These guys are literally the BEST. So much personal care and they go beyond just training. They really care about you. I recommend them to everyone. Mark is incredible, but the whole place is warm and welcoming! Highly recommended.

I had not gotten all my sessions for month 2 when Mark took a payment of $1600.00 for a third month. As life usually does... mine took a turn that was unexpected and was moving me from New Hampshire back to Florida. When I told Mark I would not need my third month, as I had not yet gotten my last two sessions from month 2 but ... if he could refund the 1600 I wouldn't worry about the last 2 sessions from month 2. I was told because he was a small business they could not afford to refund my money but their service was available if I needed it in the future. So be careful with the prepayment if life throws you a curve ball they will NOT refund you any money.
Honestly the service itsself wasnt worth 3200 I learned nothing about nutrition which was the main purpose for hiring them.

I have been training at MWA for many years and love it! While being a very active person who runs, spins and does other workouts on a regular basis, I found that I wasn’t doing enough lifting/resistance training or pushing myself to actually get to a larger gym to lift. MWA and my trainer, Chris, push me to do just that. While offering a safe, clean, modern environment to train in, my trainer always pushes me to learn new techniques and grow strength-wise and knowledge-wise, while respecting my limits based on my body and build. Mark Anderson and his team of trainers are all great - as trainers and people - and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for that extra push to grow physically, whether that be to lose some weight, overcome an injury or just remain active. 2 thumbs up for MWA!!

Best training studio in Boston! I stumbled upon MWA while walking in the neighborhood and I’m so happy I contacted them. After many years of not working out I was in desperate need of a refresh. Chris is knowledgeable , adaptable and fun to train with . The workouts were always varied and I quickly began to see results. I’m now down 100 lbs from when I started and could not be happier. The small studio and personalized approach were exactly what I needed. Chris is amazing and the whole team at MWA create the perfect balance between a fun and hardworking environment and are not only talented trainers but also great people to be around .

I've had a great experience with MWA. I've found the training to be challenging and always varied. I've had very good results against my goals of increased strength, improved flexibility, better balance and weight loss. MWA was able to adapt during the pandemic to a hybrid of in person and remote. Communication has been excellent throughout. I highly recommend.
