I can’t recommend Momentum enough if you are looking for support in your fitness journey. They know how to address complex challenges and customize instruction for your individual needs and goals. The plan they create is designed to meet you where you are and be flexible as new problems arise. I personally struggle with chronic pain and hyper-mobility. I have been so impressed with the knowledge, expertise, and care the team has brought to helping me move forward. They are also focused on creating a positive and motivating environment.

I’ve had Ryan Kennedy as a coach since I’ve been in middle school and he has taught me everything I need to know about fitness (I am now in college). When coaching he always wanted the best for me and guided me to achieve my goals every lift. He is always enthusiastic and ready to help everyone in the gym too, no matter what kind of lifter you are. But he really does want the best for his clients and will make a program for anyone, he is very well educated in fitness and definitely a credible coach. I highly recommend trying out MHP.

Ryan and all the staff at MHP go above and beyond for their clients. They treat my kids like family and not just a number. Because of them - my 13 year old wants to work out every day, not to mention the huge improvements he has seen in his strength, movements, coordination, and conditioning. As an athlete, my son has seen huge improvements in his confidence and performance on the field since working out at MHP. My older boys trained with Ryan for years as well and continue to be very interested in fitness and working out. Ryan creates life long healthy habits! I highly recommend!

Loved being able to come here this summer and have the opportunity to train with the amazing staff they have. They always pushed me and other to their best potential and always are there for anything you need. They really helped me gain strength and speed for my upcoming season and made me a workout plan tailored to do so. They were awesome in helping build up strength in the ligaments and muscles around my knee after suffering an injury the season before and I know I wouldn’t prepared for this upcoming season if it wasn’t for them. Definitely will be back here training in the winter and offseason 💪💪

Joining Momentum Health and Performance has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Ryan and his team truly care about helping me reach my goals, and they’ve been incredible at tailoring workouts to fit my needs and lifestyle as a busy adult. Recently, they’ve been helping me train for my first solo HYROX, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t feel this prepared without their guidance and support. The programming is challenging but doable, and they always push me in the best way while making sure I’m moving well and staying injury-free! I cannot say enough good things about Momentum. The gym has a lively environment that motivates you the second you walk through the door, and trainers that aren't just knowledgeable and helpful but go above and beyond to make you a better, not only as an athlete but as a person. I came into Momentum right before a massive elbow surgery. Ryan, Ryan, and Lilly worked on my strength and athleticism tremendously, putting me in the best place possible pre-operation and after my surgery. I came right back, and they worked with me every step of the way to adapt my workouts so I could keep building strength and athleticism despite my arm being immobilized. Thanks to their guidance, I have progressed greatly in my athleticism and overall fitness. If you're looking for a gym with a positive and motivating atmosphere, supportive trainers, and a community that truly pushes you to grow, Momentum is the place to be!

I trained at Momentum over the summer and had an amazing experience. As a division 1 ice hockey player, I really appreciated how personalized everything was. The staff took the time to understand my sport, my goals, and my specific needs, and built a program that fit me perfectly. As an athlete going into college, I spent 6 weeks training at momentum with Ryan and saw exponential growth in my overall athleticism. My 5 yard dash increased by almost a tenth of a second, my 9 yard dash increased by .19 seconds. For jumping, I added around 4 inches to my vertical by doing a variety of drills and exercises. Every program is built differently, giving you an authentic experience to improve what you’re looking to improve. And for the trainers themselves, they are all very down to earth people who want to see you get better, and will hold you accountable when not giving your best. I loved my time here and will be definitely coming back when I return from school!

Before momentum, I was stuck on having to be at the gym at a certain time to fit certain needs in a certain timeframe. Momentum changes that. With the 15 minute blocks, I’m able to work out at a time that is best for me.
The best part? The one on one coaching. The Ryan’s and lily have made it a great place to wind down and get a good workout in after a long day. And the conversations are even better.

I started training with Ryan following a major surgery. His expertise and individual attention made my recovery easier and allowed me to get to a point that I am much stronger and more fit than pre-surgery.

I was at my highest weight and I needed to take back control of my life. I was introduced to Ryan,Rich and Lily and it has been the biggest blessing I could have asked for. With your workout being modified to each individual helps you meet your goals. I have been able to not only make but exceed my goals so far. Since starting at Momentum Health and Performance I am a healthier version of myself and I have found my drive to continue working out! The trainers are highly qualified, extremely knowledgeable and always smiling! The coaches know their stuff and are super helpful when modifications to my workouts need to be made. I love the flexible training schedule! With sessions starting every 15 minutes it’s made showing up so much easier for me. And if I have a time crunch and can’t spend the whole hour I do what I can so I don’t miss out.
