & lift progressively heavier weights & push ourselves harder throughout each session. He is always punctual and even has stayed late with us to answer any questions we had. He really is an expert in training, and is a kind and personable individual. I would recommend Michael to anyone regardless of experience, as I was very much a newbie, and my fiancé is much more athletic and played sports in college, Michael managed to adjust the workouts for each of us appropriately. He clearly knows a lot about food, and nutrition as well, and has given us tips of ways to improve that way as well. We couldn’t be more please with the service he has provided. MARRISA Who works in keeping the locker room stocked and tidy and other important duties, is a GEM. She is one of the nicest people and is always a please when I run into her. Honestly I know it’s not an inexpensive gym by any means but it is 100% worth it. Smoothies are great too, food is great, service is always amazing and the place is immaculate. I’m high risk for covid with my autoimmune disease and I have never felt like I had to wear a mask I never felt like it was dangerous, I feel very safe here. Awesome.

Update: July 2022, I was worried about quitting here because I know getting out of gym contracts can be tricky, but given you follow the steps (doing it in person) there was no issue, I moved to Florida (why i left) and would happily rejoin a lifetime if there was one near me. Anyway if you're worried about it, it was a non issue, i just quit got a confirmation and was not ever charged again.

Would like to say that I loved the place before. Nice staff Clean and good classes. When I first became a member in June last year I used to pay 183 a month and since then I was having a great time there. Paid 50 dollars to use the outdoor pool. But In April I had to travel for a few months and told them to freeze the account as I wanted to keep the same rate and not have to pay for out door pool again for my self and the family. So on that time being they canceled my membership and I just got back last week and wanted to reopen and they didn’t keep the same rate it’s 215 for only me now and is charging 250 to use the outdoor pool now. Very unprofessional on a tough hard time with all the high gas prices and living. They just don’t care. Unfortunately I’m not looking To come back.

Amazing facility, lots of amenities for the family, very clean. If you are injured and wish to freeze your account on a medical freeze the staff is extremely knowledgeable about how to do it so quickly but do not explain the policy of how to completely cancel your membership before the medical freeze expires so you will not get charged. Zero reasonable accommodations were done by staff nor management. Extremely disappointing for a first responder and combat veteran. PS for everyone if you have to freeze your account due to a medical injury and wish to cancel completely at the end of the medical freeze make sure you give them at least 30 days notice prior or you will be billed.

Lifetime or LT as my girlfriends and I call it is everything you need and more! There is huge weight/cardio area with all the equipment you will ever need. There is several fitness studios for barre, Pilates, spinning, HIIT classes, Zumba, hot yoga and more! The instructors need to go through and intensive interview process so ALL of them are top notch! The kids club even offers yoga and gymnastics for the kids! You get 2-3 hours in childcare which is included in your child’s membership. The locker rooms are pristine and cleaned constantly. There is a steam, sauna room, hot tub and cold plunge pool in each locker room. The showers are private and there is everything you need for personal hygiene products. I don’t even shower at home anymore! There is three indoor pools and hot tub and the outdoor pool transforms you to A resort pool where there is a huge water slide, hot tub and poolside service. They serve food, drinks and even alcohol! You literally could and I have stayed all day. Work hard play hard motto at lifetime. The staff is incredible helpful and friendly.
