Lorri Manning is a dedicated strength and conditioning personal trainer with over 20 years experience, who provides tailored fitness programs within a private studio. Lorri provides customized exercise programs that prioritize strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being, and specializes in addressing range of movement issues, body concerns, and other common challenges associated with training. She specializes in navigating issues for clientele to build strength to enhance their quality of life, whether it's improving range of motion, getting strong, or simply staying active and healthy.
One-on-one PT sessions: $80 per hour
Small group sessions (2-on-1) sessions: $50/per person/hour
