I love this yoga studio, and can't say enough good things about its teachers! It's a supportive, welcoming environment, and accommodates all levels of yogis. Such a fan, and wish I'd found it sooner.

I attended my second class with Marissa this morning, and all I can say is 'wow.' I felt incredibly comfortable during the meditation, to the point where tears began to flow as I let out some deep-seated emotions. Marissa's class provided a safe space where I could truly release and let go. Her guidance and gentle encouragement throughout the session were truly impressive. I plan to return at least twice a month to continue this routine and benefit from Marissa's classes for my own mental health. 10 stars ⭐️

Lauren and her team have been one of my business partners for awhile now, and I can assure you that they are one of the best teams you can have to work on your yoga and have an amazing experience. They always deliver expert instruction in their classes and provide a beautiful environment for all of this to happen. I highly recommend Lauren and the Lotus Yoga Studio team!

Lotus Yoga is a gift to our community. Last year I signed up for their generous $27 unlimited pass for new students. When the month ended I got a regular membership and Lotus Yoga has been my sanctuary ever since.
You will immediately notice that their two studios in Somerville and Arlington have absolutely no trace of pretension or condescension. Lotus teachers believe that yoga is truly for every body. They are all inclusive and accessible to the core.
Ren founded Lotus Yoga after a career as a clinical social worker focused on recovery from trauma. When I first took Ren’s Chakra Flow class I felt like it was/is the best therapy experience of my life. Don’t get me wrong, it is also an amazing yoga class on its own, but it has been healing and transformative for me in ways that were not available in other therapy modalities I have tried.
In addition to Chakra Flow, Lotus offers daily Slow Flow, All Levels Flow, and Restorative Flow classes. I love them all. Their teachers each bring their own authentic selves to each class they teach. Every teacher is unique and expertly trained. Do yourself a favor and sign up for their unlimited one month pass for new students. It is literally, and I never use that word figuratively, one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I love coming to class here! All the teachers are great and the emphasis is on connection with your body. There is NO pressure to acheive wild poses or to be competitive with others or yourself, which is unfortunately how it is with some teachers elsewhere. So glad this place exists 🩷🪷

The only place I've found that has prenatal yoga in the Camberville area. Although this is an Oct/Nov feature, I hope they make it permanent throughout the year! It's so lovely, the instructor is so welcoming, and I don't feel judged for what I can/can't do on the mat while I'm so mobility limited!

I have really enjoyed all of my experiences at Lotus Yoga. I especially appreciate the Chakra Flow class. The classes are great to help ground me when I'm stressed and I always I leave my mat with a new insight. Being able to take the classes on demand is also wonderful.

Lotus Yoga is one of the better, if not best, communities to be a part of. Lauren works extremely hard to make sure all of her staff/teachers are extremely knowledgeable. They worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to meet changing standards for small businesses in the area and made yoga extremely accessible to all who wanted to practice. The teachers and students are kind and warm. We unfortunately moved from the area, and I have yet to find a studio as thoughtful in their practice and with a leader as amazing as Lauren.

I love Lotus Yoga Studio. I have tried several yoga studios in the area, and I was so relieved to find my new yoga home. Very calm energy, judgment free. Knowledgeable teachers.
I have been attending Lauren’s Chakra yoga class weekly and worked through a lot of stuff. It is really like therapy sessions. I am always filled with love, strong sense of connection with God, and very clear mind, at the end of classes. For example, I was able to process pre-pandemic anguish, leaving each session with peace and gratitude. Then, livestream classes at home kept me grounded once shut-down started. One of the few things that didn’t change when the whole world became upside down. I honestly could not have done this pandemic without Chakra yoga. Thank you, Lauren!
If there’s one thing good that came out of this covid pandemic, I can finally declare my love of Lotus Yoga publicly. Classes usually get packed and I had to be there early to get a spot. So I didn’t want more people to find out about Lotus! (I know I am very selfish but yoga is helping). Now that they offer livestream classes, I don’t have to worry about not getting my favorite spot in the studio. Now I get to do yoga at my favorite spot at home, and I don’t have to worry about not being early enough. Their outdoor yoga is wonderful (but be there early if you want shade). In studio classes at the new studio space is well run, with all safety precautions.

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Lotus Yoga Studio. I have been going there a few times a week for the past year and have never felt better mentally and physically. The teachers are all top quality, and the studio’s community is welcoming and down-to-earth. The owner Lauren, genuinely cares about the well-being of everyone that walks through her studio. I feel lucky to have found Lotus Yoga and to be part of its community!

Lotus Yoga Studio is hands down the most welcoming studio I've ever been a part of. Lauren- the owner- is fantastic and gives just the right amount of challenge in her classes while incorporating yoga philosophy and values. This studio and all of the teachers are helping me stay sane with their virtual classes that range from slow flows to a faster paced vinyasa. Love it here :)

It is a lovely studio and community of yoga teachers and students. The classes really encourage you to be comfortable in your practice, with the instructors always including modifications to make the poses accessible and no pressure to push beyond what you can safely do. The instructors are all very friendly and the owner, Lauren, goes out her way to make each and every person there feel welcome and at home.

My first class here was outstanding! The class was accessible to relative beginners while being a solid workout for more experienced yogis. It was both challenging and relaxing, and the instruction was clear without being heavy-handed. The space is nice and the location is unbeatable. I'm definitely buying another pass soon!

I'm so happy that Lauren opened up her own studio. She is a fantastic, knowledgable instructor and has an incredibly calming presence -- I always leave class rejuvenated! She is also super approachable and makes herself available to answer any questions.

I absolutely love Lotus Flow and the yoga community it’s building in East Arlington! Lauren is an incredible instructor, and I always leave class ready to take on anything. The all levels classes are my favorite because they challenge experienced yogis with strength and flexibility building, but Lauren gives a ton of options to modify for beginner levels too.
